Très bon rapport qualité/prix de ce petit micro low cost. Je l'utilise tout le temps pour mes interviews vidéo et aussi pour enregistrer la voix off. We bought a cheaper one before this one and tbh it was rubbish so we splashed out in this. It's perfect. Used on an iPod Touch for YouTube videos, works flawlessly.

We bought an adjustable arm stand which clamps to your desk and this came with an adapter to fit the mic in perfectly. With the addition of a fuzzy bought separately the microphone is up there with the best. Quality materials and feels solid to the touch, nice weight to it and works really well.

Little add on note, if you want this to work with a computer or other device rather than an iPhone etc, it will. It you need a "TRRS female to TRS male" adapter. Then it works fine on those devices as well.

Works really well with iPad, have used with violin and guitar. Two minor issues are that microphone cable is a bit short and I’d welcome more technical details in manual, in particular, some explanation as the use and purpose of the three microphone settings. The diagrams in so called manual are useless.
I use it with Acapella and find the only really useable setting is the “really loud” one as the App allows you to reduce volume of recordings but you can’t increase volume.
You will need some means of applying eq if you use video as the supplied apps are sound only.

IMPORTANT: This does work on android! If your android phone has the standard audio jack port. I have a motorola g5s plus and it works phenomanly for video interviews. I recomend downloading the "open camera" app then changing the audio settings to "external microphone"

Most people who give this a bad review are people who have either ordered it for the wrong phone or don't like the apps that this company makes which has nothing to do with this microphone. It will work with apples products with a standard audio jack or android phones with a standard audio jack.

Went to use for the 1st time,expecting it to have a basic array of add ons, every time I put in a basic effect, they wanted £2, 3, or £4.99, it would cost you a fortune to buy just a basic level, didn’t mention that in the description sent mine back.

Well, mine doesn't work when I change the settings for sound on the side, it only works if it is on the lowest setting. But when it is in that setting I find it is good and I can make clear voice recordings.
If the different settings worked that would be nice. Main thing I need is one packet of "bravery to record".
Overall I do like this product, it comes with a bog to hold and protect it. And details to register it which means I might be able to get it fixed?
And it does work well, if it didn't have the options to change the sound intensity I wouldn't know I needed them...

Ive tried lots of USB microphones which I have struggled with for good sound quality and ease of use. The iRig microphone is brilliant! The quality sounds great and I can take it anywhere. I use it mainly with my macbook air, but I have also used it on my iphone for recording quick testimonials from clients.

Used with a Nexus 5 and 7. It records really well, but after a while I was getting real issues with recordings being distorted. I'd thought the Mic was damaged, however after some testing, I discovered it's the software not the Mic that's the issue... Whatever you do, DON'T use the irig recorder app (at least on Android anyway), it's utterly useless! There are far better recording apps on the market which work perfectly well with the iRig. The mic itself is great though.

Sure it's a good quality microphone, but you can do better for the money. If you are looking for an iPhone mic, try and XLR to 3.5mm adapter for your existing mic or buy a mic that has a mono/stereo 3.5mm jack.

this is the second irig microphone i have purchased in the last 8 months and both have broke. The adapter is really badly made my friend has had the very same problem so that is 3 microphones!! all with the same problem!! not worth the money and because i have had the last one for 6 weeks they will not let me return it!! really unimpressed.. it is such a shame as when its new the mic is really good...

Good product, but it's a bit vague about getting the full use ut of the software. OK so it comes with free stuff, but there's not much you can do with it once you have it you realise you need the big boy versions of the apps, which of course cost. However, overall pretty good

How much more handy can an iphone be than with the addition of this. If you use garage band or any recording programme this is the baby to get. It is a superb piece of kit and comes with a handy carry bag.

The quality of this mike is pretty good - you can get some excellent results. One issue with the 3 sensitivity settings - might just be my voice but there doesn't seem to be a good input level for me - either too quiet or popping so you have to be a bit of a diva moving the mike away for belting notes. Bargain though, definitely worth the money.

I use this mic with my iPad and some recording software to record training sessions. It has a settings that allows the smallest of noise (or someone speaking who's not so close) to be heard and recorded. There are other settings too that cancel out the background noise.
