La chitarra oltre ad essere arrivata in ritardo di qualche giorno rispetto al previsto, è arrivata presentando un manico imbarcato tanto da impedire di far suonare la chitarra sulle corde di mi e si fino al 3 tasto, e facendo friggere la corda di mi (basso) sul primo. Sto valutando se portarla da un liutaio e spendere dai 30 ai 40 euro per farla sistemare oppure restituirla. Considerando che la confezione era integra all' arrivo, il problema deve essere legato alla fabbricazione o al mancato controllo da parte del venditore del prodotto prima della vendita. Visto il prezzo speso per la chitarra forse mi conveniva prenderla in un negozio (si trovano più o meno allo stesso prezzo un po' ovunque) avendo però la certezza che il prodotto fosse in condizioni migliori.

Muy buena guitarra para iniciarse, de una marca que te asegura calidad y profesionalidad en todos sus productos. La primera vez que la pedí la tuve que devolver porque vino rota, la segunda vez me vino perfecta.

Ho fatto veramente un ottimo acquisto! Per chi vuole avvicinarsi allo studio della chitarra ma non vuole spendere cifre esorbitanti ed allo stesso tempo non rinunciare ad una buona qualità dello strumento, questa chitarra è l'ideale. Per questa fascia di prezzo è la migliore che si possa trovare. Il suono è molto buono, anche amplificato e si suona con molta facilità.

Aun siendo una gran marca y teniendo un buen acabado, le pongo tres estrellas porque con el tiempo de uso de menos de un año y por la tensión de las cuerdas que trae de fábrica se me ha despegado el puente...y ahora me tengo que comer una reparación.

Really happy with this guitar. The action is alittle high for my liking but easy fix. Guitar came in perfect condition. The packaging was great. Can tell care went into it. I would definitely buy another guitar from cosmo music

No soy muy entendido en guitarras pero esta me gusto por su color y por que creo que es una guitarra donde se puede aprender a tocar.
Cuando vino (al día siguiente de pedirla) la envoltura muy buena y al abrirla el color es mucho mas bonito que el que viene en la foto.
El sonido es muy claro y, como ya digo no soy ningún experto, el sonido es muy bueno.
Creo que es una guitarra perfecta para aprender a tocar.

I PURCHASED this for our grandson who wants to learn the guitar. I have played for over 50 years so I KNEW a good beginner instrument is what he would need. I have played many high end guitars in my life, but I can tell you, this is a great bargain for the money. Plays and frets easily and the tone is much better than I expected. Our grandson loves it. I should point out, we never used the electric, but simply played as acoustic only, besides, if you're learning, who in the HELL NEEDS more VOLUME? BUY it!

Incredible sound out of the box. High quality body, comfortable fret board, beautiful finish.. and did I mention how great this sounds?
However, I'm still wondering if mine has a defective pickup or wiring. I plugged it in to an amp and cranked it to max volume, but it barely makes a whisper. So I plugged my amp into another amp and then plugged that into my Mac and turned that up to max. Now I can hear it but the noise is so atrocious that I'd really rather not hear it.
The tuner is working.. but the manual is no help as far as what to do with the signal to make it usable or enjoyable. As an acoustic guitar, this was an incredible purchase and I love it. And it's good enough to give it 4 stars just based on that. It's just too bad I can't plug it in.. but then again, maybe there's just something wrong with mine.

Sounds great unplugged. However I gave it 4 stars because when plugged in it tends to have a natural reverb sustain that's not bad but you need to work on amp and preamp settings to calm that down and then it sounded more mellow. I also think that when I put some good Martin strings on it will also make it more mellow. I wish it had the Sst preamp instead of the Ibanez brand which is inferior. However it's still a good guitar for the money and I will get it into shape for use at my gigs.

Save your money and don’t order from them. I was expecting a brand new product and instead got something that looked refurbished. It’s wrong to falsely advertise your product as “New” then send people damaged or secondhand products.

Wont hold tune even after several weeks of keeping up with it. The amplifier cables came disconnected and dancing inside the box. It will not power up the internal tuner tool. I will buy a different brand. Poor quality overall.

Beautiful guitar and plays well right out of the box. I wanted to get back into playing guitar and this was perfect. Plays great, sounds great and is a good guitar for the money. Ibanez makes solid products and am very happy with my purchase.

This guitar arrived with a split on the fretboard. It was also nearly unplayable until it had a proper setup. Right out of the box it cost $150 to get it into playing condition.

I have very little knowledge on guitars, but I wanted to buy my husband (someone very knowledgeable) one for his birthday, but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for it. I lucked out picking this one because not only does it look amazing, it sounds really really nice. It exceeded any and all expectations I had and my husband was literally at a loss for words with it. So happy with my purchase!

The guitar sound great but came defective, the bridge came partially off after the first usage, I would recommend to buy a guitar from a local store where you can check the item before you buy it, I think this is the last time I buy a musical instrument online.

Very fine instrument, holds a tune pretty well. I love the builtin plugin/tuner as I only use it to play around the house mostly. HIghly recommend.
