Perfect shell replacement for 2010 i10

Perfect shell replacement for my 2010 i10. We need to open the shell and put back the key, chip and one small magnetic black piece with small plastic piece in new shell. (had forgotten this small piece first which does not work without this and not sure what this is)

Perfect!

Absolutely perfect. Was very skeptical in the start if I can do it myself since it requires a lot of attention to detail. YouTube helped me a lot and this now looks just like the original. Can’t make out if it’s real or fake!

Perfect

1st of all, this keyshell was not available at local shops that is why I ordered it from Amazon.
2nd, it is light weight, body and buttons made up of plastic. My original key had rubber buttons which wore off on heavy usage. I think plastic will last more than rubber.
3rd, very easy to install. Just remove screw of old key and transfer the main remote module to new key, go to a shop and get the key reshaped.
4th, cost is comparatively very low.

Good Quality and easy to replace.

Delivery - On time, Quality - Good, Looks similar to the original key. Mine is 2013 mfd Verna Fluidic 1.6 CRDi SX. I changed it myself by watching the Youtube video on it. Advice - Be careful when opening the original old key. keep track of every part that falls off or you remove. Slightly miss fits but you can adjust to cut some extra plastic and fit in the circuit. I am planning to change another key also with this one.

Go with this if u r looking Xcent key cover.

Superb durable quality with finishing. I was trying to buy from local shop.he told me for 700 per key. and i searhed on amazon i got same product in very cheap price. just a some mesurment issue after key installing in new cover. i have to open it manually after pushing button. that doesn't matter for me. Thanks Manufacturer and Amazon to sell online.

 The key shell supplied by the seller is defective and not useful. The Amazon customer care also not done justice. When pressing the button key, not opening the key. Replacement denied by Amazon.in

Worst material..

It’s not easy to Install...when I went to install to key shop the guy told co has given wrong key ... & I spend Rs 1000/- Extra to make it perfect... It’s not worth for buying in this price..../ Co should return my money..

Original key doesn’t fit

The quality of the shell and buttons is very good. But the original key could not fit in fully and therefore could not fix the locking pin. Finally had to file the locking pin groove in the key a bit which solved the issue. Don't attempt buying and fixing on your own if you don't have some DIY tools.

Does what it claims it can

Works well and seems to be of good quality. Got it done from a local keymaker instead of taking the chance myself.

Note: It DOES work on the 2013 Hyundai i10 with the similar shaped key (despite what one of the sellers has mentioned in the answer to my question above).

Doesn't work for Verna Fluidic 1.6SX, wastage of money

> product looks good and of decent quality
> remote features work after replacing the shell
> BUT engine does NOT start with the key after replacing shell and putting original key in new shell
> Some how the car ignition detecs that key shell has been replaced e.t.c and doesn't allow the car to start
> SO basically a wastage of money

Its very good product.
Looks like a orignal company provided remote key.
Just do not try to fit at home as it could damage ur key board.
Go to key maker.
I would recommend this.

Great i20 key replacement

Great replacement i20 key replacement. It was very easy to take the inards out of my old key and fit them in this new one. Don't forget to take the little radio antenna out of the top right hand corner of the old key, otherwise your immobilizer will stop the engine from starting.

Very Good Product

Wonderful product for old Hyundai cars (2012 and older).
Authorized service centers were asking for the complete replacement of keys sets which would cost approx 9000 INR.
I bought a set of these key shells which were easy to install by just replacing the chip and immobilizer from old and damaged key shell.

Value for money.

Easy to change, Satisfectory quality

Very nice quality of key shell, u can change it by yourself with the help of some general tools or you can take the help of "watch mechanic". This shell cones with a dummy metal (key)piece connected to the flipper(rotater), if you need to change that dummy piece with original key, u definitely need some special tools which u find in any watch repairing shop.

Extremely cheap than the price at car dealer.

The pair if remote keys that comes with my Hyundai costs ₹13,000/- as compared to this product. It doesn't have the same quality, but it's serving the purpose very well. I don't mind throwing it and buying a new set every year.

Very Good Quality and perfect match

Very Good Quality and perfect match, just remember to take care of the black color sensor which needs to be replaced as it is from the old shell to the new shell. Hyundai cars are password locked and without the sensor in the key, it wont be get unlocked. So take care while replacing the sensor.

Flip key shell value for money. After installing it works proper for fludic Verna 2014 (Instalation done in Hundayi showroom service center). Key with shell is duplicate has to replace with Orginal key.

Life saver. Make sure you dont throw the old ...

Life saver. Make sure you dont throw the old key before this one can open AND start the car. There is a small component in the old key which I missed and the car didnt start. Other vendors charged 4-15K for the keys but this fixed it under 300 bucks.

Really this is looking like original key. but Don't work self making. just buy it and go to key makers. he cost 150 to 200 for changing in chennai. my request don't make self work. bcoz it's so difficult if doing any mistake. one more info( that key shop man said this product cost is 1200 with replacement key shell.

Amazing product

This key is amazing. Saved atleast some 10k + Rs, as my old key got damaged. It could be assembled myself; but had to teach the key again (for some reason the chip lost its password). It is working as expected - central lock and ignition... Thanks for proving this solution! Go for it - if you are in need... no doubt about it!

Best Key cover replacement for I-20 car 2009-2012 model.

Nice product. Once installed you won't be able to distinguish between original key cover and this one.
Only one con is that it is price-wise a little bit expensive. May be in 300 Rs it would have been a value for money.

But it serves its purpose well and I found no problem in installing and using this product.

Doest Fit the Original Remote Chip of the original hyundai key

My Hyundai accent had original keys & remote but this one is a cheap chinese knock off, the remote chip doesn't fit the new shell, its small in size than the original one

Good product at a even better price.

Good quality replacement key cover... It almost feels like the new key... Almost.
Had to figure out how to fix bits and pieces, but it fits nicely and looks as real one. Buy this if you need to replace the key cover, it's value for money and is DIY.

Nice product. But please do not forget to remove the chip (black colour small chip) from your old key and Place it in the new key. Otherwise you can only lock and unlock the car. Car does not start without the chip. See the you tube video for proper installation.

Great Product.Easy to install at home.

Very Good Product. Great quality. There is no need for replacing the original key blade or go to the keymaker to copy the key blade. You can use Ur original key blade.just replace the sensors and chip in the shell. I did it at home. Very easy to do. Just need to try 2-3 times to get the spring mechanism right.

But bit tough for new users, bcoz the tailside of the original key shld be grinded to fix into this amazon flip shell... So be careful for NEW comers.... Watch any youtube video bfr ordering it

No replacement & No return - its not the same what they show

Guys be careful, I got the product which is not the same as they show in picture. it substandard quality and not returnable. This product is available at below 200 with other seller but I brought this looking at review and picture of the product. but delivered one is different. no option to replace.

Flip key size not match

Don't buy blank key and original key doesn't fix properly. Movement of flip key not happening. Spring and everything fixed properly. Size is not proper.
Waste of money.

Does not work

It does not work. I replaced my key shell with this one and although the lock unlock buttons were working the key did not start the vehicle. The key and its entire system is is built together and this shell is not compatible. This does not work.

Good Product

I found that it is more useful to me. It is perfectly suited for I20 2012 model. I would advise to consult some local car key replacement technician to get it replaced as we need to handle the sensor and the actual key very carefully. Sometimes, we will have to pile the key as well.

Lock, Unlock, Hold Symbols got erased within a month

I bought this key shell in Rs. 488 from Amazon and within a month of use, the print of Lock, Unlock, Hold symbols got erased. Very cheap quality as compared to price. Will recommend anyone to buy this. Instead you could look for a keyshell in local shop which will be better.

Awesome product - great quality & fits very well for my 2013 Fluidi Verna keys.

Product is awesome fits very well with my older keys of Hyundai Verna 2013 model. Though I had to struggle for the first key replacement, but got easier with the other one - there are number of youtube videos that will help if you are doing it for the first time. I am very happy with the product.

Холодильник брал осознанно, долго сравнивал. Эта модель одна из лучших по функциональности за свои деньги. Три камеры, четыре двери - это удобно, не открывается всё сразу, меньше уходит холода. Зона свежести нужная вещь, особенно для фруктов и овощей. Полки из стекла, надёжные, легко моются. Система Total No Frost избавляет от головной боли с разморозкой. Управление через внешний дисплей, удобно, можно точно задать температуру. Морозилка мощная, 6 ящиков для заморозки. Шумит немного, но не критично.В целом, отличный холодильник, в нём всё продумано.

• + После старого кажется таким огромным, помещается все. Нравится зона свежести, овощи и фрукты дольше остаются хрустящими и не вянут за день. Морозильная камера тоже порадовала, целых 6 ящиков, удобно раскладывать продукты по категориям. Система Total No Frost прям находка, никакой воды и льда. Работает не совсем бесшумно, но терпимо, особенно для такой мощности. Электронное управление удобное, а дисплей снаружи. Вид у холодильника стильный, двери открываются легко
