Don't know why but either the battery used to get drained fast or the connection used to get loose. had to frequently open the mouse to adjust the batteries when it used to start functioning. but got fed up soon and got a wired mouse.
earlier I had bought a Chinese wireless mouse which was much cheaper (hardly somewhere about Rs. 350/-) but it worked well for me for more that 2 years

HP serial number 7CH0420X04 as mentioned on box, while on invoice it is mentioned as B06Y34RQ6Y
Unable to register the product on HP support official website, when using the serial number Mentioned on box of wireless mouse . The details mentioned on the invoice do not figure anywhere on the mouse or the packaging....
Not sure whether the product is original or not......and also whether the invoice generated is actually of the product delivered because the details on invoice donot reflect on the product box.
Please advise how to register this product on HP support website for warranty

Issue with scroll. Not recommended to buy.
I bought this product 4+ months before and was working smooth for 4 months. I found issue with scroll and thought battery might getting expired. Changed the battery yesterday and still facing the same issue. 4 months is a too short life for a mouse and I strongly recommend NOT to buy this product.
Another disappointing thing I found is, the product has NO Warranty. It was my mistake to choose this one without considering the warranty. My expectation was, like any other normal mouse it would live long.

Good Quality
i have been using it for a month now and did not find any issues whatsoever. HP should have provided a space in the mouse to store the dongle as it may get lost easily. One issue is that i am unable to register the product on HP’s website. HP,s website is unable to find the serial number printed at the back of the mouse and its packaging. Please do check with the seller about this issue for before buying.

very bad product. customer care and service center worse due to they don't know about mouse repairing.
very bad product. I am purchased 2 hp mouse from amazon and very bad things is both are not working after 2 months due to sencer not working. But another mouse purchased from hp shop its working fine. now realized the products are either duplicate hp product or faulty product which is sale in flipkart by dealer.

Not working properly do not buy
It stop working properly within three months. At first I think the problem was on my pc so I restart did not work. Then reset the pc not worked then I restall the whole os but it still do not work then I check with my older mouse it was working properly.
After a week of using it the wheel stuck but I think it is a minor problem but now the whole mouse is not working properly. Don't know what to do know. Do not buy it get some other mouse but not this my old mouse is only rs.299 and it is still working

Recieved a faulty product, now stuck with it.
I was hoping it would be a decent product but I got a faulty piece. I need a wireless mouse urgently so I cannot even return this (because God knows how long it will take for the replacement to get delivered because of the lockdown and border sealing in my city).
Faulty mouse wheel:
The mouse wheel is inclined towards the right and touches the right click button. So whenever I hold the right button down and try to scroll, the wheel gets stuck. It doesn't even move because there is no space between it and the button.
Absolutely dissatisfied with the faulty product I received.

Not a Durable product
i bought this for my office work.
1. the first item i received was without Bluetooth receiver for laptop. got it replaced and extra 1 star is to Amazon for replacing quickly.
2. the replaced product worked fine for 6 months. then 1 day it just went kaput (stopped working). replaced batteries , checked with colleagues laptops but the mouse wouldn't turn on.
my advice : instead of this get a wired mouse. it works better.

Works on everthing. No special pad required.
Best Mouse works on everything. You dont need special mouse pads. But use on smooth plain surface so it will last long.
Buy it if u are looking for one.
Most important it will not pain your hand like big mouses do. Fits under your fingers like real mouse.

Battery cover is of very low quality
I have purchased this mouse asuming is is original HP mouse as price was Rs.645. Bus within 3 days of use its battery cover lid broked down. now I can't close it and as i try to use mouse battery comes out. My whole money went in vain. Please dont purchase. Its price should be Rs. 150.

Pathetic Customer Care Service from HP
Bough this mouse last year which came with Warrant of 1 Yr. It has stopped working after 6mths only and Amazon is not responsible for warranty and the Toll free nos which was given for HP has no option of warranty replacement in their IVR menu. Even after sending multiple email's to HP team no response . Waste of Money in buying this product.

Defective Batteries
A pair of 'Energizer' batteries were recd with product which I used to activate.
The product didn't work. So i asked for a return pick up. However could not return it due to time issues. As a last resort i tried a different pair of batteries and the product started working. now i have cancelled the return pick.
The point being, if working batteries were provided in the first place, thw headache caused could have been avoided .

Not a worthy product
I brought this mouse 6 months back and during this period I have changed battery 4 times. It works only when the battery is at it full capacity. If the battery starts to drain, it won't switch on. The first battery that I removed from this mouse when it stopped turning on, I used it in my wireless keyboard and still it is working.
My recommendation, don't buy. Over a period, the battery cost will overtake the mouse cost.

It's a duplicate product
I was using this mouse for few months and it was working well so far. But for sometime I started getting issues with the product. I replaced batteries twice but that does not resolve the issue. When i open the mouse to clean its sensor, i only then realize that its and assembled mouse and the quality of the internal material and assembly is substandard. Regards

Strictly OK. Not great
Product comes with 2 AAA batteries. It is quite small and palm does not fully rest on the mouse. Consequently, it is OK for casual use but not for use beyond say 30 mins since your hand would start painting. Would recommend the HP x3500 instead

Good product..I even slipped it once to floor.but still works fine..this is the replacement i got from amazon..the scrolling ball of the 1st product got damaged the same day it was delivered to me...

Using it for over a year and half.
I purchased it in Feb last year for my laptop and the best thing about the mouse is it's compact nature. Easy to carry in your bagpack, smooth mouse overall with fair bluetooth range. Not at all for gaming, I'm a gamer myself and I use Logitech G402 as my primary mouse but it's a good deal for them who are looking for a compact secondary mouse.

Easy Handling , Fast Control
I was very much troubled controlling with laptop touchpad. I got this delivery by Amazon. Easy to hold as it is small. And very fast and responding. No hard effort to install. Just put the battery which we get with the package. Insert the usb , switch on the mouse(bottom). And it is done.

Good mouse for 550Rs .Receiver holder missing
Nice wireless mouse.bought for 550 Rs.2 AAA battery also was included with the package. Would be better if there is place inside mouse to hold the receiver. As its tough to carry.may lose it soon.

Nice. Only 10ms latency.
Good. Better than even some wires mice. Has very very low lag. It is very sensitive( which is a good thing for low lag) and as a result needs good mouse pad, doesn't work nice without it. Needs flat mouse pad for best result. Otherwise technical things are up to the mark.

Product is not genuine..looks like
Mouse not working properly. optical sensor not working properly. Automatically clicks anyware and start scrolling by its own.
Faulty product. Now I am having a doubt on product authentication. It's look like electronic products at not genuine.

Incomplete items
Extremely disappointed with Amazon since the unit got delivered without a key component the bluetooth receptor which is supposed to be inside the mouse as shown in the product literature. And inspite of putting it for a return on 2 occasions Amazon team just did not bother to even respond and keeps showing this ad order delivered . Fed up with these guys

A big no for a graphic designer.. Never buy this product
I don't prefer this product.. If you are a graphic designer.. There is some problem with the battery section u need to remove and keep it in regular intervals.. Some times the scroll gets stuck and u can't roll it..
