Good product but need more attention from product service team
Revised Update;
Product delivered early but installation bit late ..
Finally installation done on Aug 25th and feel more happy for buying Hisense TV as quality of sound , picture very good at this price level.. I thank you to Head of Service of Hisense team for helping on installation .

Simply superb tv
Just purchased it after a few days after release on Amazon. A good quality TV with almost all given functions. The only hinderence is that it takes a few seconds after changing from android to normal TV channels. Overall a good buy. Any other feature loosening, will be known only after lapse of warranty after one year.
We would like to know whether warranty is available for 4 years as was mentioned in the initial highlights of it's launch.

One of the worst product
I purchased this product on 19th of August and the installation team came on 29th of August and the TV is working and features in the TV remote is not working properly. Now I complain to amazon they told that after 28th of August you cannot replace or return the product. "HOW IT IS POSSIBLE" after the installation only we will come to know that the product is working or not. Really disgusting.

A TV with good contrast. 5 years panel warranty.
Was one of the few first buyers of this TV I was researching and wanting to go for 4k TV however I analysed that even the resolution if it was 4k TV, I will not feel as if I get into the TV screen. It's just the high definition resolution which is enough for daily use of watching movies and set top box streaming.
There is no 4K content which is streamed through satellite or any Indian movies (a very few), it might take another 4 to 5 years for the same. And by the time Android 9 might be obsolete.
Even if I take a smart TV of the highest brand the features and the use are going to be the same nothing much extraordinary. After two or three days of use we feel it's fine and not really extraordinary. I find this TV as a big tablet. Integrated to use internet and HD set top box.
That's it nothing else, really great about smart TV with Android.
Buying this TV during the first sale was little exciting that hisense is giving 5 years panel warranty. Which Hindi claimed showing them the invoice.
Picture quality is as expected high definition and the sound quality is good. I could feel the DTS surround sound. I don't want to damage my ears by adding my Bluetooth sound bar.
And for those people who might have received a damaged product or some features were not working when they received the TV. It's just a matter of luck that in any electronics a few units might be malfunctioning. This can be taken care by by replacement from the company or repair. Of course the excitement of a brand new TV will diminish a little.
But I must admit that I feel excited that I received this TV with a VA panel, this gives and amazing contrast of black and white colours and I am enjoying the best this still we can give me.
A few movies that I enjoyed are.
The accidental prime minister Sushant Singh new movie Dil bechara, Kesari, Shakuntala Devi, rab ne Bana Di Jodi.
I'm fully satisfied.

amazing video quality as you can see in samples at this price.Capable of competing much bigger tv brands .no issue found as of now.feeling happy and content at this price .full hd display can beat many 4k tv brands.on top of that git 5 years panel warranty thankyou hisense and amazon .Was in doubt about the new brand before now its clear that its a very good tv brand .google assistant working perfectly

Does not run Disney+ Hotstar app...Beware
This product clearly depicts that it runs Disney+ hotstar app...but neither it is pre-installed nor can you install it from playstore...this totally means they are misleading people...these are basic apps that need to run...but in 2020 if you are unable to run these apps...then you feel like stone age already...I want a refund for this...

Must buy tv. The display quality is just awesome nd the sound quality is just no words to say. So one thing you need to note. When u login for the first time to google account the tv will give out of lags for 10 mins till ever app get uploaded.then ones u update all app. Restart the tv . Nd trust me later it won't give a single lag it's runs smoothly. And do the sound settings nd then use it . The sound quality is just awesome . Must buy tv

High Quality at Low Price
I liked the product the moment it was installed. First the Delivery was very quick delivered the very next day I ordered on Prime day Sale. Then the installation was also done prior to scheduled time. It is love at first sight. High quality Audio and video. Quick startup and all Apps like Amazon Prime, Hotstar, Zees5, Jio Cimena, Youtube, MXPlayer, Netflix and many many more are performing well.
Overall it's a very good product at very reasonable price.
The Only low is. Volume indicator ,
on display screen , increase- decrease show in line it's not properly visible, In a modern day TV it should have been Digital display with good visibility.
Secondly, the Volume + - button is not well placed. most of the time if you (- )decrease the volume it press the << un-intentionally.
Otherwise everything is fine

Pros: TV has crisp and bright display and does it' job very well. OS is user friendly and features are good. Viewing angle is perfect. Remote quality and features are easy to use.
Cons: Sound quality is not good. Build Quality (Quality control) is poor. In my case led panel was not glued properly to TV casing resulting into a small gap between panel and tv casing. Tried to replace but replacement could not be done instead refund is issued.
They should focus on better quality control to have a better grip on market share of TV industry which is already competitive.

Defective TV by Hisense
1.Huge Scratch found on screen when installation Technician by Amazon opened the TV box.
2.Installation Technician came after 10 days the TV was delivered after making lot of calls.
3.No replacement of product available, amazon will provide refund which will be loss for you as you may have bought it in discount during amazon sales and now they have increased price by 1000 and less discount.
4.Donot know how Hisense selling a defective product in their first sale.

Its a great deal.
Its a great deal with this price. Complete value for money. Highlighting the concern points only.
1. Sound quality is very good with 20W speakers. but if your room is bit big and ceiling / stand fan noise is bit higher then you might need a sound bar or additional speaker to enjoy properly.
2. If you connectivity speed is higher then your tV android feature will acts so fast. I didn't find any issues in lagging side till date.
Overall I can recommend it.

Third class service for a sub optimal product
1. Some basic features are non functional.
2. Person who came for installation mounted the tv on the wall and then says that product is non functional. He wants me to look at YouTube videos and "figure out"
3. Amazon customer support guys say that we the customers need to spend time, effort and energy in unmounting the product and fitments from the wall to be able to replace it

Very bad picture quality, sound, colors and Remote handling.
Please do not buy this product.
The looks of this TV is reasonably good, but don't go by the looks as it doesn't have the brains to carry it further. The picture quality is worst, hazy and less bright. The colour are poor. The sound is like a torn speaker, and handling the remote is a real task with so much of lag from the sticky buttons. Unfortunately there is no return on this purchase, so please do not get stuck. Do a good research and buy a better product in same price.

Very nice picture quality, easy to connect with mobile Wi-fi. Good sound.
But Amazon installation service is hopeless.
The person who is supposed to install TV didn't call us and when we called him he said I can't come. Also I complained to Amazon about installation service And there after I have received message from Amazon that customer is not traceable.
They are making fun of us

Lack of things....after 15 day use
1.Picture quality not so good compare to micromax,mi or any other brand
2.Voice recognition doesn't work

Proper value for money Hisense TV..
Writing this review nearly after using this product for 1 month. So picture quality is very good, blacks are decent at this price point when comparing to other brands like MI, VU in same price segment.TV comes with bluetooth support & voice recognition which is very much required feature currently and getting this feature in this price segment is just excellent. Sound quality is also very good, that even in my big room I can clearly listen sound from the TV on medium volume. Just go for it guys, you will not regret purchasing this product.

Not a great value for money! Better Invest on MI
No sign of 5years warranty from Amazon or Brand on panel which came as a introductory offer. I had to struggle for installation and voice recognition is not working which is common problem. Luckily, I have faced any issue apart from this.
Not a satisfactory product and worth the money. I had to buy this TV since MI was out of stock. Instead please go and buy MI TV without second thought.

Hisense company is big chitting me.
Picture quality good.
Voice recognition and sound quality very bad.
I'm purchase 32 inc tv but few days after LED problem & WIFI connected but internet not connected.
I'm contact hisense customer care they told me your problem solve with in 24 to 48 hours but problem is not solve dt.05/09/2020. Any person not called me hisense company.

Go for a good branded tv...avoid Chinese
I wont recommend this product. The sound out put to speakers is not working. System is so slow to respond. And so the remote. I received the product on 21st Aud 2020 and the service person didn't attend on the scheduled date and Amazon/ hisense didn't share the phone number of service person. Amazone didn't share the details of proof of five year panel warranty as they offered at the time of purchase. Voice recognition is not working properly. Totally an unsatisfied purchase.

Less Price Less Quality
All working good , At first Hotstar was not supporting , after one reset that has solved and intermittently prime video crashing some time youtube as well .All other things are good. I bought this because VU cinema series was out stock on the other hand i would have gone for that.

Value for money
This is a excellent product at this price range. everything works fine.but the android applications takes some time to open as it has 1gb ram only. We can not consider this as a complaint at this price. Otherwise the sound quality and picture quality is so good. I didn't face any lag while using. The sound is more than enough for a medium size hall.so many streaming platforms are available for this TV. Chrome casting works well. I didn't faced any issue with the product. But still I'm not sure about the service of hisense. Let's hope it's good.

Customer service is not good..
TV is good, but Amazon is not good, installation is provided after 7 days but return window will close after 10 days. so I have 3days to see any defects. I called customer service 3times they said we will update the date from installation date. But after completion of date the date is not updated. I called again they said we can't update the date. The return will close. We cannot help you in that they said. I think this is not good from customer service..

Don't buy this TV!
Poor audio quality. Poor tv quality. In less than a month, needs repairs!!! Never buy the product, complete waste of money. Even Amazon service for this product sucks.

Verry Good Tv No doubt Installation is too late i revieced my Tv on 13 Auguat but my tv installed by service technician on 19 August. Tv picture quality in front side very good you may fill picture flas out from side by Sound quality is superb no other sound bar is requare smart function is also verry good smart remote function well I recomended to all for bay this is more better than Mi Tv .

Everything is fine given the price point, nice of Hi-Sense to provide wall mount and other accessories within the package..only con I can say is sound quality which is not up to the mark, overall you can go for it if you have a decent bluetooth speaker or a soundbar.

Tv delivered well in time but installation by amazon was not done after many call di t got positive response atlast i mailed hisense india about the same and within few hours i got the call from prem saxena ji a d assured me of installing the tv within a day. I am very thankful to hisense india and prem saxena for installing the tv. Picture quality, sound and price are awesome.

Great work by Hiseanse loot lo yaar
Finally I got a new Hisense 32 inch smart TV it's a great product and values for money performance of TV quite good and most thing it's function easy to use. But after a prime membership we have delivered this product in 6 day's this disappointed.
