Flimsy Built Quality
The overall built quality of the TV is very bad, the buttons on the remote look like they will break soon. My 4 year old LG TV remote still is very strong and good quality.
Also after the Amazon person was installing the TV there were some noises coming from within the TV for which the installation guy said it may be thermocol.

DON"T BUY ANYTHING IF YOU NEED PEACE OF MIND AFTER SALES BY AMAZON.IN"
For All Buyers of Amazon India, Please don't buy anything more than Rs. 1000 value from Amazon.in. Better go with local retail shops, because if you face any problem with the product which you purchased from Amazon then you will not surely get a proper solution form Amazon.in as they always trying to manipulate you and waste the time and makes you lose your hope to get your rights back. My Honest recent experience from the past 2 months. "Conclusion: DON"T BUY ANYTHING IF YOU NEED PEACE OF MIND AFTER SALES BY AMAZON.IN"
Within 2 weeks of delivery faced Volume Issue, Power On Issue & Timer Issue several times. Faced Very Hard to get after sales support from Amazon (Resposonded but still had hard time to get ground support and ground support also just normal), Cloudtail (Seller-No response at all), Hisense (Product Company-Email not working, Tool Free Not working-No response at all).
Suggest: Think Twice before buy this from this TV Brand.

Hisense TV, it seemed like a Good Sense product to me...😜😊
After the usage of 4 days....'
=> PICTURE QUALITY :- 4.5 / 5 (There is no doubt for HD and FULL HD 👌Superb quality for those, rest of them like for siti setup box (non - hd) it looks like dim, after the User Settings it looks good 👍....
=> VOICE RECOGNITION :- 5/5 (I 've seen reviews and many people have posted that voice recognition does not working. After the installation done by me, I click the voice button it shows doesn't Working... And than I recognised that there is process to connect 'TV Bluetooth via Remote Bluetooth' - " Click settings button nd Go to Remote & Accessories there is a Bluetooth option & press the 3 lined button of the Remote.. So, Finally ur remote will connected and it works.....👍
=> SOUND QUALITY :- 4.1 / 5.....👍
=> DELIVERY : - 5/5
=> INSTALLATION :- 2/5 ( Bcoz product came in time, but installation service changes the date from 23rd to 30th then I installed myself.....👍
=> Casting :- 3/5 (Screen casting, sometimes not working on my tv I suffer a little in this regard.....😏
=> Finally, Our family is happy😊 to buy a good product at this price👍😊.

Very good tv but installation team is very bad
I wrote here my personal experience, picture quality and sound quality is very good. But Hisense or Amazon didn't have installation fecility in my place. I purchase this tv from 6th August, received tv in 8th August. Today 20th August didn't install this tv. So many times I contacted to Hisense operation head and Amazon customer service anybody didn't help me for installation until now. everybody are playing very well. Believe me guys purchase better in Flipkart

5 star TV on budget price
Very happy to replace my old TV with this new one (43 inch/108cm)full HD, Android, smart LED TV. All the main features are available on its remote control. Programs on Netflix, Amazon prime, YouTube etc can be viewed on just a click of a button on the remote. Superb picture quality n sound with which we are all very happy in our family. Considering the price which we paid is worth buying of a very good quality TV. We have no regret at all for buying this product. Good luck to Hisense in highly competitive market of India. I am sure they'll do a fantastic business, if they maintain this quality.

VALUE FOR MONEY IN 10800 RPS SBI CREDIT CARD OFFER
Hisense 32 inch LED TV Detailed review
Order led tv on 9 August
Delivered on 12 August
While booked the tv installation date was 14 August but after order it shows 17 August that is too late
Call the Amazon customer care service regarding early installation ( in delhi ) but they are all helpless,I think other states customers suffers more late delivery and late installation or no installation for sure moreover the vendor that Amazon tied up for installation of tv CUDEL DELIGHT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED was pathetic not attended any call nor reply on mail. check out the company on profile on google all reviews are negative. I don't konw why Amazon work with that kind of vendors.
Writing mail to hisense india regarding installation on 13 August, response from hisense was prompt and receive the call from Prem saxena (operations head ) hisense, given me assurance your installation will be done on 13th Aug and same has been done.
Spl thanks to Prem saxena for quick installation and update on google assistant n bluetooth connectivity so that works perfectly.
Now come to tv features
1) Chromecast working perfectly without any lag using Google home app
2) Google assistant voice search worked very well n smoothly but you need to connect the remote with tv please refer user manual.
3) bluetooth connectivity was good and worked well, connected with boat bluetooth speaker but keep in mind that it connects with the bluetooth for output purpose only for example bluetooth headphone , speakers, sound bars but not connected with mobile phone.
4) internet connectivity too good, used Netflix, prime video's ,you tube without any lag or buffering by using mobile hotspot. Watched malang movie on Netflix.
5) sound quality of the tv was good or you can say good for small room size only( tv channels sound output ).
6) YouTube videos sound was too good crispy clear loud n beats perfect.
7) Netflix - while watching movies the sound is bit low and you can set the volume on 80 to 100% maximum but if any song come during the movie the sound of the song was loud n too good that time you can minimise the sound. You can't change the aspect ratio of Netflix to fit to screen.
8) USB slots both slots worked perfectly by using MX player or vlc media player
9) picture quality was too good brightness contrast n all etc for HD channels but for SD channels it was Also good but make sure that you need to maintain the standard distance between the tv and you.
10) you can install the apps from Google Play Store very easily by sign in Google account.
Overall good value for money buy it 10800 rps after SBI CREDIT CARD offer 10% discount
Can't expect more in this price range , highly recommended to everyone to buy hisense tv without second thought.

Don't Buy. No Service.
Received faulty product. I can't install apps on it. Hotstar is not pre-installed nor I can find it on Google Play. I can't even install apps shown in Google Play. Pathetic. Other apps are not updating. No support from Amazon or Hisense.
