Great replacement for our Costco-purchased faucet; need to improvise for the weight
Purchased as a replacement for our ~7yo Costco-purchased Hansgrohe Allegro faucet, which had developed a pinhole leak just above the sprayer coupling as others have mentioned.
The package I received Included the main hose as well as a replacement for the shorter hose (the one with the other half of the quick connect system). We chose not to replace that section at this time since it is not leaking and would have been difficult to reach regardless. Package also included several washer & nut pieces in a bag which I assume are for attaching that shorter hose, we did not use them. The tiny mesh strainer piece at the Sprayer end of the hose is also included. Ours did NOT include a sleeve to accommodate the larger hole in our weight - more on that later.

Actual installation was fairy simple. I’d read the reviews here and knew what to expect, so the first issue of my SO being unable to separate the quick connect was solved easily when I attempted it - squeeze and hold the two buttons on the short hose, and at the same time pull the hose out while twisting back and forth.
I then fully removed the old hose with the sprayer attached. The new one needs to be then fed back down the faucet - I immediately regretted not using the cord/rope trick when pulling out the old hose. The new hose first caught at the point where the faucet neck rotates. I was unable to get it past that point but SO managed it, only to have it get stuck at approx. counter level. We have a very deep sink which makes reaching the base of the faucet very difficult, and there are 3 other hoses that feed through a clover-shaped plastic piece there, so it is very much like threading a needle blind. Between SO and I we managed to unseat that plastic ring while moving the hose downward. SO attempted to slide it back up along all the hoses and into position but it ultimately snapped & we hope that does not cause an issue later on.

You will be reusing your sprayer head as well as the matching nut that holds the sprayer in place on the hose. That nut needs to be in place in the correct orientation on the hose before you feed the hose through the faucet.

The weight was the only hitch we had. The hose we received did NOT include or already have a sleeve installed, and this hose is significantly thinner than the old one. The weight will not hold onto the hose without some measure of padding. I solved this with a small piece of craft felt cut to the circumference of the hose and length of the weight. I do not know if there are other suitable options, this one works though!

Even with all the sticking points we had this installed in under 30 min., and I have to say it works more smoothly than the old hose when in use (likely due to being slimmer).

Easy replacement
My Hansgrohe faucet started to leak right behind the spray head, forcing water up and into the faucet assembly and down under the sink. I only noticed this when I saw water pouring out of the cabinet and in to the floor. Replacement, happily, was easy. The replacement assembly is a two-part hose, one of which screws onto the hose coming out of the mixer valve and the other of which is threaded through the spout and back down under the sink. There, they clip together with a quick-release fitting. You’ll need at most three end wrenches for the task: A 12mm and a 17mm for the under-sink assemblies, and a 3/4” for the spray head. One tip: That piece of black plastic tubing on the longer hose is meant to protect the hose from the clamp-on counterweight.

Does the job
Our problem was that the hose very close to where it attached to the hand held faucet sprung a small leak. So, after finding Hansgrohe's website and identifying our model, it was easy to find the part number we needed. We have an Allegro E faucet, so we ordered this part.

I read many of the other reviews and I got the plastic cap off easily and husband and I watched the manufacturer's video on how to install. We followed the directions exactly and installed this ourselves. We are usually the first people to hire someone else to do work in our house, but we are really glad we tried this on our own. Easy installation and works fine.

Works Well, but Not at Same quality as original, Quick Disconnect Included
I have a hansgrohe faucet purchased from Home Depot about 2007 that needed the spray hose replaced. This version of the faucet has the hose connected with a nut instead of the quick disconnect pictured here. What is not clear is that this kit includes an adaptor hose (nut to quick disconnect) if you have one of these older models. Only found this out after contacting hansgrohe (even their website photos don't show this). That said, this part worked well as a direct replacement for the older hose.
This hose is a smaller diameter than the original (which makes installation easy); however, with the quick disconnect converter, it creates a bending stress point for the hose at the disconnect point. It will most likely fail in a year or so. Seems like this was not thought out well. If adaptor hose was shorter this would prevent this issue. I suspect when this hose fails, it time for a new faucet (I'm getting a Moen)
In summary, if you're looking for a direct replacement, this is it, but don't expect it to last as long as the original.

Replaced PN 95507000 in a Hansgrohe Cento faucet
The hose was leaking near the sprayer end on my Cento faucet. I looked on their web site and it called out PN 95507000 for that hose. Based on the answer from the seller with regard to this part number, I ordered this kit.

You get two pieces in this kit. One is the short hose that connects to the mixing valve and the other is the longer piece that loops under the counter, through the faucet, and onto the spray head. The two connect with a quick connect fitting. The latter is what I needed (PN 95507000) so I did not use the shorter piece though I saved it in case I need it in the future.

Installation went fairly quickly. It took a couple tries to get the hose through the faucet body to come out under the counter, but swiveling the faucet a bit and bumping the hose a few times worked. The quick connect requires some firm squeezing pressure on the two buttons on the plastic body before you can pull the old hose out. Reconnection is just a matter of pushing the metal connection piece in.

I did note that the other hose segment is substantially shorter than the one on my faucet by at least a foot. This would make the under sink loop shorter of course, but I don't think that would make any difference in our use of the faucet.

I may have been able to get the single hose at a cheaper price, but this part arrived from Amazon the next day and our hose is no longer leaking.

Easy To Install, Hope It Doesn't Break Again
It took all of 15 minutes to remove the old hose and weight, install the new hose, and attach the old weight again. I had no issues threading it down from above the sink to below. It is a very serviceable item indeed! The hose is longer compared to the hose that came with my Talis S Faucet I bought 2.5 years ago. It touches the inside bottom of the cabinet, which the previous one did not, but doesn't cause any issues.

The hose quality seems the same as the one being replaced. I hope it is better. Fortunately, I have drip tray under my sink to catch...drips as well as a water sensor in the tray to beep if there is water present. I recommend doing the same. So, when the hose failed it didn't cause any damage. The tiny leak in the original hose was enough to make a small puddle in the tray through normal usage and was difficult to track down as the source of the problem. We'll see if this one lasts longer.

Sprayer hose
It's a nice sprayer hose, It simply wont work due to a clear plastic covering over the end that connects to the water supply. Of course it wont fit in the connector and water can't come through. Tthe covering won't come off no matter what I try. Therefore totally useless, the manufacture said there's no covering on that end. What is it?

Easy to replace - and you'll do so often
This is my fourth replacement hose in 10 years of faucet use. Good thing installation is straightforward because it's needed so often when the hose starts to leak.

UPDATE: Others report leaving the plastic tip on the end being inserted into the faucet - but I had *NO LUCK WITH THIS* in the last two replacements. The tip and the weight sleeve both came loose and blocked the hose; I had to disassemble the faucet to get them out. Pro Tip: Remove the faucet spout from the base (there's a little hole giving you access to a push-to-release clip), put the new hose through the curved spout and THEN into the body of the faucet (straight down). May be easier with the tip and sleeve removed.

Lasted just shy of 2 years, leaking again
The faucet was in the house when we bought it in 2014.
Two years after we both get the house, the kitchen sink started to leak into the cabinet. It was leaking from the hose right before the sprayer. So any time the water was on and the sprayer was docked it would leak down into the faucet and run down the hose into the cabinet.
I purchased this hose replacement and all was good... For another 2 years.
Now I have the exact same leak from the exact same place.
It’s only my wife and I in the house and I don’t think we are that hard in it, plus it’s a braided stainless line and I would expect much longer performance fr this price point.

Will be replacing the faucet soon rather than buying yet another hose for $40+

Hansgrohe should realize with the number of customers like me who buy replacement hoses that something is wrong ...
Hansgrohe ships mediocre faucet hoses which fail after approx. one year. I've had to replace them on 2 faucets so it's not a fluke. Hansgrohe should realize with the number of customers like me who buy replacement hoses that something is wrong with the original product.

Should have been simple but wasn’t
This replaced the hose on our 6 year old faucet. The hose developed a pinhole leak that sprayed a fine mist right at our heads. Getting the hose out wasn’t bad, although separating the quick disconnect took more force than I expected. The big problem was threading the hose back down the faucet neck. The Hansgrohe video on this shows that it’s easy. Nope. Tried a couple of hundred times. My wife finally fished a wire from under the sink and we used that to pull the hose through. As others have said, the instructions are not very good, and what page you turn to depends on the manufacture date of your faucet.

Fits perfectly and easy to install, no tools required!
On a Saturday we discovered a rodent had gotten under our sink and for some decided to gnaw on the faucet hose and the weight (looking for water?). So every time we turned on the faucet the underside of the sink and cabinet got sprayed!!! I never stop being amazed at what Amazon has. I found this replacement hose on Monday and had it on Tuesday. Installation was easy if you decipher the pictagrams. I had trouble at first feeding the hose through until I realized the picture was telling me to align the faucet arm straight forward. With that the hose went in quickly. Quick connect was a snap. I used the old weight (one does not come with the new hose) but could not fasten it over the black sleeve, it securely coupled directly onto the hose. It took less the 10 minutes total to install.

Better than replacing the whole faucet for $200.
My 8-year-old faucet starting leaking from the connection between the hose and "pull down" sprayer. I thought it was an old rubber gasket but finally realized that the water was coming from the connection between the hose and its metal end/fitting. Hansgrohe doesn't make the original hose anymore but this was recommended as a replacement. I was worried that it looked a little different than what I had, but the short piece they include in this kit acted as an adapter between the faucet and the new hose. It took all of about 5 minutes to hook it up and it's working well.

Created a faucet ghost!
I immediately noticed this replacement hose was a bit thinner and less “rough” than the original. Installation was simple enough, but within a week the faucet acted like it was possessed by a ghost. I’d position it on the right side of the sink, and it would mysteriously turn to the left. I checked that the hose below the sink was unobstructed and indeed it was.

After much tinkering, I discovered the problem was related to my initial observations. Over time, since the hose is smoother, it slips ever so slightly where it connects to the nozzle. This creates a bit of torsion in the hose, which is just enough force to swing the faucet to the side. I can actually manually twist the hose a bit clockwise or counter-clockwise and make it swing in either direction.

No matter how much I tighten the fitting, it will eventually twist, so I need to keep adjusting it.

Yes, it works, but not the way the original did. And not the way I want it to perform.

Quick install
5 minute installation. Squeeze the old quick connect under the sink to release old hose. Remove the weight with two Phillips screws. Pull out the old hose, remove nozzle from old hose, thread onto new hose. Attach new hose to nozzle and push hose into faucet. Installation tip. Leave the plastic protector on the quick connect end of the hose as it helps to thread it into the faucet. When pushing the hose in, rotate the hose as you push it. To prevent kinks and binding of the hose, only bend the hose in it’s natural curve to attach to the quick connect. Then reinstall the weight when the hose is in a retracted and relaxed position.

Decent replacement if yours fails
If Hansgrohe decides not to honor their lifetime faucet warranty and exclude this as a wear and tear item, you might wind up with one of these replacements. It was a fairly easy install with two metric wrenches and, depending on accessibility, shouldn't take more than half an hour. There is an additional quick connect adapter that is fastened to the copper tube from the faucet and then the hose itself is just pressed into the adapter until it clicks. This will facilitate easier change outs in the future, although i will be very disappointed if this hose fails as well- I will try to update this review concerning longevity. Hose is thinner and slides in and out more easily than the original. Weight to pull the hose down will have to come off of old hose, using provided sleeve to make up for the thinness of the replacement hose.
