This shower head is easily cleaned in have hard water. I have had this model for 16 years replaced once and will never go back to a shower head just for looks. This shower head is well made and looks nice even if not part of a bathroom set

The shower head looks nice enough and will likely last, but I’m disappointed that the water pressure coming out of it is much lower than the previous shower head. I will likely replace it with something else.

Hansgrohe 28496821 Clubmaster shower Head is a perfect replacement for the "contractor" grade shower head we had in the shower. This is a selection because of our experience with the brand and a similar shower head in a previous home. Warning, not a cheap date but well worth the investment.

This is a great shower head. Wonderful standard stream - we don’t use the soft or pulsing settings. It does make a difference to take out the flow limiter for a better experience.

This product did not seem as well built as previous Hangrohe products I've used in the past. The swing/swivel on the showerhead is very loose and does not allow the showerhead to stay in the desired position. Additionally, the loose swing/swivel prevents showerhead spray settings from being changed with one hand. Contact with Hansgrohe resulted in either delayed responses or no response at all. Very disappointed and would recommend another brand.

We ordered this shower head after seeing it at a hotel. We installed it in our master shower with the flow restrictor removed, and it is fantastic. We ordered two more for our other showers -- one bathroom with the flow restrictor out and one with the flow restrictor in. It's ok with the flow restrictor in (for the shower that has only a temperature control, no volume control), but it really shines once you take the flow restrictor out. You do not need to buy plumber's tape to install it (or at least we didn't). Just use an adjustable wrench to remove the old shower head, remove any remaining plumber's tape, then screw on the new shower head and hand-tighten with the wrench -- 5 minutes max.

This showered is the best I've ever had. I went through at least 3 different from home depot in the last few months, none of them had good pressure. Finally, this Hangrohe model delivered! Awesome pressure, easy installation, sturdy build, no nonsense showerhead. Highly recommend.

I bought another one for my second bathroom. It has such great water pressure. I can't shower anywhere else now because it is so much worse than this shower head. I strongly recommend it.

Don’t take out that black plastic diffuser inside. I made that mistake before thinking it was a flow restrictor. It works better with it in. Best shower head I’ve ever had.

It is my second one. The first lasted over 16 years. All it’s features meet our family needs perfectly. It is expensive but it’s quality and operability outweigh the high cost. It does require a little higher water pressure to have full functionality but it will work ok with normal pressure. Highly recommend.

This is a nice quality product. You can tell this the moment you open the box. It is substantial and feels very well made--typical German engineering. I remove the flow restrictor as my wife and I indulge ourselves from time to time and we live on a well, so I don't feel as environmentally non sensitive as I should. The massage feature sends a blistering force spray at you. The soft feature sends a "garden hose" type dump on you. I thought my wife would like this soft feature for rinsing her hair but the answer was no. We both felt that the soft and normal feature really could have used a bit firmer spray. The massage sends water flying off your body and all over the bathroom. I have yet to try it with the flow restrictor installed, but will soon. I think this showerhead is going to spend its life at the normal setting and I wish it had a bit firmer pressure there.

We switched our old, terrible shower head for this one and I can't tell you how extremely happy I am. The water pressure is incredible (and we didn't even take out the regulator) and our showers are now supremely pleasurable. Very, very easy to install (no need for the thread tape) and looks really nice. Very highly recommended.

Если у вас хорошее давление воды, вы можете снять только верхний ограничитель/фильтр (черный, вывернутый). Я решил удалить его и черную резиновую часть внутреннего ограничителя (и сохранил белую жесткую пластиковую часть нетронутой). Это создавало нелепую силу. Так много, что мой дренаж не может справиться с количеством воды, перекачиваемой через эту штуку. Это здорово.

Once I got the flow restrictor out, this works fine. Not super high pressure, but enough. I mostly wanted a head that didn't spray a bunch of wild and random streams in every direction, and this unit is pretty consistent with the stream -- straight out.
It has three settings but I don't see much value in the two extreme settings -- I use the center setting for just a normal spray. It kind of dribbles unless you turn the head to just exactly the right spot, but no big deal as you can just leave it there once it's set the way you like. Heavy and well-constructed, but much more expensive than other heads that have similar high ratings (I took off a star due to the cost, and because it doesn't have a positive indexing where it clicks into position for each setting.)
