In 3 light up cushions which have approximately 8 led's per cushion they have lasted extremely well, better than any other battery I have tried including the most expensive money can buy, two weeks and counting so far with over 8 hours of use per night, impressive!
In a set of battery operated led's with about 30 lights on a string barely 2 nights. This is probably no fault of the batteries as these particular lights have burned through every set I've put in them again including the most expensive brands.
In an Asda battery powered unicorn bell jar light perhaps a week of use again averaging 8+ hours per evening.
I would more than likely repurchase purely for the light up cushions as it just makes good financial sense, for everything else unlikely. My battery needs now have caused me to look into rechargeables as this again from a financial perspective makes sense.
I'm not mathematically minded so I can't break down how much mah each item I amusing these batteries in is drawing versus battery size and such like like other folk are able to. And I don't have any fancy equipment to provide you the readers with dazzling equations. I have simply given the facts based on my usage and hope this has assisted in some small way.
Installed 2 for a simple set of string lights, they didnt last 6 hours! Have used 12 batteries over 2 days!!
Waste of money ,they arent what others make them out to be. DONT BELIEVE the reviews I wish I hadnt, they're certainly NOT long lasting in my experience, at this rate a pack of 40 might just last until NEXT WEEK on a single string light.......back to duracell I think.
UTTER RUBBISH, AND A WASTE OF MONEY.DONT DISAPPOINT YOUR CHILDREN Christmas Day, pay a BIT extra for trustworthy brands.
Very false economy.
They were quickly returned, they may be ok to use in a clock or remote however for any device that requires a lot of power these are deffinetly not for you.
I have never had such pathetic batteries in my life. Used them to power Christmas lights. They ran for 6 hours then stopped. After replacing batteries several times we checked the charge of supposedly new batteries with a battery tester only to find they were all only half charged at best. Frankly this product is a con. Do yourself a favour and buy something else. Anything frankly. I won’t be buying these again. Ever.
Overall i'd say great buy for remotes, but invest a bit more for any high power devices.
The answer is no unfortunately not but if you have things like remote controls for your TV etc that you don't use that often then these are ideal.
I would not say that the battery life is terrible as that is not the case they just do not last as long and I am sorry but I cannot provide scientific statistics to back this up, however I do know that using them in devices you use every day they do deplete quicker than the well-known brands.
If your children have toys and they keep forgetting to switch them off then these are so cheap but highly acceptable it makes them good value for money.
I would buy these again.
The scanning cat flap eats batteries and won't run on rechargeable. Other brands last 8-10 days, these barely last 6 days. Website gives a good spec but these are noticeably worse than 3 year old Phillips AA or Duracell Industrial.
Won't be buying again.
I actually find they last quite a while, possibly not as long as the more expensive brands, however personally I think they have a good life to them.
Use them in my children's toys.
Also in my battery Christmas decorations, had one on the go for a week, the lights are dimming, but the motor is still working spinning Santa around.
Save yourself some pounds and buy these batteries you will be pleasantly surprised!
Now that recycling systems are in place to recover the materials from redundant batteries, I am happy to use these disposable items as being reasonably cost effective.
Just stick to duracel or something just as good these are crap!
Wouldnt recommend and wouldnt buy again..
Since Christmas and all those new toys we've been going through batteries for fun.
These seem to have lasted so far- I used some cheap Panasonic in one of my sons Christmas toys and the batteries lasted approx an hour- with these they've been in a week- and with light play are still going strong. Although he hasn't played with the said toy as much as what he did when he first received it.
So far I'm happy with them and I would consider purchasing more in the future.
You do get a good amount of batteries for you money.
I know more expensive batteries could last longer buy if you use these mainly for toys and the kids leave them on, then it’s not much of an issue wasting these compared to batteries 3 times the price.
