Great home assistant
This is a great product, seems well made and does what I expected helping to control my smart home devices as well as providing a hub for entertainment.
We bought it for the kitchen and it allows us to do everything we'd want to from there such as listen to music with high quality audio, watch videos on YouTube and netflix all whilst cooking or hopefully entertaining once 2020 is over with and normality returns.
Only thing I would say is whilst you can of course cast your phone to it using chromecast i would prefer more apps to be built in, such as I player, all 4, amazon prime as well as more choice of video calling apps such as zoom.

Great smart speaker
Great gadget for the home. The sound is good, and having a visual display us a massive bonus over other smart devices. Would recommend to anyone.

Best buy of 2020
Brilliant, easy set up and clear instructions on how to get the most out of the product. Have seen it used before but never realised the potential and particularly at this time with all the Covid restrictions has helped in so many ways to keep in contact with family and friends. Also love access to music and variety and choice.
Love the recipes and so easy to follow.
Best buy this year for me. My early Christmas present to myself.

Nice unit - could sound better though ...
Works pretty well - disappointed with the sound as doesn't sound as good as Amazon Echo plus !!

Few limitations but like it
Really like it. Few little things to note..... It has to link to 1 accou t so can't switch between users, shows all pictures on linked account not just selection and will only call instead of video call for no good reason to one or two people.... Still working on that one. Overall really like it though!

Great
This is clearly a product from Google that has a lot of potential. It's not quite there yet - but not far off.
It's nice to have all your photos on display and the sound quality is reasonable. It also works as a Nest security camera, which is good.
To get the most of this product, you really have to tie into the Google Assistant ecosystem and if you are willing to, it's fantastic.

Well worth the money
Love this product. Great picture, awesome speakers and good camera all in a very good looking package. Very happy with the service I received from Ao.

Fantastic product
This really is a great product. For £200 you get Google assistant, Nest security camera, radio, music player with super loud speaker, video player, picture frame, smart things controller, and few other like video calling.
Its multiple things in one little product.
Great build quality.

Google nest hub max
Bought the google nest hub max for my grandma as it’s been really hard not being able to see her during lockdown. It’s such an amazing product, she can call us on command, can receive photos that scroll through on her homepage. We are able to leave her video messages etc. Overall this is a great product and a fantastic edition to any home.

Bought for elderly grandparents, and has been a hit!
I had been looking into various options for video calling grandparents in lockdown, and this solution won. I had to set it up an email address and set it up on a tablet of my own, under its own home location but after that the tablet it's required. You don't need a phone number either like some of the solutions so I thought this was the easiest to set up. We use the duo app to call them, and they can call us with the vocal instructions. I added all the contacts onto google contacts before taking it over so everyone is set up and ready. I also uploaded a load of pictures onto the google photos, and set it to have the backdrop of those pictures. This means it's working like a digital photo frame with pictures we can add to remotely. All it all, a great product, and most of its features aren't even being used!

Perfect item, great camera
Ive had the google home nest hub for over a year and love it so we went for its newer bigger brother
Camera quality on this was excellent and loved the way it followed you around when video calling a friend. The sound quality is better than its predecessor as is the screen
