No motherboard vendor has acknowledged this fault and it has been over a month since widespread reports.

Good motherboard for a budget build. I used this with my Ryzen 5 3600. Easy to mount. Also search this motherboard online it shows you where everything plugs into and what’s what instead of using the instructions it comes with. It’s a lot easier to understand.

Really good motherboard for the price, has all the features you'd want and more (4 memory slots, ex flash, all the usb ports youd ever want) BUT... the battery was dead on arrival and my pc wouldn't hold the time or and of the bios settings upon reboot. Luckily I had another battery lying around but I got kinda scared I had a motherboard failure! Really bad practice to use rubbish batteries honestly.

I didn't get to complete my build/diagnosie the issue until after the returns date.
The second ram slot doesn't work and never has despite no visible damage. I've tried 2 different compatable ram sticks, returned my cpu (later proven to not be broken) worked with bios and I can't get anywhere with it.
Now I'm stuck with a broken motherboard....

This is the first time I've used an ITX board, and this one is impressively heavy considering the size.
No problems installing Windows 10 20H2 from USB onto a Sata SSD.
Installed the Gigabyte software, updated the firmware, disabled the RGB LEDs, and "job done".

First off, I just wanna say this board is gorgeous. Easily the best looking mobo I have ever owned. The right-facing connector/port placement is brilliant and allows you to keep wires out of the way and make the case look clean with minimal effort. I haven't spent much time testing it but I can say that the VRMs on this thing are gaudy and the components have kept pretty cool during use. My only suggestion would be to add more USB ports to the IO panel. That being said, I am very content with this purchase thus far and would definitely recommend this board to any prospective owners.
