- + Нормальное крепление, неплохой внешний вид
- - ручной фокус, 30 кадров в секунду не выдает никогда, если не светить лампой в лицо, то вообще 6-7!
на слабых компах изображение сильно тормозит.
Работает не стабильно, при одних и тех же условиях освещенности и общении с тем же человеком может выдавать 3-5 кадров в с, а после пересозвона уже 13-15 (как и наоборот)...

- + Внешний вид.
- - Изображение!! оно может быть четким только при неподвижном состоянии! Любое движение приводит к размытию, некоторые движения...

- + Покупал в подарок поэтому юзал пару часов.
Меня порадовал следящий автофокус. Она сама наводит на лицо, но болше всего удивило, когда стояли втроем и один стал говорить она навила на лицо говорящего. Еще порадовал с ней идущий софт, (крези какойто) там с помощью програм можно анимировать свои фото, тоесть фото своего лиуа можно заставить моргать, говорить, вырожения лица менять ну и всякие прибомбасы прилеплять.
Картинка довольно хорошая и при недостаточности света довольно все хороше видно и она неубегает в черно синие цвета, а держит естественные...

- - Купил для пользования под Линуксом, т.к. на коробке написано что поддерживает! В итоге оказалось не поддерживает. И драйверов под Линукс нет ни на...

- + Не нужно драйверов. На 7-ку 64 бита встала без проблем. Крепление нормальное не слетает с монитора.
- - Очень плохой микрофон...

- - Абсолютно непродуманная установка. На 3-х компах установилась по-разному. На двух 15 кадров и сделать 30 невозможно, на одном видео не пишет.
Видимо что-то надо добавлять...

- + Достаточно мощный встроенный микрофон не нужны драйверы тостаточно те что есть в винде не высокая цена качество я сказал бы 4 достаточно...

- + 1. Широкий угол обзора. Я брала для онлайн занятий по йоге. Ширина комнаты метра три всего, а мне нужно было, чтобы меня было хорошо видно в полный рост.
2. Хороший встроенный микрофон
3. Хороший поворотный механизм. Камеру можно зафиксировать в любую сторону. - - Искажение картинки "эффект "рыбий глаз"

- - Отвратительная ручная фокусировка, плохое крепление к монитору.Брал в другом магазине - так там она стоит аж 1890р - с ума сойти можно, за такое г... - такие деньги.Завтра же верну обратно.

- + Длинный шнур 1+1 до 3м, 2 микрофона дают нормальный звук. Автоподключение. Широкая картинка и вся комната в кадре, помещаются все.
- - Нет драйверов для высокого разрешения.Искал на сайте и что-то скачал, но при установке потребовали какую-то лицензию так и не разобрался, бросил. Нет автофокуса. Ручная...

- - Слишком широкий угол, при установке на монитор собеседник в зуме видит себя. Очень плохое качество картинки. Даже близко не hd. Картинка очень шумная, даже при хорошем освещении...

I like the cam, five stars, but there is drivers for only W$, no mac or Linux support, so only get three stars. Too bad there is no night viewing, I am using it as a security cam, because of the hd and wide view. The 1080p is awesome even 720p, the other negitive is it does not have good low light views or controls, the gamma does not really a do very much for low light on my xp machine, maybe better on win7-8.UPDATE (3-12) - I just took out the ir filter in the camera for better low light condition, and its 10x better now. All there is four screws to deal with, two on the back and the body snapped to together on top and bottom in the middle, need a little force. Two more screws on the circuit board, they molded the filter in place no glue, just carefully roll the plastic edge off and it will come out. But I have to leave it in auto White Balance in the controls now, as I can not get normal color, manually, and leave it in auto Exposure, as it is all washed out in manual mode, while viewing outdoors at least, but it works.Before I could not see my front porch with the light on, now it is very clear at night w/ light, farther out is still pitch black, but now I can at least use as a security cam.

I needed a wider-angle-than-normal camera to handle our conference room and this little guy does the trick. We don't use the mic on it so I can't review that. The picture is more than adequate enough for the Skype based video conferencing we do. I use this with a Mac. No drivers were necessary. No muss no fuss. If you're looking for a budget solution with a wide angle lens, consider this one.I should note that I purchased two other cameras before this. Both advertised a wide angle lens (but did not publish the actual numbers) and both were around 78 degrees. Keep in mind that when vendors state "wide-angle" they often have different interpretations of what that means. When I put this at the head of our 13' conference table we get pretty much everyone in the picture except the two people sitting immediately to the sides of the camera. The people on the far end of the table do appear pretty small but that's what you get with this kind of lens. This camera gives the feeling of everyone being there but you won't want it if you're looking for real clarity and close-up detail. That said, you won't find that for anything close to this price.

As other reviewers have mentioned, on initial installation the video quality was pretty horrible, and I was about to return the camera. I noticed as I reached toward it that the video of my hand became crystal clear when my hand was a few inches from the lens. Further investigation revealed that the chrome bezel around the lens turns, and when properly adjusted, produces beautiful, razor sharp video. We are now able to include everyone in the room for our meetings.I am amazed that the manufacturer's reply to a dissatisfied reviewer did not mention the possility of manually adjusting the focus. There is no mention of it in the sparse documentation that comes with the product.Bottom line is that the camera works very well if you turn the bezel to improve the focus.

We work downtown by the mall and need to monitor our parking for mall shoppers who want to park in our lot. Our previous webcam could only see about half the lot at a time, but with this wide-angle cam, we can now see the whole parking lot, plus some amazing sunrises. The HD quality far exceeds my expectation, not clear enough to read licence plates, but great image quality. The manual focus is a little finicky, but once set is very clear. The one downside is that this camera needs much more light than the previous camera, so early morning and late evening it is essentially a black screen, but during peek parking violation times, it is pretty awesome.

We needed a camera that was wide enough to catch everyone at a 4'x9' table looking from the 9' side. This finally did it, after going through 4 different brands (one was that HD Microsoft). The built in microphone was clean, plug and play comparability.Only con, you loose a little clarity, like going from DVD to VHS, a little pixelated. But then again if you where to buy a wide angle lens for another camera, on top of it being bulky looking you would get a fishbowl effect and it wouldn't look good.

I was hesitant to buy the Genius F100 since there are very few customer reviews anywhere. I generally don't buy things unless I can read through customer feedback to get a good feeling for the item. I finally bought the F100 anyway since I really wanted a wide-angle webcam for conference calls and simply couldn't find any other options.And I couldn't be happier! I have only had the F100 for 2 days, but it worked perfectly with Skype conference calls on my Windows 7 machine. I didn't have to install any special drivers, just plugged in the USB cable. Skype works with the F100 just marvelously.The best thing is that the field of view is really extraordinary! The entire conference room in our office can now be seen. Before this we always had half the people in the meetings out of frame. The microphone quality is also excellent. It even seems to be better than on the Microsoft Lifecam we were previously using.The only downside I can see so far is that the F100 might not be the best choice for a single 1 on 1 video call. It gives the impression that you are far away and there is no good close-up of your face. It would be nice to able to specify a portion of the frame to zoom in on if you don't want the entire picture.

The camera was mounted on its base with a loose-fitting plastic clip, so it wobbled on the mount. There is no hole for a tripod or wall mount, so you're stuck using the base. This was intended to go into a conference room, and did not meet our quality requirements. It was returned to Amazon without being installed, so I can not address picture quality or functionality.

The field of view on this great little webcam is insane! Every bit of 170 degrees! I can now see the entire office when on conference calls. Picture quality is excellent and so is the color. I would recommend this webcam 1000%

While there is an extremely slight fishbowl effect, the overall look of the camera is fantastic. The quality is high, and the viewing angle easily doubles viewing area. A great option for conference calls in the office, and with the relatively inexpensive price, it's a great option for any conference call needs via Skype or other free solution.

Decent product. Definitely not as advertised. While it does take video at 1080p, I would hardly call it HD, as it is extremely noisy and grainy. The plastic feels pretty cheap, and I could see it breaking very easily. Unless you need a very wide angle view, steer clear of this webcam.
