используестя вместе с Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 PRO на ноутбуке. Звук нормальный, но пришлось несколько дней возиться со звуковухой, чтобы выжать все частоты. То басы и высокие без середины, но только средние, ну и т.п. За такие деньги пойдёт, но сателлиты слабоваты. Думаю поменять в них динамики, или вовсе заменить.

очень мощные колонки! На полную громкость не могу близко слушать. Очень доволен!Единственные -балл за короткие провода. Не позволяет расположить сзади себя.

Уже месяц пользуюсь колонками, все абсолютно устраивает! Звук достаточно чистый, неплохие басы, достаточно легко подключаются, небольшие размеры колонок и сабвуфера... в общем за такую цену все что надо и главное как надо!

Очень плохая модель
- - Звук поганый, как из-под колодца. Бас слабый, средние частоты тоже. Заказал дерево - пришел черный пластик. До этого были SVEN MS-110 (или похожая модель, этикетка не сохранилась ), которые играют лучше Джиниуса. Разочарован

Pros:-Price. I knew I wanted these speakers because I had heard their quality before. I was willing to pay ~$80 for them. I was very pleased to find out they were only ~$50.-Great sound quality. The bass is pretty great. I've never owned speakers with better bass. My room mate has a 100w bass guitar amp that we play music out of sometimes (Fender Rumble 100/115 Combo Bass Amplifier, but the better, discontinued 2x10 version). It has better bass, and it gets a lot louder than this system (people from 2 or 3 floors above us sometimes tell us to be quiet), but that cost him over $300. This is ~$50 and definitely the best sound system you'll get for the price, and it can still bug your neighbors if you'd like.-I love that there is a separate box for the volume and bass and treble knobs. It allows you to keep it pretty far away from the subwoofer (as far as you can find cables that will reach) which is great and allows for a wide range of configurations. And any sound system that puts the volume control on the subwoofer is just trying to piss you off.-The audio inputs allow 3.5mm (headphone-type connector) or RCA inputs (yellow and white cables), so I can output audio from my PC or my video game console if I choose.-The headphone and microphone jacks right on the control box are nice.-It came with more cables than I needed.Cons:-My least favorite thing about the speakers: You can't easily tell the position of the knobs on the device. The small notches on the knobs are impossible to see at night (or even feel), and still pretty difficult to see during the day. You might not think this is a big deal, but it gets very annoying. If I don't know what the volume is set at before I start music or something, I have to turn it all the way down just so I can tell what it was actually set on. I'm considering taking it apart, cutting out the notches on the knobs, and mounting some LEDs in there. I mean, they could've at least painted the notches white or something. I'm subtracting one star for this.-The blue LED is so blindingly bright, but I already knew this because my room mate has these speakers, and he won't cover it up :/ Just put a piece of tape over it. A con, but not a deal breaker by any means.-The speakers feel a little cheap. They're encased in a light plastic that just feels cheap ($50? It probably is).-It might take a little bit of fiddling around with the knobs and the EQ on your computer before you can get good sound quality. It was sounding a little muddy for me until I got mine set right. Not really a con, but not a pro.-It would be nice if the control box would output sound coming from the RCA and 3.5mm inputs simultaneously or at least put a switcher on the box. It defaults to the 3.5mm jack, so even though I can have RCA and 3.5mm plugged in at the same time, it won't output RCA unless I unplug the 3.5mm input. Just a minor annoyance.Final Thoughts:If your budget is ~$50 for speakers, stop looking. Get these. I would consider myself an audiophile: all my music is in FLAC (because, yes, I CAN tell a difference, especially at high volumes), and I would recommend this sound system to a fellow audiophile on a budget. But, just make sure you buy a roll of tape if you don't have any. You'll need to to cover up the LED so you don't go blind before you can fully enjoy these speakers. Electrical tape is my preference.

I use my pc as a music library and although I can stream my playlists to better audio devices than my pc speakers, I wanted the option of being able to appreciate my music while playing directly from my pc. I have a pair of low end Creative Labs speakers and I was not looking to spend big bucks to get their top line pc speakers (which I hear are amazing!) so I lowered my expectations along with my budget. I was mocked for thinking I could get something decent, never mind good, for $50 or under but after purchasing this speaker system, I am the one smiling.It was easy to set up and the sound quality is shockingly good. It beats any pc speaker system in this price range and even though it takes up precious space, it is worth it. I can now play any type of music (from heavy rock to classical) without distortion, no matter the volume. Speaking of volume, it goes up pretty high but not as high as a regular audio system. The bass kicks and speakers provide high quality sound. The control unit has microphone and headset plugs, an on/off button, and control dials for bass, treble and volume. There is a small blue light to indicate power.My only complaint is that the volume does not go as high as I would like.For the price listed, this Genius speaker system is a bargain! Good luck finding one as a newer model has replaced it.

I bought this system because of the price and the reviews, but was sadly disappointed.Pros: Its a nice looking system, and the multitude of input jacks is very nice. When you plug it into your computer of ipod, it sounds very nice (just playing music) and the treble and bass adjustment knobs are pretty receptive. Bass sounds pretty good.Cons: This is NOT a gaming system. The main reason I bought this was so that I could use it instead of my crappy tv speakers when I play games, so the first thing I do when I get the system set up is get online to play some COD. Much to my surprise, the opening sequence created static. I thought maybe it was just that part... but no, every explosion, every voice over, and every loud gunshot created so much static I could barely tell what the voice overs were saying. Tried it with two other games, and found the same problem. To get the static to go away I have to lower the volume so far that I can barely hear what's going on in the game. On top of all this, the volume doesn't get very high. When you're playing music and there's no static, you can barely get the speakers loud enough to hear outside the room with the door closed.Overall, the speakers are decent quality, but the reason why I'm rating them as a one star is because they do not do what they are advertised as doing. If the product title did not advertise the system as a "gaming speaker system" I would not be nearly as harsh on them. If you're looking for a system that plays music that sounds good, but don't want others to hear it, get this system, if you want something with a better upper end or want to play games, do buy.

I had this for 3 years and its done its job. It enhances my audio for my TV. After the first year, I started hearing random radio frequency when not being in use. I had to unplug the speakers from the control unit to not hear it. Other than that its great. I used it for movies and gaming.

at first i was a little skeptical about purchasing this system.....and i was really wondering about if this system was going to handle all of the heavy bass and high treble that all of the songs that i own contains....but then i hooked up the systerm according to the instructions and got this system going...and WOW i was absolutely shocked about how much this little system outputs....and i mean really THE BASS IS REALLY BOOMING and THE TREBLE IS REALLY SINGING...these are the perfect speakers for a music/ movie lover...now these speakers really met and exceeded my expectations.....i will definately be suggesting this system to other people i know.....and all i can say is PURCHASE THIS SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!... you wont regret it!!!!...especially if you are a hardcore bass lover like i am..then this system is for you...and you absolutely cant beat this price at all.....however the only drawback is the EXTREMELY BRIGHT blue LED power indicator light on the control unit...but it does not matter because all i did was put a few pieces of tape over it and problem solved...but all in all i would have to say that this system sounds better than my current Yamaha MS10 personal studio speakers.....PLEASE BUY THIS SYSTEM.....YOU WILL LOVE IT FOREVER!!!!!!!

I needed an inexpensive 2.1 speaker system to augment the TV speakers in my 42" Envision HDTV. This speaker system has a subwoofer which adds much to the sound and two satellite speakers with excellent range. While I'm not a seasoned audiophile, I appreciate different kinds of music and enjoy TV & movies much more when the sound is enhanced. I am very pleased with this product especially at the available price of less than $50 delivered. I also ordered 12' RCA cable extensions separately so that I can move the satellite speakers further away from my TV. Actually, these extensions aren't needed unless you want to have the speakers more than 4-5 feet from your TV, DVD/CD/VHS combo player, or other stereo device. After connecting the 3 speakers to the control unit/amplifier (which is included), I used the included regular length red/white RCA cables to hook the system up to my DVD/CD/VHS player. In this way when I use the player, the TV or DVD/CD/VHS sound is enhanced as I intended. This does not interfere with the TV speakers which can be utilized as well. In my opinion, this is an excellent, inexpensive speaker system which is easy to set up and can be configured in several different ways. It can definitely enhance the sound capabilities available to you in enjoying the entertainment devices which you may have at your disposal.

I was looking for 2.1 speaker system and I was ready to pay $100 for it. So I was about to buy different speakers which was much more expensive, but they weren't in stock. I couldn't wait cause I wanted to buy some and enjoy listening the music in my studio. So I chose these ones because of reviews and there were nothing else I liked at $100 price range. So I took them and when I got them and turned them on easily I was really surprised. For THAT PRICE you will definately not get better. And the sound is really good. Bass is deep as people said, and satellites are OK. It's not too flat as people say. So If you have a tiny room or a studio like me this is perfect for you but if you wanna buy speakers for a bigger place it might be not loud enough for you, But I put 5 because for this price it's just a gift.

I bought these speakers for my office primarily to listen to music while I work. At low to low-mid volumes the speakers are perfect for the office. The sub gives just enough bass that it rounds out my music well, but not so much that I disturb my neighbors. Sound quality is quite good at any volume, you couldn't expect much more for the price.After hours is when I get to crank it. The sound quality starts to drop off a bit towards higher volumes, but they will still play pretty loud without much distortion all the way to the top. If you are going to mostly listen at high volumes, though, you'd probably want to drop a few more bones to get a little better sound quality.The packaging of the unit is pretty neat looking and fits well on my desk, not too bulky. The main control unit fits under my monitor if I lay it on its side, not ideal but pretty accessible and not really a problem. One minor gripe is that when you disconnect headphones from the headphone jack it takes maybe 10 seconds or so before sound transfers through the main speakers again.Overall I think they look great and sound great for my use. I would definitely recommend for someone who wants better sounding speakers for an office location.

So first off these speakers have great sound quality... That alone had me surprised. The knows that control the bass and the treble are so Awesomely usefull... I adjust bass all the time so it helps alot. Like when I listen to music I only like some bass when I play games I want the ground to vibrate... But ya you wont be disappointed. The sounds really are very clear an the lows and highs are right where they need to be.The be next awesome thing about these speakers is volume... They are so ridiculously loud that I have yet to turn them to full... The whole cabinete will be vibrating and my ears will be on the verge of hurting and the thing will only be at 75%... I'm kindof worried though. When I turn them so loud I feel like the speakers will spontaneously combust or something. Not because their built terribly but because I don't understand how something can be so loud and yet so crystal clear.That's about it... It comes together quickly and easily with no hassle. The speaer wire is a bit thiner than I would have liked but far from a deal breaker... I seriously doubt you can find a better set of speakers for the same price...Enjoy,Satisfied customer

For the price you cannot do better. The Bass is booming and the treble is perfect. They get loud. And when treble bass and volume are all set to max they don't get muffled at all. If you are looking for some awesome speakers for surround sound or computer this is it!

Bought these for one of nephews for Christmas, and in less then 2 days I was getting calls from my brother "thanking" me for the wonderful gift. I haven't heard them myself, but apparently they can get rather loud. He's also told me that they were very easy to hook up, and have a surprisingly well rounded sound.My nephew has his TV, xBox and MP3 player all hooked up simultaneously, and the amp has enough intelligence to automatically switch inputs based upon which device is turned on. The system is very small too, which makes placement easy. There's no "standby" mode though so you have to turn the amp on and off every time you use it, which can be a pain since the power switch is on the rear.If they can withstand the abuse, and last for a little while, then you'd really be hard-pressed to find anything better for this price.

this is the best 50 dollar system you can get the bass is great easy to use and very good looking i recomend it to anybody cause it pretty good if you dont want tobuy one thats really expensive lol buy buy buy it cause you wont regreat it

I needed speakers to enhance watching movies on my laptop in bed, and to hook up to FM radio while falling asleep. I could not be more pleased with these.I have had several 2.1 systems for various computers, from Logitech, Cyber Acoustics, etc. The Logitech are great, but at least twice the price and the subwoofer is both large and heavy. This set is just right, and the sound is impeccable.After a much less expensive set at bedside, these were a most pleasant surprise: rich, full, clean sound; and supportive -- rather than thumpingly or boomingly intrusive -- bass. A separate control module gives bass and treble control and on/off switch in front and back. Haven't quite figure out why there are both.Other reviewers have mentioned the very bright LED on the control module, and they are right. This one annoyance, only noticeable late at night, may be the only drawback to what may be, otherwise, the best set of speakers in its moderate price range.

Speakers are of decent quality. About what you would expect for sub 50$ speakers. However, the sound quality from what I can tell is pretty dang good. Positioning is good. Starcraft 2 sounds pretty dang good. I'm no audiophile, but I can tell at 56kpbs from lossless. They get the job done. However one major annoyance.The switch to turn on these speakers is on the BACK of the volume tower. Do you like reaching way in the back everytime you want to turn your speakers on and off? I HATE it. You have been warned. I just leave mine on all the time, cause its UBER annoying.Otherwise they are great, but certainly not perfect.Its got an extra audio input as well as headphone out. I haven't tested these, but they are nice features. The connections from the satellites are standard RCA, which is fantastic considering some very proprietary stuff I've seen with other speakers in this range, which makes things almost impossible (read impossble) to repair. (coughlogitechcough)Proceed accordingly.

I bought this sound system to play music on, and it works perfect for my needs. You can play audio into the system by Aux, which you'll probably use if you're hooking it up to a computer or MP3 player. You can also play audio into it by RCA cables, which will work great for video game systems if you use component or composite cables. The speakers are what you would expect. The subwoofer is actually pretty good. Many low power subs don't have oomph, and these do. The price is great for this sound system!

First of all I would like to point out that I spent many hours researching the options for 2.1 systems for around 50 dollars. No other system can even compare with the genius. It has a total 36watts, the only other one is the eagle tech but that is 35 watts and the sub woofer is not as good as the genius. Trust me this system is more than adequate for a bedroom. I have a large dorm room, and it fills the entire room and sometimes the bass is too strong for my roommate. The console is very useful, it makes a middle between the sub and satellites which means the chords will be more than long enough. With the eagle tech you would probably need to put the sub on the desk, which doesnt sound as good, as if it was on the floor. This product is VERY popular in Europe. It is great quality, its worth it. Buy it.

This was a gift for my 23 year old son. At first he didnt think it would be "all that" especially for the price but he soon called to let me know it was "Sweet!" and to say the neighbors would probably call the police if he cranked it up. I dont think you will be sorry since I got a "Sweet"!
