A good choice for entertainment and meetings.
A good pick for those who look out for big screens.The camera quality is good.This mobile is great for attending meetings and watching movies. It is definitely worth the money.

Sensible purchase
This is my first Samsung phone, though not my first Samsung product. I'm happy with its performance and price. Feels good not to have lagging issues that I faced with my earlier phone in the same price range.

Best budget awesome phone of samsung
Display and look wise this phone is awesome , battery lasts for 1 day at 1 time charging but without gaming. Yes it takes lot of time for charging camera is very good and also the portrait . Speaker is also good very good sound. This samsung model is best in this budget . I know there are lot of features are missing as like it was in redmi phone, but truly said this phone will not disappoint you.

Good
Phone is good. Working well as expected. This one is for my mother and she really likes it. Before that she was using realme C2 and got it exchanged as it was having only 2gb ram and 16gb memory.

An averge product with considerable improvements required.
Likes: The design is good, the screen is bright, display is crisp.
Dislikes: The speakers don't sound adequately loud. The battery performance is average. At times the phone lags and hangs which is disappointing. Menus are out of place(in UPI Apps) when screen display size is changed.

The trust of Samsung and features of best..
Very good phone with nice features and most of all, the trust of Samsung. I didn't wanted to buy another Chinese phone. Got it for an exchange with old Samsung phone at Rs 7500. Battery easily lasts for more than a day. Go for it blindly!!

NOT COMPATIBLE TO USE 2 SIMS
The phone gives issues using Jio and Vodafone sims together. Both sims stop working and you are not able to receive or do calls. U have to restart the mobile again to make the phone operational & it gets hanged again post some hours. The service center guys told me to get either of my service provider changed Regretted buying it

This product is absolutely not worth the price paid
its the most basic phone with minimum possible feature. speakers are very bad hence call volume and media volume is pretty low. most features are missing, am very disappointed with Samsung for launching such a product.

Worst product, throw your amount but don't buy it.
The worst issue is to opt for Samsung if you are running out of money. You are invited to waste lots of amount on Samsung and deal with it on your own. No Amazon no other site would help you in this and don't expect anything because they are all not interested to make you happy or satisfied. So I vote 0% because I can't go for negative values. Worst thing. It is on sleep mode on its own. I can't even format it.

Perfect phone.

I used this phone for 2months. I wont recommend this phone because
1. front cam is not that good . It works well in outdoors and indoors u will get grains on your face event though u have light.
2.battery is ok not great
3. Phone has got hang , it switched off automatically multiple times.
4.back cam is good
5. Phone gets heated faster
This is kind of okay phone.

I'm just fullfill....
This is my first Samsung brand mobile , I'm just fullfill to buy this mobile ...first thing is Device care option .this option can "control and totally create a safety to this mobile , battery life, junk files clearing, RAM cleaning, Data saving , virus security scanning and cleaning etc.... I'm just feel by using this mobile , it is worth for that ..... give fulfillment forever.....

Very disappointing product
Intially it was working well but almost after 1 month of usage, Having problem during any video call. Sound suddenly disappear & picture quality is also poor use any app & any service provider network but problem remains same for video calling - very disappointing product

Nice phone but with some demerits too but the no. Of merits are more..
1. A very good phone got it for 8999. Really amazing. Perfect working fingerprint reader can add up to 3.
2. The software was not updated I had to update if to android 10 from 9.
3. Good picture quality. Can't say the best!!
