Great speakers

I've always been a huge fan of Focal, these sound great in my truck and my motorcycle. I don't think I would own anything but Focal brand speakers!!

I bought these because I knew they sounded fantastic. I've yet to put my subwoofer in and they just sound awkward. Don't get me wrong, they sound phenomenal in the highs and the mids but they just don't have any bass output whatsoever. I'd recommend these if you want to get great highs in a vehicle that doesn't have tweeters stock and if you are going to be installing some form of bass driver.

The Best speakers ever heard

I compared these to the Rockford Fosgate T1 series that are several years old now.

Cons
Plastic basket? Seriously. I thought they would be at least a stamped metal basket.

They lack warmth BIG Time. They may sound decent but they aren't good or great. The Rockford Fosgate at a lower price point for the T1 Series is a better buy. The Rockfords generate cleaner highs on the tweeters and more warmth in the mid bass

Rubber band holding crossover wire?.

Massive Audio sells the same set up for less money and its not cheap plastic.

These speakers are absolutely amazing for someone who has a lot of bass in their car as myself it tends to drown anything else out but not these speakers right here they sound so warm and realistic it's just incredible these are very very good speakers and they're expensive but rightfully so and really not even close to expensive compared to some of focal stuff but worth every penny one of the best sounding speakers I've ever heard in my life I just find myself being wowed by how good they sound all the time. i will forever recommend focal paired with a JL Audio Subwoofer a treat for the ears

They blew with in a few weeks

Sound sweet.

The performance of these speakers is excellent with bright brassy highs and mellow mids. These are not speakers to blow the doors off your cars, but for excellent clarity and vocal registers. I paid $65 here on amazon, so watch for price fluctuation. The only thing keeping these from 5 starts is the plastic mounting ring. It cracked on both speakers when hand tightening the screws. My other focal speakers have been of excellent quality, so I was disappointed to see this even on an entry level focal.

I'm very pleased with overal sq these in front w focal 570ca1 in rear powered by jl audio 4x400 amp and jl audio dual 10" wedge sub w jl 500 mono amp.

Had to return as these weren't a perfect match to my other Focal speakers.

PS Bought the correct and more expensive component model from same Amazon partner. Glad they had them!

best speakers on the car market

Purchased these for my uncles Harley Davidson. I own two pair in my own vehicle so, I already knew that Focal speakers are Great! These speakers sound GREAT on the motorcycle! Great Highs and Bass! A definite must buy!

Plastic mounting ring easily cracks when tightening down the speaker. Muddy bass at 45 watts from an amplifier in a totally sealed and deadened door. Tweeters are not as bright as I thought they'd be given they're Focals, which is nice, but there sounds like there's a gap in the lower vocal range, probably because of the muddy bass. I'm unhappy with these... Infinity Reference coaxials sound far better (I did an A/B comparison for the heck of it). Boo.

I am huge fan of sound quality. I became a Focal fan a few years ago when I purchased my first set of these speakers and they are amazing. For this price there is no speaker to compare it to. I purchased another set of these when they were on Lightning Deal just to have a spare set if I blow my current ones or get a new car, etc... You can not beat these, they are incredibly clear and immerse you in sound you just can't hear through other high quality speakers.
