The Best Outdoor PTZ CCTV Camera!! 🔥
This is the best cctv camera i have came across for just 6400rs. The picture quality is solid crisp ptz works smooth u can for the most part hear clearly and it has all the fancy features of a typical budget camera. Don't believe the negative reviews i guess they had just received a damaged product or something but c8c is the best camera for my needs.

An overpriced, overrated product. Disappointing hardware and software expereince.
I have used the camera for a week and it is disappointing.
Pros:
1. Easy to install.
Cons:
1. Only 15fps. So moving objects are looking very bad.
2. Motion detection is very poor. No face detection or proper object detection. Detects even the movement of the leaves of a tree. Have to keep changing the sensitivity every couple hours. Very annoying to receive notifications every minute. Doesn't detect face or a person. There are open-source, free software's like i-spy that detects faces so well and such a big company cannot add this to their software? Very poor software experience.
3. No Two-way Audio for such a costly camera. There are 1500 bucks camera with two way audio.
4. Connection is spotty even with a 300Mbps connection speeds (But, Not always). The camera is located 5 ft above the router. Unable to use even with a little bit of taxing of network. Live view becomes even worse than 15fps.
5. No siren option. Their siren and light option Ezviz camera's are way too costly and its not worth it.
6. Mobile app plays only 5 min of the live view. Cannot keep it connected for longer. What is the point of monitoring if the software cannot support it?
7. No HDMI option to view in older smart TV's. Works only with Android TV's. Else, it is android or iphones where you cannot view for longer than 5 minutes.
Conclusion - This could have been a very good indoor camera. It shouldn't even be considered an outdoor camera.
Want to monitor a road or the outside of your house, do not buy this. This is not for you. Want to monitor a stationary object without any too much movement, like the view of your safe or a cupboard etc, then this is the perfect camera but it is too costly just for this purpose alone.

Not a PTZ but a PT camera
Works well. Easy to install. Challenge with cibwebs. No free storage unlike key competitor

The day performance is good but not at night's. The picture quality is ok with flashing led light at night and without it just a black picture seen only

Best for outdoor
Outer cover of camera gets very hot works as a heatsing for camera its completely normal very good video quality best in the bussiness.Do add 64gb sd card for storage.

Decent camera that's worth the price
Only thing that's annoying is that the motion detection push notification gets disabled after few days if not monitored and we'll have to enable often to continue receiving notifications.

Good CCTV for home and for commercial use
Pros- Product build quality is good
*"Picture quality"is good and sharp
*Colour night vision is awesome colour are accurate
*App settings are very easy and user friendly
*When zooming the video only little bit quality is only lossing but can see things clearly
Cons.
*When playback through mobile app the video is very slow videos is hanging sometimes it is buffering.
*For 12v adapter there earth pin but it is not earthed it should be earthed
Sometimes connectivity is bit slow
*"Motion detection" message is bit slow not accurate . It should need to improve
Suggestion to buyers-
*When playing playback through app. Use record to your gallery and watch throug your gallery so hanging can remove and watch smoothly

Received product in good condition
Received product in good condition but paid a higher price than market..if u are in Bangalore and near sp road u can bargain the price for 3500 for which I paid almost Rs 3900 as on 19/04/2022..

Excellent product with body and clarity
No1 Camera company made this Hikvision. Solid body and great clarity of camera. Easy to use in app record 15 days with128gb samsung evoplus v30 card. You can feel it when in your hand hes that is the solid product. Lot of features in app. Also a light is amazing in night time you don’t need to place extra light.

Easy installation process, build quality is great, works as expected.
Only issue with this camera is the night vision light comes on multiple times in early hours when there is natural light around and in the evenings. Other than that works perfectly.

Error messages
I am writing this review after using it for about two months. Quality of the video is good. But, the live video stops after few minutes of operation and error messages appear on the screen. Some times Armed / Disarmed text appears on the screen.
There is no mention of these messages in their Manual. Some times, the real time video stops on its own. We have to press the play symbol again to start real time display.
Screen Shots of the error messages are added to my review. I will be very thankful, if someone helps me in addressing these issues.

Quality not as expected.
1.Video quality is not good in daytime also, not able to recognise well after 20 meters.
2.do not support 2X on memory card, only this facility available in cloud.
3. Motion detection is not up to mark, human detection is also bad.especially at night.

Good camera for outdoor use!
Go ahead & purchase without a second thought. It does what it claims. Absolutely easy to install & awesome performance. Water resistance has been performing so far so good, no complains at all.

Its overpriced
- does not work with smartlife app
- gets very hot
- will not store footage on your NAS, its not supported.
- as this is an outdoor camera, there is no point to keep footage on local memory card. A person can damage the camera.
- picture quality is strictly ok.
- cloud storage is expensive (around inr 5500 for a year)

Highly Overpriced. Video Quality is not up to the mark.
Build quality is good, but having performance issues. there is some wave in video during day time. moreover i am not getting notification properly even when my camera is connected via Ethernet cable to router and my internet speed is 300mbps.
