The guard on the blade was loose!
The saw guard is made of very cheap plastic and was loose.
I’m a tradesmen and thought this would save money over top brands, I was wrong.
As such an important part of the tool I would expect it to be better! Maybe It should be made of cast steel or aluminium but then the saw is low in cost so maybe this is why it felt cheap.
A bit to dangerous, certainly the one I received and I have A LOT of other einhell bits.
What a shame!

Fantastic bit of kit
Easy to use, very impressive for the money. Why pay more for a big brand, when this is more than capable of doing the job. Highly recommended.

Good for occasional use

Much better than I thought for the money - great product
such a handy Saw to have available, as a non DIY person, there are always jobs you just have to do yourself........
I am so pleased I went for this Saw, great size - easy to use - reliably accurate every time - battery life is outstandingly good - has lasted all day easily on a number of times whilst working through cut lists
I would recommend this Saw highly

Like a hot knife through butter
Another Einhell cordless product to my collection and doesn’t disappoint. As the title says it’s so easy to use and I have so far not struggled to get through any type of wood

Great bit of kit. Used to rip through loads if 18mm OSB on top of flat roof.
Lightweight easily handled one hand.

Great quality and good value
I have been using extensively over the summer on various projects and it has performed very well. Even using a 2Ah battery it lasts much longer than I imagined it would and with a 4Ah it goes all day (which probably equates to an hour of continuous use). Fits in well with my other products using the same battery system.

Plastic blade guard can cause problems
Bought elsewhere, the guard is one of the worst designs as it is not one piece - it has cutouts where the blade can jam or get caught on.
Imagine approaching a workpiece and the blade guard doesn't retract...yeah.
To be fair, it worked fine for about ten hours of DIY use before I had to send an email to Einhell.
They repaired/replaced it very quickly, so at least there's that!
Maybe this is why the guard is conveniently not pictured!
Used for laminate flooring cutting, blade supplied, whilst not the finest, gives an ample clean cut for that purpose.

Blew My socks off
After weighing up all the brand names I decided to go with My gut feeling and bought several tools from the Einhell range, too say this is a bettery powered saw I was amazed how well it cut through 40 mm kitchen work top, i would say? More than a match for a DIYer.

Excellint Cordless Circular Saw from Einhell.
I purchased this 165mm Cordless Circular Saw Power X Change from Einhell. As I already have a number of the Power X Change Batteries for other tools I took a punt on this Saw. After using this saw recently on a project I find it it easy to use and cuts well. Would recommend if you already have Einhell Batteries.

excellent saw good value
excellent saw cuts accurately only minor thing is the safety button is a little stiff but will be okay with use I expect. Well made tool at good price.
