I bought a pair of these DeepCools to replace the stock fans provided with the Corsair Hydro Series H80 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler (CWCH80). While the original fans were okay, I felt they were too loud, had too much high-pitched whine, and I didn't have the best of confidence they'd hold up in the long run.I just have to flat out say I was impressed with the DeepCools from the moment I opened the box. Excellent construction, well-balanced fan blades, and a kind of rubberized cover all around such that I knew I wasn't going to need additional silicone vibration isolators.The fan leads are sturdy braided wire (not plain plastic-coated), very long, and end in a default 4-pin connector, making it possible both to control and monitor fan speeds from an appropriate motherboard pin connector.As if that wasn't enough, the fans came with three different fan adapters, each for a different application: Two different adapters to hook an individual fan into a standard 4-pin power supply Molex connector (intended to make it possible to have the fan run at high speed, or at a reduced quieter speed, your choice at installation), and a third Y-adapter intended to make it possible to run both fans off a single motherboard connection. The only proviso is due to the nature of the 4-pin connector, it's only possible to monitor the speed of one of the two fans -- but it turns out that is exactly what I needed, since the Corsair H80 needs two fans (front and back). I do want to know how fast they're turning, but since they should both be operating at the same speed, I only need data from one.The fans also come with some weird-looking silicone screw-less de-vibration mounting buckles (not sure how much confidence I'd have that a metal case wouldn't eventually slice through them), but they wouldn't have worked for my install since the fans need to be screwed using long screws directly to the Corsair H80 radiator array.Anyway, the one negative I see with these fans is they are a tad expensive compared to others, but on the other hand they're still about 1/3 cheaper than premium Scythes. The upside is they are very, very quiet and seem extremely well-constructed when compared to average computer fans. I find myself wishing they made a 200mm case fan just like it.I would definitely get these fans again.

I can't believe how quiet the CPU is in my Security system now. Very well made, well packaged, and hope any time I need a cooling fan, I can find one that fits from this manufacturer.

This fan is well designed and arrived with a 4 pin splitter to share the PWM plug on the MB. This cable only provides 3 leads for the case fan and 4 for the CPU fan. The 4th lead reports the speed of the CPU fan back to the system. The fan is very quiet. I am impressed. It is, of course, made in China.
