Listing is a LIE
So I ordered the 18000 BTU unit. Price seemed great especially since it is a Diken. I was very surprised by how fast it got to me ( i expected it to arrive later the following week). So a few days later it was time to install since I had poured a concrete base for it.
As I began unpacking the unit I observed the insulated coil was not as the picture and the listing had stated. I also noticed there was no installation package(pass-thru support, drain hose, tape, and anything else that was in the picture/listing). The problem with the insulated hose was it had to be flared and was ten feet longer than was advertised.
So at this point, I sent the seller a message(So I ordered the heat pump system 18,000 BTU with an installation kit. Nowhere on the Amazon listing does it mention having to braze the line. The pictures also show's the refrigerant lines already have the flared ends for easy installation. Besides those issues, I am missing the extended drain line, the pass-thru wall protector, and extra wrap as shown in the picture of the installation parts. Please help with these issues as I was all set to start installing it today.).
And here's there response: (Please note on the listing we do not control those photos. This is NOT a DIY install therefore we do not carry the line with flared ends as it will void your warranty and we also send 25ft instead of 15ft since it's never recommended to use a line set that short. We would be glad to send you a drain line or we can simply provide a $30 refund and you can obtain all of those items locally as it's pvc, we do not carry those small items. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thank you for your business. ).
So at this point I'm not happy and contact Amazon support. They also observed the sellers listing which stated it would include the correct components and not so off-brand. Not long after I received a phone call reiterating the above message and for my trouble, they would refund me an amount to purchase a kit that was compatible. Being that I needed to get this kit installed I opted to take the refund and order the correct installation kit.
So if you are reading this, just realize you will not receive anything in the pictures or the listing as it has been written. You will receive a generic line kit and the actual A/C unit (inside and outside units). Once I receive the new line kit I will update the listing as to its performance. Hopefully, this will help someone in their decision.
P.S I should have gone with the Mr. Cool unit as it does include everything to install.

This is a fantastic unit and a great deal.

its a heat pump
first of all you need a special fitting to vacuum out the lines, beyond that the only problem is locating the hole thru the wall for the copper tube, a full size schematic would be nice , throw the brackets that mount the outside unit to the house away, if it is used it will turn the room into the inside of a drum the vibration will transmit and be very loud at night. I don't know if my remote works to set the temp it seems to do what it wants when it wants .setting the remote at 68 the room will go up and over 75 till I turn it off. also the inside unit vibrates, the plastic cover,and makes a horrible sound so bad I have to turn it off at night. to sum it up it has problems that the factory should work the bugs out and reintroduce it .

Daikin 1 ton mini split
Well, ordered it because of good price, since Daikin is one of the leading brands. Its been couple of weeks since it was installed, and its cooling as advertised. I did not run into an unexpected problems whatsoever. Tested heating, works well, too. I installed it myself, since I have proper tools, a knowledge, and a sixpack of a best European beer. What to say, it works, I'm happy, and if the status changes I will let you know here.

Efficiency
We use this in our shop and it is very efficient in heating and cooling the entire area. Even the loft area stays at comfortable temperature. It is great and our neighbor liked it and bought one for his shop too

Line sets supplied are not correctly flared which cost me an extra $350 extra
The line set that was provided was faulty, which allowed a Freon leak resulting in hundreds of dollars of extra cost having the system recharged by an AC installer. The flares on the 1/2 line were incorrectly flared, with reduced surface area resulting in a poor seal and the Freon leak. All this resulted in wasted time and money. I believe Heat and Cool vendor should sample their line sets to insure quality before selling to customers.

Product came with a dent and the seller has been giving me a hard time about return! It arrived with a dent and was still in the box! Was very disappointed!! And it was expensive
