Read this before you buy the AC online
I scheduled the delivery on 12th Nov, 2020 and before 10 am it arrived.
If the delivery men ask which floor the AC will be installed, do let them carry it up to the desired floor (mine was on third floor, but I asked them to place it on the ground floor).
The Daikin people called me in the evening and asked whether they can come the next day (13th Nov). I gave a nod.
At 11 am next morning, they came.
They took great pains in moving the AC (indoor as well as outdoor units) from the ground floor to the third floor, which wasn't their duty, but did not say a word to me.
The installation took nearly 4 hours. The outdoor unit was placed beautifully over my sunshed. Needless to say, the people were very skilled and polite. All was done in the most efficient way and after that, they gave the demo and explained to me the functions in the remote.
I gave them some tips out of my sheer satisfaction. Don't know about other customers of Daikin, but I am a very satisfied one, and the customer service is awesome.

Only suitable for left outlet. Amazon will not let you return.
AC is only suitable for left outlet installation. If your window is on the right, it will need the outlet pipe to be bent as shown in the picture. No such warning is mentioned before buying the product. Amazon will not let you return the product. You will be stuck with it. Installation costs are close to INR 4,000. One good thing is that the AC is really silent (especially compared to Voltas and LG).

Excellent product ... I am using this product from last 3 months and it’s amazing experience.. cooling is great.. no other AC brand can beat daikin. Guys go for it Without a second thought. Noiseless air condition I must mention also..

Remote hangs frequently. Except this issue everything is good from cooling to smell proof features.

Charged 1800 for wall drilling
Overall installation charges for 1 AC is about 4800/- (wall drilling, extra pipes, wires, core cutting etc)
Daikin is well known as a brand - but very expensive installation and they almost provide nothing for installation - everything needs to be bought.
The service persons were very good though.

Timely delivery and installation during the COVID-19 situation

Good product
Good product. Satisfied with product and delivery. Also with installation procedure, but the charges are more than fixed, extra charges are of extra accesories required for installation not provided by company, approximately it must be calculated in the fixed charge provided by amzon/ company, besides it, best service!

Good air conditioner
The AC looks too small in size as compared to the Voltas 1.5 ton. Would have been better if the company improves the size of the AC so that it throws cool air over a large area. Though the cooling it offers is ahhmazing. Cools the entire hall in 20 minutes.

Excellent in every aspect. Installation team is very cooperative. Earthing is compulsory for this inverter model. Ensure that your house wiring earthed before you order. Operation Features are very good.

Damaged and gas leaked
At time of installation. Company representative informed GAS of AC already leaked. It will not cooling now.
After 3-4 day no one willing to hear complaint.

Good product and quick delivery by amazon
Good and quick delivery by Amazon, product received in very good condition and installation service by amazon is also good. Ac is very good, we paid around 2000 rupees which includes installation and additional wire which was not provided by diakin.

Awesome brand.
Using the air conditioner from last 3 months and I can see why Daikin is number one. Great performance 👍. But energy consumption is more what I feel. Still it's a good product.

Remote problem
Every thing is good, except remote. I am facing problem while operating remote. My neighbors also facing the same problem. A premium brand should check the defects before marketing.

Utter flop
Pls don't buy daikin ac, the installation is really bad by the technicians, they won't respond properly they will try to give u solution on phone, complete waste, not worth a single penny

Very economic in electricity bill.
Good quality AC giving instant cooling. And also very economic in electricity bill.
I got only 2200 rs bill of two months usage also having Washing machine, gieser, freeze, etc. Go for buying....
