Out of the box, I knew I'd like these. The packaging is very nice and secure. The easy set up manual leaves no question unanswered--the thing sets itself up (I use a Vista program on my Dell PC, and iTunes for my music).I have wanted speakers in my kitchen, but didn't want wires all over the place. This took care of that problem in 10 minutes. So, a quick set up--1) unbox everything2) hook up all the speaker parts (wires from the bass to the right, from the left to the bass)3) plug the speakers into an outlet in the same general vicinity to the computer4) plug in the USB bluetooth device into an available USB outlet (I use a hub on top of my computer tower for all of my bluetooth USBs) *at this point, the blue light will flash on the USB. It is setting itself up. Do NOTHING. The directions say that it should activate a dialogue box on your computer--mine did not. I had no visual indicator of the success of setup*5) turn them "up" and listen to be sure it paired properly.6) move the speakers into the room you want them (mine is through two walls into the kitchen, and has other bluetooth devices to deal with, plus a wireless phone, wifi system, etc. but so far so good)7) after you move it, it might take a few seconds to "find" it again, but it will...just turn on iTunes and listen away.*if you find that no music is played, go to your START button, then to CONTROL PANEL, then to HARDWARE & SOUND (NOT view devices and printers), then to SOUND (click on MANAGE AUDIO DEVICES). All of your sound outputs will be there. Find the new speakers and set them (Creative Bluetooth Audio D1) as your default. (You can rename them, too. I renamed mine "bluetooth speakers".As far as sound quality, they are decent. Not Bose, and not 9.1 DTS, but you're not going to get that quality for this price. But decent. If you have a conflict, they can be fuzzy--just move them to another spot in the room. (I moved mine to the top of the china cabinet.) I was looking for quiet background type music speakers for my blues/jazz during dinner, and these were perfect.

I'm a medical transcriptionst, and I work from home. Since I'm alone during the day when I'm working, I choose to play the voice files through my speakers rather than use headphones all the time. These speakers were fairly priced and deliver as expected. They don't distort the sound, and they don't sound tinny. After looking at many other speakers in all price ranges, I settled on these because of the classic shape, the price, and the reviews. I'm not an audiophile and I don't use these for music or anything other than work. I don't regret this purchase and would recommend this set to anyone who needs a decent set of speakers at an affordable price.

I was a little leery that these speakers would not perform as well as my wired speakers. I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised by the rich, full sound of these speakers. As a result, my wired computer speakers are waiting to be sold at our next garage sale.A few things you should be aware of:· These speakers can apparently only be used on a computer. I hoped I could plug the transmitter into a USB port on my TV and use the speakers to amplify and improve the sound of my TV. The speakers did not work when plugged into my TV.· The transmitter must be plugged into a USB port. You obviously need to have a free port to use these speakers.· Although there is no wire running from the computer to the speakers, there is approximately six feet of wire that runs between the speakers and the sub woofer. As a result, you are limited as to where you can place the speakers.· The speakers require an electrical outlet.· Computer controls (including "mute") have no effect on the volume. Speaker volume is only controlled by (+) (-) buttons on the left speaker. This can be very inconvenient.· Although the speakers have an on/off button, every time I turn the speakers off I have to reset the system (unplug the transmitter from USB jack, and then plug it back in) to get the speakers to work. I'm not sure if this is by design or if I received a defective product.

Hiya,Decided to rewrite this review.THE GOOD -- these speakers sound MUCH better than their small size. Perfect for smaller rooms or nearby travel even.THE BAD -- there are more wires than you'd expect, but it's better than having batteries in everything. Or a recharging unit that dies.THE UGLY -- the included directions to these speakers were printed in 2009. This means nowhere in or outside of the box do you get the following CRITICAL directions on how to wireless set up your iPhone or iPad --a. find the power button on the white speaker and turn speakers off. You know they're off because there's no green light on the front of the speaker (center bottom)b. with speakers still off, lean on plus volume button and wait for a blue light to flash (where the green one was)c. at this point (on Apple devices) go to GENERAL > SETTINGS > BLUETOOTH > TURN ON (if not on) > WAIT > WATCH INSPIRE APPEAR IN DISCOVERABLE > SELECT (by clicking center of said bar, not the right hand thingee) > enter in FOUR ZEROSNone of what I just posted is anywhere on the package. Or on the Creative Website. Or is there any way to call Creative. Until they post said directions on their site, I'm treating these four star speakers as three, because I know most people will never find these directions until after HOURS of fury and frustration.

PROS: Easy to set up. All I had to do was plug the included Bluetooth wireless device into a USB on my Toshiba Windows 7 netbook. Soon I had the pleasure of listening to Youtube videos and my iTunes library through a thumping subwoofer and two speakers.If you don't expect BOSE quality-like sound, a decent set of speakers for the price. At high levels the sound does get a little tinny, but still represents a major improvement over the sound of the typical speakers provided with a PC. The set is particularly useful if you're throwing a party in your small apartment and want to use your iTunes library as the source.CONS:The title of the product is misleading. It is not a true "wireless" device in the sense that the subwoofer and speaker are wired and have to be plugged into an outlet. However, I didn't mind this as many truly "wireless" devices often require batteries or have to be recharged at some point.Do we need such a big fat subwoofer/speaker? It looks weird being sandwiched between two little ones. The trio takes up a lot of space and is awkward to store. I would rather have had two moderately-sized speakers with good bass. Also, the right speaker is permanently wired to the back of the subwoofer, while the left one is detachable. I would have preferred two detachable speakers.The instructions are poorly laid out. Instead of having one or two manuals (i.e., one for a quick set-up, one with more detail), the manufacturer chose to scatter the instructions across several small booklets. One had a diagram showing how to connect it with an analog connection while another little booklet showed you how to connect wirelessly. Yet another listed the customary safety warnings and warranty. A waste of paper.

I had problems at first pairing this speaker system up with my iPhone. First of all, pairing devices to these speakers is not ideal. The instructions are printed in very small font, get out your magnifying glass. If you have more than one Bluetooth device paired to your iPhone/iPod etc. it won't work, you have to unpair the other thing first. Once I finally got it, and used it a few times, I realized that these speakers were making my iPhone's audio and sounds turn off. I had to do a hard reset of my iPhone in order to get it to work again. That means no audio on my phone worked, and I couldn't hear my phone ring (because it couldn't!) because of this glitch. Once I used the speakers, I thought, successfully, but then I put my iPhone on its charging dock and it makes a sound, and I didn't hear the sound. Sure enough, I had to reset my phone three times before it was back to normal. That was the last straw with using my iPhone and these speakers together.On to the next victim. I put the speakers up in my daughter's room for her to use with her iPod Touch. The set up in there is more ideal, with shelves and places to put the little speakers. I do wish the cord for the speakers was longer. I believe the cords are 6' long, but 8' would be better. Plus the cords attaching the speakers to the subwoofer is really bulky, not small at all. The speakers sound great, but it's sort of a deal to get the music going. The audio on my daughter's iPod didn't get affected, so at least we can use these speakers somewhere.

These little speakers sound great, I bought them to have on the patio for get-togethers...very easy to set up, and they are loud enough to hear over the pool waterfall, and they are at least 30 feet away from the pool. They don't play well through the exterior wall, I had them hooked up to my pc in the living room, and put the speakers just outside the patio door, and they cut out, so I just use my smartphone and play the Pandora app. They connect easily to any bluetooth device, or you can hard wire them by plugging into the jack on the side of one speaker. To connect to your bluetooth device, turn the speakers off, then hold the volume up button for 2 seconds and the light on the front of the speaker flashes blue, then sync using the code 0000. I turn the speakers all the way up and use the volume control on my samsung epic smart phone. Don't forget about the base control on the back of the woofer, I have it about half way up. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I did think they should be able to play through the exterior wall, the speakers were set only 10 feet away from my pc, with two large windows which should have made it easier for the connection, but they cut out.

These speakers coupled with the small USB Bluetooth adapter included with them are a steal. The sound is very full even though the satellites are barely 4" x 3" (10cm x 7.5cm). I use them with my laptop in my bedroom, and found they're awesome for music or even streamed movies or even Blurays - audio sync is spot on, the bass is powerful, and the tonal quality is very impressive, IMHO, and fills a decent size room. I keep the subwoofer volume knob in the middle of it's range is it does get a bit muddy at higher volume levels if you crank it, likely because it weighs barely 3 pounds. Appearance-wise, Creative did a great job with these - the grills are of quality fabric, and on mine were applied flawlessly - no wrinkles, pulled thread, etc. The cabinets are plastic (or plastic-laminated wood for the subwoofer) but are very high quality. I've paid (much) more for less.I also found that the Bluetooth adapter (that requires no drivers, at least under Win 7) will link to Bluetooth headphones, which is a nice bonus. And of course, the speakers work fine with Bluetooth devices like my Fascinate.That said, they do have a few weaknesses. First the obvious: these are not meant to supplement your 55" TV in a 600 square foot room - they're "bedroom/office" speakers, and while they could damage your hearing from 4' away before the sound starts to deteriorate, they won't replace the need for a full stereo in a large room. Second, the tiny satellites are obviously not full-range -- they give minimal bass output. Fortunately the subwoofer (perhaps more correctly, the "woofer") more than makes up for this, but this means you need to place the subwoofer such that it is directed towards you, and not on a corner on the floor. Almost as if to force this, the cable between the right speaker and subwoofer is a proprietary cable (allowing the controls to be on the satellite, while the amp is in the sub) and is only ~ 5'8" (1.75m) long. Last (and least) of the issues is that the subwoofer volume control is a knob and not a button, so it can't be adjusted through Bluetooth - it must be done manually. Again, not a big deal, as odds are you'll set it once and never touch it again, but it's there.BTW, I've had my set for over 8 months, and have no regrets!

Bought it on Christmas Eve. Price has gone up and down but not as low as when I bought it. Great sound. No chance for motherboard cross talk and other interference or distortion like a hissing when volume is low.Takes some fiddling with pairing to get sound. Green light when on and not paired, blue when paired and connected. Was green when I first plugged it in and the blue tooth dongle. Came with the blue tooth dongle which was one of the reason I bought it. Also you have to change playback device by right clicking on the speaker icon at the status tray.Has three buttons. +(plus), -(minus), and power. Using the volume button changes the Windows main volume. The lowest seems to be 2% or 3% which can still be very loud. Not sure how loud it can go. It's already very loud at very low setting. Next to buttons are a Head Phone and an Auxiliary In port. Good for head phone and other non blue tooth sound devices. The problem is if you use a head phone and mic.These speakers can be paired with other blue tooth devices. A pin code found on the manual must be entered. It can be clumsy to switch between two devices though. You have to pair to the blue tooth dongle again.There are no drivers needed which can be good or bad. There are also no software too. So there are no control panel to connect, pair with name of the device, or disconnect like you do on smart phones.The speakers are good quality. Made of some type of ceramic. It's small, smaller than the cheap speakers the it replaced. The right speaker is hardwired to the sub woofer and can be tricky to position on your desk. The sub woofer seems to be made of wood and have feet so it is not sitting on the floor. It's about an inch off the floor.

Pros:Connection quality is reliable, sound doesn't suffer from the wireless layer. Works with the dedicated BT-D1 as well as with built-in bluetooth from smartphone or laptop.Sound of the speakers is balanced and very good considering the entry level price.Build quality is good.Cons: They omitted the connection button, not smart for a wireless speaker. Gotta use a on/off + volume combination now to establish a new connection.These are neither Bose nor Bang & Olufsen but you definitely get what you expect and then some.

I am a very picky person with audio. I never before bought audio online without having listened to a dozen or more products in a store before choosing just the right one. I took a plunge this time and clicked. When the package arrived and I opened it, I saw the tiny size of the speakers and though "this is why I don't buy audio online". I set them up, tested them and WOW!!!! These speakers produce a deep rich bass and clear / crisp highs. This was a leap of faith order and I couldn't be happier. If you are a fussy audio buff like me, have no worries - this audio package does not disappoint. The set up was a snap too.

Granted, my other set of "computer speakers" are a set of M-Audio powered studio monitors, but they cost about the same as this and have *much* better sound reproduction. There's no reason for speakers this expensive to sound so mediocre.Basically, the only reason to get this is the Bluetooth capability, and it doesn't even work very well with my MacBook Pro running Mac OS Lion. The problem is that the Bluetooth connection drops after a while of inactivity, and then next time I go to play music, the Mac whines it can't talk to the speakers and I have to re-pair them again by pressing the button on the side of the right speaker. Maybe this works better on a PC with Creative's own Bluetooth dongle, but for my situation, I really can't recommend it. The whole point was to avoid having to plug / unplug my Macbook to my speakers every time I put it into lozenge mode on my desk, and having to reach up and hit the pairing button every ten minutes or so is hardly less intrusive than simply plugging in the speaker plug into the side of the Macbook.

Hi,I purchased the Creative Bluetooth speaker system to use in my college dorm. Acording to the product description, the speakers are quite small and they are. Set up has never been so easy. All I had to do is simply plug in the included USB adapter, and the speakers instantly began playing. At first, the speakers sounded as if they did not output any base. When glancing through the enhancements for these speakers, I noticed there was an option that said Bass Boost. I checked that option along with loudness equalization, virtual surround, and room correction. The second time that music came through the speakers, it definitely sounded a lot louder. Bass response is average for a speaker system of this size. At college though, I didn't want to make my neighbors across the hall irritated. So far, so good. It is my ultimate dream, set the speakers near my bed and have a wireless keyboard. No need to see the screen, as I am blind. I didn't have anyone sighted to help me hook this system up either. The main reason for me not rating this item with 5 stars is that the bass response isn't that good, and I don't actually know how far I can set the speakers away from the transmitter, and still hear sound clearly. Overall, Creative has done an excellent job with this set of speakers. I wish they would have added a port for an audio out connection in case the transmitter stops working. Do any of you know if there is one on the speaker system? Anyway, I think it was a great purchase, and look forward to listening! Oh yeah, one more feature I enjoy is the touch volume controls! If you are looking for a nice pair of speakers with bass, try Bose or Logetech's Z623.

Purchased these speakers a little over a year ago. They quit working recently and wasn't able to get support for these speakers. The speaker BT/wireless connection quit working and they won't stand behind their product. I would have to pay for repair or take a 10% coupon off some other speaker system. This is crap, the sound quality wasn't that great. I thought they would be good for the price and the fact they were wireless. POS! Don't buy!

Exciting Reviews couldn't wait for them to arrive. Then like a kid on Christmas morning I couldn't wait to be consumed by these tiny but great sounding speakers (According to some very misleading reviews). What a DISSAPOINTMENT! Holy cow these things don't even approach mediocrity. Trust me this is not the sound you are looking for. I've got a pair of speakers that came with an old HP desktop that sound much better than these over priced, disappointingly bland bookends. I am a fan of SoundBlaster products but these need to be renamed to Creative UNINSPIRED!I listened for a couple of hours just unable to comprehend that these things wouldn't finaly breakin and suddenly or even gradually sound better... It ain't happening'... and these "speakers" ain't happening' either. Total trashy sound... do not buy at any price over 5 bucks because that's what they sound like, a pair of muddy K-Mart blue light special 5 buck speakers. What a waster of my money.

Not the average 2.1 speaker size you see in stores. It's a bit more smaller. The sound is good with the Sound Blaster Platinum X-FI a sound card installed in my computer. I tried it with the Asus Xonar DG sound card and the sound wasn't good enough, the music and voices I can hear clearly, but it had a very tin like sound and a cheap, weak bass and very low volume. With the Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum sound card the speakers are clear and loud and the bass is of better quality than that of the Asus Xonar DG sound card. These are pretty nice speakers with a good quality sound card although I wish it had twice the amount of watts to make up for low volume on lower end computer sound cards.

You WILL need directions for this:I guess the speakers "pairs" up great with your ipod,ipad etc.8888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888* If you have android.... my HTC EVO 4G and my HTC EVO Shift ` since it didnt match/pair/recognize.... i almost through the damn speakers at wall*** what i did was: with my adroid I downloaded APP: "Creative CENTRAL" or on search engine type Creative bluetooththen I was able to pair up the damn speakers.Excellent speakers. took me an hr to think of a way to pair them up, but now since i figured it out takes like 5 minutes if u have an adroid. YOU WILL NEED to use the usb antena thing /attach to a computer.works great if you are in an office.OH yeah!!! :read directions to make the speakers search for you/look to pair upthanks,Julie

An inexpensive adjunct to any desktop or laptop system, Inspire delivers exactly what you would expect. Limited tonal control ... treble, bass ... but the subwoofer works well and the left and right speakers fit more or less anywhere. For its cost, it gives me exactly what I expect.Well done!Rich

it's works awesome on my apple lap top! we tried it on out desk top, it's a PC... they worked but every time we started to used them we had to troubleshoot to get them to work.

These are great speakers, and awesome sound. They have a long enough cords that there is no difficulty position them around you computer or any where in the room, since they are Bluetooth, they just need to be near a plug. They are really easy to install. One speaker comes connected to the bass, you plug the other speaker into the bass, plug the base in. You plug the Bluetooth transmitter into your computer (USB), then hit the power button on the speaker that already plugged into the bass. There is a button you can push to pair the two, if it doesn't do it automatically. You can adjust the volume via the speaker (next to the power button) or via your computer. You can also buy the transmitter for your ipod/iphone (Creative Bluetooth Audio Transmitter for iPhone and iPod (BT-D5)) That is why I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5. With the technology now a days where computers, ipods, iphones, ect all have Bluetooth, why is there a need for a transmitter. Other than that, this is a very good and easily portable system. It is small and lite enough that if you decide you need to move it to a different room or to the other side of the room, it would not be that difficult. For the size, it does do very well, there is not issues as I took the volume up. You will get a nice sound to fill the room without any distortion.

They really were just what I was looking for. First, they did not work with the Bluetooth 4.0 on my XPS laptop. Then 2 days later, they stopped working with the Creative supplied dongle. I wrapped them up and sent them back. I won't try a second pair.

Was shocked by how fast they came, but, it was an excellent buy. They are great speakers, and a great subwoofer. They work great with my iMac and have a lot of kick to them. I would definitely recommend these to my friends and colleagues.

SET UP :Set up was quick & straightforward. I did not have any issues.SOUND :For the given specifications (RMS value / power o-p of the speaker), this has amazing sound quality & loudness. It is more than a computer speaker. It could serve more like a music system. Your computer or laptop or ipad or ipod or any mp3 player would be the source and this speaker is wirelessly connected to your source. The result is a great music system, which fills the room (around 400 sq foot room).BLUETOOTH :The speakers pair instantly with the included USB Bluetooth transmitter (connected to your computer's USB port - in my case running Windows vista). I did a several tests to find out if it could pair under most circumstances. While it was playing, I turned off the power using the switch in my wall (power outlet). After few minutes, I turned the switch on. Then I had to turn on the power button on the side of the satellite speaker. It paired instantly after that. As a second test, I then pulled the USB Bluetooth transmitter from the computer. Then put it back in. It paired instantly after that. (You would have to re-start the music playing software when you pull the Bluetooth transmitter from the computer. In my case, I had to restart real player). As a third test, I restarted the computer. It pair instantly & worked perfectly. Sound quality is above average and I am satisfied with the performance for the price.AUDIO-IN : I used my mp3 player and connected it to the audio in port available on the side of the satellite speaker. Both sound quality and volume are incredible for some inexpensive mp3 player.APPLE PRODUCTS: The Bluetooth links perfectly with both the iPhone 3GS and iPad. I did not purchase the iPhone transmitter sold separately. These are using the internal Bluetooth capabilities for these devices. I use them with IMac too. With ios 4.2 update, the laptop, iPhone and iPad allow volume control from each device. There are no issues with any of these devices maintaining connectivity. Sound quality is startling and it fills the room.On a side note, do not think wireless means no wires. Your side speakers are connected to the main subwoofer using wires. Then there are the power wires from the subwoofer. I wish for a little more money they could have made the side speakers wireless too (not connected to main subwoofer)Overall, I would suggest these speakers to anybody who wants good sound, flexibility to connect the same speakers using multiple sources.

I have had these speakers for about 1 year now. I have had constant bluetooth issues connecting my relatively new Macbook Pro through bluetooth. I have to try several times for it to finally connect. Even then there is faint static. I was about to throw the stupid speakers away when I discovered I could just connect a wire in aux in. So, don't buy these just to save a wire, like I did.

Pretty decent sound for a computer sound system. Can be cranked up by itself or with the computers volume control to blast your families eardrums! With all the yelling to turn it down, you know it's good!

These speakers sound good and are easy to pair, but that's where the good stuff ends.The included auxiliary port is nice, but the speakers constantly shut off if sound is not constantly being piped into them. Pause a movie and come back after a few minutes and you will need to walk over and manually turn the speakers on again.I understood also that these speakers could pair with five bluetooth devices (you need to turn off whichever one is connected to connect another). But I find myself needing to re-pair devices constantly. I just use my phone and two tablets, so you'd think these speakers would be able to store their profiles without a problem but they can't.The volume buttons are also pretty annoying. It's hard to get a sense of where you are or how many volume levels there are because there is no feedback. Bluetooth devices will also be very quiet while aux. devices will be very loud, so you're constantly needing to get up and manually adjust the volume.If you're planning on using these speakers with a single device and not planning on use the aux. port to plug things in, then they're probably a good bet. But if you're planning on plugging sources in or using multiple devices they can be pretty annoying. Again - they sound great and pairing is easy, so if that's what you're looking for then get these.

I just love these speakers cannot believe the sound they put out .I own the Bose Soundlink portable wireless speaker and these sound way better and I only paid $89.00 what a steal ! I highly recommend these speakers very satisfied.

This unit has an easy set up and the size is perfect for a small space. The sound was good when I could get anything and herein lies the problem. I do believe the bluetooth transmitter needs some major improvement.After setting it all up I plugged in the bluetooth transmitter and didn't have any problems which is a good thing up to this point. Usually the setup is where things get you steamin mad but not here. I did find however that the signal being sent wasn't very good and came in choppy at best. Funny thing is when I put my finger on the end of the transmitter it seemed to send out a stronger signal. All I know is I'm not sitting her playing with finger on the transmitter to use this item. It does have a great sound when it comes in though so I think the company just needs to do a bit of tweeking and they will have a great product.I did try this in numerous places to see if the signal was just getting blocked but no such luck. It really is a shame as I like to listen to audion books and could have easy enjoyed this while preparing meals and such.

these are great, easy set up. not a ton of wires. the instructions are a little confusing but if u have any basic knowledge of bluetooth you should be fine. i am able to switch from playing music off of my iphone to my mac book pro very easily. the subwoofer really adds good dimension to the sound. no tin quality. I would recommend these to anyone looking to play music in their bedroom or office. so glad i bought these. plus their sleek not flashy design and quality build.

I found the Creative Inspire S2 Bluetooth Wireless Multimedia Speaker System to be a great addition to my HP/Windows 7 notebook computer. The Bluetooth connectivity worked perfectly and the software ran as smooth as could be. While the speakers aren't completely wireless. they are much less bulky than many other sets I've tried over the years.The system is light weight and looks sleek. I mounted the left and right speakers on the wall behind my chair at the desk. I put the subwoofer on the floor just below them. The speakers have surprisingly good sound for a Bluetooth system and especially for speakers that small. The bass is full and felt through the floor just as much as it's heard.Again, setup was easy as could be. The system looks good and sounds good. What more could you be looking for?

This product has been absolutely great for me! A year ago I tripped over my speaker wire coming out the front of my Toshiba laptop and broke the audio/headphone port and internal housing. I didn't want to take apart to solder back together and replace housing as I would likely be rockin' out with a drink in hand and trip over it again, lol! This has solved my audio problems and blows the internal speakers I have away. It def gets plenty loud for my needs in an apartment and then some. I am using a Toshiba Satellite series, also use wireless mouse and separate b/t printer dongle and have had no signal problems or interference so far. Range can vary but I can move my laptop about my 1000 sq ft apartment (for the most part) and have no signal interruption. The only downside I have is that the mids/highs aren't quite as clear as I had been hoping for but I believe that has to do with the quality of mp3's sometimes or that b/t audio technology just hasn't got to that level of sound quality yet that cables still bring you. Overall a great product and I highly recommend!

This is firstly a MIDBASS speakers so, the real low bas you would not get out of it.Secondly these are great speakers set for MOVIE lovers. But I found it not at par for MUSIC lovers , reason being there treble sound is not enough to provide music clarity as I expected.Bass is ok. (Considering the size of speakers it is gud but not heavy enough for me).So if you like watching movies, this speakers set gives good enough bass + volume clarity for a mid sized room.This would have bene unbeatable speaker set if the bass is real low and treble tweeters were better.#That is my personal opinion, You should read other opinion and product reviews from experts to judge better.

I love it!!! This is the type of speaker system I have been wanting for years. I use it play music from my computer or Samsung Focus Flash 4G Windows Phone (AT&T). I love being able to lay in my bed, pick a song from my phone and hear the music fill up my room. It's definitely loud enough for my purpose. I usually have to turn it down from my device. The awesome thing about it is that when I do have the volume up too loud, it does not sound distorted.I love the sub-woofer, because I can adjust the bass by turning the nob in the back of it. It creates a great amount of bass for my music. I also like the fact that the speakers are small, so I don't have to make a large space for it in my bedroom.So if you have any music device that has Bluetooth, I think you will enjoy this system. If you happen to have a computer that does not have Bluetooth, the system comes with Bluetooth device so you can use the system wirelessly.

I got this product about a week ago and quite happy about it. Works great for a bedroom/living room size room. With Direct Throw Sub woofer , your room would start rocking at even 75% of Max volume. Good to operate as Notebook/Desktop speakers and watch movies and enjoy songs !! More Bass than Vocals ! If you need better sound quality over vocals then you might need to play with Equalization! Overall Good Product for Price !

Bought these when they were on sale for 75$. First off they were by far the cheapest wireless speakers I could find, especially that came with a sub-woofer. Thought they would be a little complicated reading the reviews and the problems. These are far ridiculously easy to set up. It's a matter of plugging in the speakers to the wall and turning them on. Once on put the stick in your computer and it sets everything up for you. I thought I would have to switch some sort of settings in the computer sound, but no just did everything itself. I then went to try it out with my itouch and sidekick. Followed the directions shut of the dongle on the computer turned off the speakers and held down the plus then turned on the bluetooth for my itouch an they were synced. I have a decent sized apartment and could take the ipod anywhere in the apartment and the sound kept coming, no skipping or lag. Same went with the sidekick. As far as quality, it sounds really good to me for 75$ definitely, its not a home theater system, but that's not what were buying. Would recommend to anyone. Awesome, worked way better then I hoped, with no problems!!!

I'm very happy with this very affordable speaker system. You won't confuse it with a high end system, but I'm amazed how good it sounds for how cheap it is. It's all most computer users need.

The sound is excellent. The right and left speakers are small (approx. 3" W x 4" H x 3" D) and look nice on a desk. The subwoofer delivers the deep bass.The only wire that's absent is the one that would go from the speakers to the computer. Otherwise, the speakers are all wired to each other, and of course there's the power cord. Instead of that one cable, there's a standard size Bluetooth USB that plugs into your computer or other device. It works great, just like it was wired. However, the overall setup wasn't what I was expecting. They will be more helpful where someone has speakers on a desk, but uses a laptop outside of normal cord range. The person can get great sound from the speakers, and work from anywhere within Bluetooth range.

Setup for my Windows 7 laptop and iMac differed slightly but both required very little time (2-3 minutes). Once the bluetooth dongle is inserted into the computer, and I've verified that the Creative Inspire S2 Wireless speaker system has been set up as the default output for sound, I'm ready to enjoy listening to my music collection!Sound quality is very good for speakers at this price range. The satellite speakers are small and are wired to the woofer, a potential negative to those with a preference for a system with less constraints. The woofer and the satellite speakers look attractive and very well constructed, but I did encounter an occasional loss of connection. I do get better sound quality with this system than without it, so I'm happy!

This speaker system is incredible considering it's price point. Sound quality is great and the speakers are more than loud and clear enough and sound great in my opinion, and I tend to be very picky and have returned many stereos, home theatre systems and computer speakers because they did not meet my expectations. You can not find a better computer speaker system at this price. The bluetooth worked perfect with my MacBook and I have never had a problem. My friends are very impressed with the unit as well and based on hearing mine and witnessing the Bluetooth connectivity in action, some have decided to purchase it as well. Very Satisfied Customer all around!

I purchased these Creative Bluetooth (BT) speakers about a week ago. I have been quite happy with them so far. The speakers are not quite "wireless" a better title would be 1 wire-less however, for my setup that 1 less wire is very important. I have a solid desk with no cable management built in and I am not willing to drill any holes. The computer is on the inside but I do not want the wires coming from that in front of my desk up to the top. So having a BT connection to the sub which can sit hidden behind the desk and feed the two stereo speakers is the perfect solution. I have been happy with the audio quality of these little speakers the BT connection does not seem to detract any from my previous "wired" creative speaker setup. I see these speakers as filling a nice nitch of awkward speaker to computer placement though not filling the role of removing lots of wires.Of note: when setting up the speakers get the speakers placed and powered up before installing the BT device into the computer. The base seems to connect better when it is powered before the computer BT transmitter is connected and powered. Also another handy use of these when I have my laptop on my desk I can move the BT transmitter to this machine and get the same great sound without having to juggle cables. Finally, I have a BT mouse and keyboard and I have not found an issue with all three of these devices and interference.

Bought these speakers for the front desk in our office to play music, news, etc. off a computer. I wish I had some for myself. I do have Creative speakers at home but these have even better sound and are smaller and have plenty of power. I love them and would definitely recommend them.

Looks:I wanted small, unobtrusive speakers that didn't look plastic-cheap and these are great for that combination.Most small desktop speakers look good in photographs but then look "plasticy" when out of the box in a retail display. These little guys looked great on that display next to the others.Sound:The sound works well for my purposes but these are surely not audiophile speakers. Most folks will probably have the bass unit under, not on, their desks, so the lack of much bass in the little units may be less acceptable for some people. You might want to play with the bass knob a little on the back of the central unit.I was not "blown away" by "how good they are", but they sound fine for my needs and look great for small speakers.Thoughts:(1)If you don't have a sound card you might consider getting one for quality. Creative appears to be having driver and customer service issues so this time around I went with Asus Xonar, the main consumer models being DG/DS/DX (Covers range from $25ish to $80ish). There is also Azuntech but I have no experience with them I just run into reviews for them now and then.(2)Suggestions for the Manufacturer:- You might consider making front speaker grill/fabric removable/replaceable.- You might consider putting led on side of such a small, black speaker.- You might consider putting an optional headset-in on the back to hide the headset plug.- Not an issue for me but others in reviews would like these these speakers not be hardwired together.(3)Creative's customer service and driver issues in the sound card realm would normally steer me clear of their products, but these really do meet my needs and I haven't had any issues.Durability:I've had these for several years now without issue.Summary:Good looking if looking for tiny speakers, perfectly okay sound. For an upgrade you will likely want bigger speakers with more bass due to likely location of bass unit when hooking these up to a computer.

Plug them in, put the dongle into an open USB slot, and within a few seconds you're listening. I wish the wires between the subwoofer and satellite speakers were just a bit longer as they don't quite comfortably reach the nightstands on either side of a king size bed.
