Not satisfied!
I was not convinced of this before buying. But my wife asked me buy for her. After trying, she was also not happy. It needs multiple rolls on the same place. Not very effective. To be used only at the last hour, just to do the job. Non returnable product.

Good
The product is good. It is recommended to use for short hairs only so that the pain is less. As a first time user of epilator I felt little trouble in using it and also time consuming. It can be used for sensitive skin.

Good product
It is very easy to use as long as you have plug point near you. It is very handy and easy to carry anywhere you go. Not so perfect for very short hair(1-2mm). But it is value for money. The pain is the same as when you wax. The small brush for cleaning the epilator is perfect!!

Value for Money
This product is very handy and it does what it promised. Just a heads up though- since it plucks the hairs from their roots, make sure you don't have too much hair growth because then it can hurt like hell. Finishing is just like that of waxing. The sound is slightly on the higher end.

I don't regret buying it
It is a good product. Though I have used it for once and I hope to used it for a couple of years.
1st of all it's less painful and less messy than waxing.
2nd it's easy to use just plug it use it. Cleaning afterwards is also easy.

Good purchase
It was a good investment. Easy to use and easy to clean. No skin rashes/bumps noticed after using it. Not as effective on hands as on feet. But I'd definitely recommend as a must have.

Worst product.. it works as a shaver not like epilator and when i tried to return it they are just giving replacement nit giving my money back..

I have mixed experience with this product
I cannot say its completely perfect for me because i have never waxed so i bought this product for me the experience was so harsh it just pulls the hair like threading soo if you are searching option for not to waxed and remove the hair from this i would suggest not to use n if you can bear with pain of waxing or threading then its okk

Good for normal skin but not for sensitive one
Although it is a good product but I would say it is not the one for sensitive skin. I had a bad experience with it. For a normal one I would recommend it to you.
