The difference between great and genius...
I had bought the soundbar and the base a while back and the sound that I got from that was to put it simply, awesome. I waited a while to see of they would come out with surround speakers specifically for the 700 system and they did. Kinda spendy but I decided that I wanted to put the whole system together and ordered. As I said Bose is genius. It took a matter of minutes to install the speakers and what I heard was something that I've waited my life for. It is crisp and clear and fills the room with sound. We watched the Tom Cruise movie, Top Gun. Holy Smokes. I have a nice sized living room and the room was shaking... My wife and I were both smiling. I would recommend to everyone that wants big sound with small units. Awesome job Bose... Thanks

Completes my Bose 700 Home Theater setup
If you are looking to complete the Bose 700 home theater speaker groups, I recommend getting this rear surround speakers vice the $299 surround speakers. Both are surround speakers but the difference is the #700 included in this description, so pay close attention and buy the correct speaker. At, first, I got the $299 one but would not project any sound for anything except MOVIES and even with that, you could hardly hear sounds coming from it. You'd have to be close to the speaker to hear it.
So I returned and got this one, worth spending the extra $200, should you're looking to get the best out of your Soundbar 700 and Bass 700. Getting all 3 will create an ultimate home entertainment experience.
Bose need to come down on price for mounts/stands. We paid a lot for the speakers, mounts and stands shouldn't be that expensive. I had to improvise using a $0.25 hinge from Home Depot.
So I returned and got this one, worth spending the extra $200, should you're looking to get the best out of your Soundbar 700 and Bass 700. Getting all 3 will create an ultimate home entertainment experience.

DO NOT BE AFRAID OF THERE SIZE
These are great surround sound speakers. Very loud but tiny and stylish. Very crystal clear sound. Setup for me was easy. I’m honestly wondering if they are too good. I’m constantly pausing the TV to hear if it was the Bose. Only works with the Bose sound bar 700 I think.

Horrible and Frustrating to set up
I had originally Bose soundbar 700 with 700 Bass and surround sound speakers . I always felt that the sorround sound was weak and could hardly hear from them . SO when surround sound 700 came , I bought these . But the set up has been a nightmare . I remembered that earlier too setting up the sorround speakers had taken me many hours of repeated tries to get it synched and it often got unsynched leading to another few hours of re synching . But the sorround sound 700 has been even worse . I spend 5 hours on sat and another 4 hours today but either sorround speakers are not getting synched . I tried everything like factory resetting the soundbar to unplugging and re plugging multiple times to switching off the 2.5 Wifi . But not all 4 gets synched . I am tired and frustrated and thus my rant . Other than the setup - I am super happy with the sound though

Flawless Design and Quality
After reviewing for a week of use and playing around with the bose app equalizer, these speakers are impressive. Sleek design, easy set up, not once had any connection issues and the sound of these speakers are super crisp. A must have in my opinion if you seek or appreciate that full surround sound experience.

Great sound a little pricey.
Great speakers. Small and sleek does not take up much space. The sound is amazing once you pair it to the sound bar 700. For how small it is I’m surprised how clear and loud they can be. The lack of remote is the set up. The idea is great but it takes forever to set up and It still doesn’t work. The remote comes with the sound bar. Price is a little high but for a small room or a medium sized room the sound produced is enough to fill the room.

Not worth the money
I got these rear speakers hoping to complete my home theatre. But what a disappointment, I am constantly turning the off and back on just to check if there is any difference . Honestly i barely notice any difference, even the volume is set all the way to 100 in bose app, did APPIQ calibration as well.
BOSE REALLY ! this is not a $500 speakers and on top of that $180 for stands.

Finally audiophile quality from a sound bar system that you hardly notice is there!
We had already purchased a 700 sound bar and sub woofer. It was a great system but we missed the rear channels while watching movies. What I was not expecting was the increase in the quality of sound for music! The clarity and separation of sounds was just what I had missed from my old audiophile system. It fills the room with sound. Don't let the size fool you. Yes it is not inexpensive and neither was the sound! (One note... we bumped the treble plus 30 to get the best clarity). I strongly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional quality sound from a sound bar system!
