Великолепно
The 9860 is a wonderful phone...very powerful processor and the new OS7 is great. If you have never used an all touch screen phone and only use the BlackBerry keyboard there is a learning curve to it. I never had a all touch screen phone before but I love this one. I upgraded from the 9780 and this is a considerable improvement.

Das Handy muss erst bei dem Dienstanbieter angemeldet werden und das kostet noch dazu teilweise extra...
Ansonsten kann man nur damit telefonieren, alle anderen Apps gehen nicht.
Wie bei Conect beschrieben das der Empfang gut sein soll, stimmt nicht wirklich... Ich kann dieses Gerät nicht weiter empfehlen...
Entweder ein Iphone oder Android.

Nice slim looking blackberry
Great looks , love the large touch screen , and ease of use ,
faster web experience to previous bbs but the two faults if you can call them that which can be really annoying is the screen tends to freeze quite often when in the middle of something and ive an issue with the battery life ....very poor , im lucky to get a day out of it, and thats only txtn, i bought a spare which was inexpensive and is good to have as a back up, but rim should really have researched this better , my previous torch battery would last two days even with high use , so im suprised how bad the battery in this new one actually is . All in all a lovely looking phone with lots of good points such as intergrated email , txt ,bbm etc but downside is youll need to keep a charger handy if your in constant use.

Love it
I really like this one. It's my first touch phone and the minute I got it I felt that it was easy to use. The keyboard is pretty sensitve so when I try to write it sometimes happens that I get a double letter without feeling that I clicked twice. The letters also sit close together so at times I happen to get another letter than the one I wanted. If you're in a rush it can become slightly annoying.
Despite the texting part I like it. For me it was love at first sight when I saw it, and that means a lot for me since I have had the same old one for 6 years before I got this one. I can be really picky at times but when I saw this one I knew I had to have it.

Disappointing, compared to my previous blackberry
When i bought it I mistakenly thought it had the slide out conventional keypad, but this model is all touchscreen which I find difficult, but obviously that was my mistake. The main reason I dont like it is that the battery loses charge very quickly - sometimes within only a few hours - and I rarely use the internet. My main use is for emails, texting, and sending/receiving calls. Also when trying to take photographs it often flashes, does not take the photograph, and switches itself off, then it sometimes starts to reload itself, or sometimes I have to take off the back cover, remove and replace the battery, before it will start working again. I contacted the seller a week after I bought it to explain the problem but he said to take it up with Blackberry.

Great phone but where is OS 7.1?!
The phone is great but softwhere is a letdown, lots of freezes and crashes, why to europe have to wait 3 months for the 7.1 update but seems to fix these problems. I have owned the 9900, 9810 and 9860 to be honest the 9860 seems a better phone if you can live without a keyboard. hopefully developers will update apps for os 7 and uk carriers support the much needed update.

Easy Touch
This is a good phone as far as BlackBerry goes,however the one I received although sealed had minor scratches on it. Since sold on because of slow sluggish performance, There is a severe lack of apps. Great for talk and text ,but that's it. Only purchase if you are a BlackBerry fan.Not for me though!

Good phone, easy to use, full of fun connecting with freinds via BBM. down side is just the usual poor battery backup for blackberry phones.

excellent touch screen blackberry
I have had this phone a while. The blackberry is as described, what I like about it is its very slim. It has touch screen features. It has the usual smart phone features music, Internet, email, camera. I like quick access to my emails and the red light notifier cannot be beat. If you place importance on emails, text, what's app and basic telephone this is ideal for you.

what a load of rubbish
very disappointed with this handset. i bought it as a sim free phone but it was not. what it is is an unlocked o2 handset. the battery lasts just about a full day provided you do not use it a lot. the problem i have with it is software, i have had to get the software flahed twice because the operating system has wiped itself clean. on the last occasion the email stopped working and it deleted the email accounts off the phone, when i tried to put them back on it deleted the accounts off the server as well.it then crashed and wiped the complete phone. i fear blackberry are following nokia into oblivion
