this is a very expensive phone but after a few months of use the camera stopped working. I did some research on the web and followed what other customers have experienced to try to get the camera to work again. But I had no luck with it, now my poor daugther is really upset since the feature that she uses the most is dead. I expected that a phone with a price tag of over $400 should be more reliable especially when care has been taken. other than that the phone does what it is suppose to do.

The phone is very versatil, touch screen and stuff like that, however it freezes at times, motly if you download new applications for the phone, i only use whatsapp and Black Berry messenger, i dont use any other useless application such as face book or tiwtter and the phone still freezes, and the battery drains out so fast so if you are planning to buy this black berry you should buy car charger or an extra battery

la bateria me llego sin empaque luego estuvo rayada como si fuera usada y ahora que la utilizo no dura lo que decian las especificaciones tecnicas, mi telefono se descarga enseguida no me gusto para nada este articulo es la primera vez que me sucede algo asi

The reason I had to buy another battery is because it doesn't last as long as batteries from earlier generations. I always have to carry a spare to make sure I have service. Amazon gave me the battery quickly. It's not an Amazon issue. I just wish batteries lasted longer.

I received this battery 3 weeks after ordering, if not more.With this new battery my phone freezes numerous amount of times, it would seem that the battery does not have enough power for the phone, which is most annoying!

This JM1 battery, which I purchased four months ago, seems interchangeable with the one that came in my Blackberry Bold. Having a charged spare has been very helpful to me on several occasions. I just pull it out of my briefcase, switch it in for the battery in my phone, the phone goes through a cycle for a couple of minutes, and the Blackberry is operational for additional hours. This battery seems to keep a charge well. On occasion, I have left the spare battery in my briefcase, charged, for a couple of weeks, at the end of which it has still been fully charged. A very worthwhile investment. I recommend it.

So firstly about the product. This blackberry is so much fun to use, great OS and friendly interface. Of course the blackberry trademark qwerty keyboard and trackball are the usp. Cons are the touchscreen and the battery. I was fully aware of the limited battery life, but since its compensated for by the slim size, I feel its a decent tradeoff. Just need to remember to charge it pretty regularly and have bought a couple of extra chargers to keep at all places at all times. The touchscreen is not very intuitive and a little difficult to use if you have big fingers and of course doesn't compare to the apple experience, but the awesome trackpad helps out a lot. All in all a great device and I received it exactly as advertised by Worldwide Distributors. Its an unlocked AT&T phone which I received and if you are a t-mobile user you will not be able to use 3G. In case you are buying this, it would help if you contact the seller and ask them for the specific one (tmob/atnt) that you want. For me AT&T works just fine, guess I got lucky because I had not intimated the seller during my purchase. 5 stars for the bb 9900 \m/

Seller advertised it as new battery, but what I received was clearly not new. Some previous review reported that it did not last days. How much usable capacity left is yet to be seen. Judging from the price I suspected this might be the case, but the seller should be honest about it.

I ordered this when my original holster caught on a door jamb and broke. The price for shipping and the holster cost a fraction of the cost at the Verizon store. It swivels well with just the right amount of resistance. Definitely worth the price

My BB Bold was losing power quickly. I would have to charge throughout the day, and it would go from like 35% to dead. Bought this battery and my phone works just as when I bought it. I only charge once a day, maybe twice. The battery was a very good deal.

This is not a brand new one! I only bought 2 mouths! But the screen doesn't work right now, I thought maybe they was something wrong with the flex, but actually no !!! one of the component is missing! And that is the refurbished one!Therefore, it sucks!

Ever since I purchased this new holder, my Blackberry creates blank messages (and even sometimes sends them) when it is in the holder and supposedly off. I now try to remember to move it to an icon I don't use like Navigator before placing it in the holder, but sometimes the blank messages still occur. Frustrating.

Since I'm still in the stoneage with a blackberry, a dead battery makes life even worse. The thought of paying over $60 at the Verizon store for a new battery was ridiculous. This battery worked like new and I only have to charge every other day now! Great steal!

I have a cat that loves cables. So I go through about 3 or 4 a year.These are great! cheap and affordable and that extra cable covering provides me a bit more time to cat-ch him in the act before he gets his kill shot in.

The product itself is ok but I got a package that was opened and a unit that had an AT&T logo when the picture specifically had no logo.I am very particular about a logo and VERY disappointed that my unit had a logo on the phone.
