Muy buen teléfono fluido y sobre todo buen rendimiento para jugar que es para lo que lo quería si no lo usas mucho te aguanta la batería hasta dos días pero se carga súper rápido con el cargador de 67 vatios muy feliz con mi compra

It’s says this is an 5g device, but I figured out this is an 4g device in USA. Because I put in my att SIM card into my iPhone 13 pro max, it shows 5g+, but put in this phone it only has lte

as the title states the phone does not work in the US at all. no carrier i've contacted will support this device.

Wouldn't connect to Google servers, there's no point to it then.

So although my black shark 2 had quarks I really enjoyed it and Decided to upgrade to the black shark 4 pro because my carrier was not supporting 3G anymore. I've had this thing for 24 hours and between the unresponsive lack of customer support and the fact that this brick won't connect to Google services to do any update or download any apps. I'm I'm stuck with a $600 phone that can't put preform a $50 Walmart phone because it has no functions other than call and text.

It's doesn't work in the US

This phone doesn't work with Straight talk because it isn't unlocked like they said it would be. I've got over $600 bucks out on this ohine and can't get in contact with anyone to help me get it unlocked!

Took it to criket and the guy told me it's a Chinese phone and doesn't work in the US

This phone doesn't work on any 5g network in the states!!!!, The one band it's tuned to isn't used in the u.s. and barely gets used in China.

Beautifull phone, i recent buy, all the references is according to the description, double sim are good, if you can buy 256, is so much great because the updates are big, but not afect all the performance of the phone, price, quality, 100% android, working great and beautifull, i has galaxy but this phone fill all my specs, i am happy with my product

Does not have t-mobile bands support

I bought this phone because I wanted a gamer phone but I didn't want to pay like $1,000 and so far this phone is actually pretty awesome great when he plays games took me a little bit to figure out all the functions but when I did I was really happy had it charges super fast so overall it's a great phone for its price I recommend it

I use cricket, changed apn, nothing really changed. Can I make this work with cricket, and if not, what works with this phone?

The phone itself is great. Not one complaint on the actual phone. The issue is finding a provider to use it with. We tried Cricket, they turned it off after a couple days saying not compatible. Then tried TMobile. Same thing. Then Verizon. Again same. The specs on the phone are fine and it should work but for some reason these services have it listed as not compatible and won't allow you to use it. It's a bummer. Had to return the phone due to this.

Update:
Main Issue for me is the bluetooth audio lag during gaming (Codm, BR), I will save this point in the end.
Secondary issue is that this phone is NOT compatible with criket. The seller states it is but in fact it is NOT. They better make it crystal clear that this phone is not compatible with criket wireless otherwise they will face with countless returns despite that this is a good gaming phone.

Now the good parts:
Previously I played Call of duty mobile on my iphone 8s, and the laging and freezing always is a big problem, and later I realized that it has nothing to do with my internet or wifi but my phone itself. It needs a bigger ram and higher CPU for such games especially when you move towards an advanced player.

Ram and CPU: This phone has enough hardware for games such as COD (ram and CPU) so far.
Graphics: I set the graphics quality to be medium (which is already very nice) and the frame rate to be max (essential for advanced players), and this phone can handle it.
Case: this phone comes with a simple case, which I find useful, it helps with the grapping, and it is not too thick so as to block heat dissipation. I wouldn't buy any additional case so far, mainly for fear of heat. A case is always necessary for holding the phone though, simple for complex.
Screen: to my surprise, the phone has a screen protector (some thin film) already on the phone, which is handy. And it feels smooth when gaming. (so you don't have to buy a screen protector, I wish I knew before I made the order, it can save you some dollars).

Physical air trigger: this part hasn't been heavily described in the product description, here you go: it has two air triggers, there is no lag when pressing it. Supposedly it would give you an advantage so that you can continue the 2 finger layout but it takes some time to practice so that you can adapt to the new way of holding your phone. I tried 3 days of using the triggers and didn't find too much advantage (because I already was practicing the 4 finger layout so the air triggers didn't bring much advantage to me and I didn't want to practice the air trigger + 2 finger layout at this point, it would take days even weeks to get used to the new way of holding the phone). For newbies or someone who first get into the COD type of games it would be a big advantage if they use the triggers. For someone who is already using the 4 finger layout, it is not too helpful actually. So eventually I stopped using the air trigger and started using the 4 finger layout which do not depend on any triggers at all.

Audio: the biggest issue for me is the bluetooth audio will have a roughly 0.5 second lag. I searched online and everywhere for help and eventually I heard this is inevitable due to the way of bluethooth tech. I'm not even a pro and I find this is a big issue during gaming especially when you rely on hearing footsteps during close combat. (I searched online and found some tips to go into the developer options to play with some parameters such as aptx codec but none can help) I tried different brands of headset(big brands or the black shark bluetooth headset, nod difference) and no help. At some point I switched back to the wired headset and that will cause two additional problems: one is that you won't be able to use the air triggers at all (due to the relative position of the headset plug and the air triggers, you will know when you see the phone). I don't use the triggers but still, the wired headset will be bugging my fingers when I do the 4 finger layout, it will definitely bother me, that tiny difference is huge when you sometimes just need the edge. I can live with it, and I guess other phones will have similar type of issues too.

Overall the gaming experience compared to using my old iphone, is a big improvement. I love this phone. I would give it 5 stars except that I tried to reach them out on their official website (on your amazon orders there is a tab called get product support, press that it will lead you to their official site to submit a ticket) and I have posted questions right here but none have been answered yet. So the tech support is not ideal. I really hope that someone could somehow reach out to me and find a way to reduce the bluetooth audio lag to the least extend possible. Right now no one from either the seller end nor the tech support reached out to me, which is very disappointing to me.

Few hours of use and the screen is litterly melting holy **** I never see stuff like that before even on cheap phones. The heat that comes from the phone is to intense

For the price it's worth it for the gaming phone and I absouletly love the physical side triggers it really helps with the game and also the 720hz touch sampling rate that beats every other phone specialy iphone and samsuh in terms of touch sampling and responsiveness. The 120hz makes the screen more smoother and faster. The processor is enough for everythig and does not heat up in long gaming sesssion. This is a legit seller and highly recommend buying if you want a good gaming phone.

I have had my shark for about a week now, and have had zero issues. Speeds are great. Connectivity has been supurb. I went to Walmart and got a Straight Talk starter kit($55), and they told me to use the T-Mobile Sim card. Have had great success. Hopes this helps others.
