The Beurer Infrared Lamp blew off (fused) when switched on just after taking it out of the box. Beurer India refused to replace or refund. Please be aware of this while ordering Beurer products.

I purchased the product and the first time it didn't work. Returned it and got a replacement, Replacement had the most important part missing , which is the BULB.
Returned it second time. I saw several negative reviews on the product but still bought it thinking that it is a Philips product. Waste of money and time.

It contains a 100 watt Philips infrared bulb. Small in comparison with 250 watt available in market. But sufficient heat6and does its job. Ultra lightweight.

Seemed like a nice product. But stopped working after 30mins of use. Didn’t feel it was worth the buy

Now the product is not working even just in 5 months.No service center. No proper customer care. Plz do something.

Structure is very delicate it is not aircraft design. Handle should have been put. Ordinary table lamp is better.

It's very light. Its base could be little heavy for firm hold. Lamp quality is good. Cost is little more.

Does the job and is very reliable. Only problem is with the hearing which should be managed carefully.

It's a very fragile product and the packaging was "PATHETIC". I got a defective product and have asked for a replacement but I am worried it might the be the case again.

A nice and good product. A must keep for those with joint pains.

Worked well initially but stopped working within a month of buying . Seems the bulb has gone out of order or fused.

The bulb fused in 2 weeks and a new bulb costs 1350 plus 100 bucks delivery too( I’m a prime member) A new machine costs 1600... really!

I want to return this product which was delivered to us on 05th April and its not working. Kindly let us know whom to contact.

Very poor quality of plastic after two minitus very warm can't touch fear of burning, want to return the product

product was dirty, didn't seem new at all, came without a bulb and the box wqs damaged!
