A total relief for tired legs and feet
I absolutely love this product! I’m on my feet all day at work and I usually wear my heels all day so when I get home my calves and feet are super sore and tensed up. I have been using this for about 30 minutes and my legs and feet feel so relieved afterwards! Would most definitely recommend!

Nice pleasant design
Unlike other similar devices, it can work only with one foot. It gives choice, always better to have a choice. I have a problem only with one foot and like this option.
There is a bracelet for activating the muscles of the lower leg as well, which means it can also improve the circulation of the lower leg. An essential addition!

Powerful
I have severe non diabetic neuropathy in my feet. I have bought 3 units similar to this one. This is by far the most powerful and has options on the remote. The directons are a little confusing but this machine really works. After 2 uses my feet felt incredible and I had more movement than I have had in 6 months. Plus my swelling has gone down and I can fit in my shoes. I use it for 30 minutes twice a day along with a foot massager.This is amazing and a wonderful product. It does shock the heck out of your feet. The other machines I could put on 99 this one I cannot get past 65 for now.Again I must stress this is really powerful and you should sheck with your DR first.

[UPDATED] Extremely Disappointed!!!
[UPDATED]: Bought on 25 Nov 2018 and fused yesterday 05/01/2018 (R.I.P.) and guess what the Bulb has no Warranty!!!
The only thing good is the Bulb which is a Philips bulb which is only around 500...
The only thing that seems Beurer is the pathetically designed thin plastic body which hardly worth more than 20 rupees. It is so light, hollow, disproportionate and unbalanced and unable to handle the weight that it Trips easily on any movement on the bed. And you can see how hot it can get that it even burnt the bedsheet. Lucky we were around and prevented a fire!!!
When elite brands shamelessly charge premium for their products then they should also give something at least worth half the cost.

Good quality !!
The product quality is good. The infrared bulb is manufactured by Philips.
The power plug needs a converter for use in India, had to buy it saparately.
The manufacturer has provided a list of service centers worldwide, but India is not listed. After sales service support is in question.

Nice built quality
Beurer is a brand of quality. Nice built quality. Infrared bulb can be changed after some years of usage. I already have one which is 5 years old and still working.
No need to make any more research. If the price is ok for you better buy it.

Good one, durable Philips bulb.
Use it for a while when I cramped my abdominal muscles while decline crunches 😬
Can't say much about effectiveness because I already started heat pads. Might be it's helpful so 50-50 😆
But the lamp is very light weight, I wish if it has a little weight to hold the Philips bulb more comfortably.
However I bought with not much use. Hope no one get such chances in life when you have to use such things.

Amazing performance
For many people suffering from chronic pain, this gadget comes in very handy. It is very easy to use and does not require any particular skill or effort. One more application particularly of interest to women (and not very openly talked about) is that you can apply the infrared ray treatment on your face as well ( cover the area around the eyes and do not use for more than five minutes) to give your skin a youthful exuberance. I researched this on several sites which confirmed that infra red light promotes the production of natural collagen (with aging this comes down, leading to wrinkles)

Fine product
Received product in brand new condition and in working condition.its very handy and only disadvantage is that no switch off button on unit so have to use main switch every time. Heating capacity is gpod and plastic quality is nice although have to use with care as its looks fragile.

No warranty, Fused in one month. I have to throw the set to trash
The product doesn't even have a switch to on/off the unit. Only the thin plastic cover is of Beurer. Bulb is of Philips
Portal does not let to register product for warranty. No Warranty card inside means that product has no warranty beware with this fact.
Review update: After 40 days bulb fused and there is no warranty. I have to trash the set . Please please do not buy this junk.

We need replace ment of Lamp
It is so sad that the bulb was off and not working just after three weeks . When we saw the condition it was already out of guarantee.
Was this lamp was only meant for that much time. It seems that we were cheated.
My wife has pain in the shoulder and she was happy but what to say.
We believe Amazon but now we feel so sad.
We are looking forward to hear from Amazon how they can help.

Bulb stopped working in 1 month - spent 800 to replace it
Worked fine for a month and then bulb stopped working. Had to take it to the service center where they charged us 800 for another bulb. Really annoyed and irritated. Would not recommend you buy it.

Nice product, does what it meant for !
It is a good product. Bought it for my mother. She had joint pain in her arms. When she started to use it, it (the product) gradually decrease the amount of pain and helped to relieve the pain. Thanks for delivering such a quality product.
Now using it for curing pain for my father's joint pain in his arms.

Soothing!
Durability is yet to be determined, so have given the benefit of the doubt to the product by giving 4 stars. But it's a great massager. My wife felt great when it was applied in the lower back, around the base of the spine.

Poor product quality
The Beurer Infrared Lamp blew off (fused) when switched on just after taking it out of the box. Beurer India refused to replace or refund. Please be aware of this while ordering Beurer products.

Very bad product
I purchased the product and the first time it didn't work. Returned it and got a replacement, Replacement had the most important part missing , which is the BULB.
Returned it second time. I saw several negative reviews on the product but still bought it thinking that it is a Philips product. Waste of money and time.

It contains a 100 watt Philips infrared bulb. Small in comparison with 250 watt available in market. But sufficient heat6and does its job. Ultra lightweight.

बेकार है ४० मिनट भी नहीं चला
यह बहुत ही घटिया क्वालिटी का है 40मिनट भी नहीं चला बल्ब फ्यूज हो गया जबकि 4000 घंटे की लाइफ बताई गई है अब बेकार पड़ा है एक महीना हुआ है खरीदा हुआ Amazon वाले कुछ मदद नहीं कर रहे है

The bulb fused in 2 weeks and a new bulb costs 1350 plus 100 bucks delivery too( I’m a prime member) A new machine costs 1600... really!

Good but have two disadvantages
The lamp is Phillips lamp which is good. only two issue -
1.the plug is flat pin thus you may need a converter
2. The setup does not have an Off and On switch. It becomes inconvenient.
