When I first go it it was perfect, everything worked as intended. Dream case. 2 months down the road and the rgb strips in the front are now acting up. And sections of it doesn't work anymore.

added more be quiet fans to it. not as quiet as I expected but still great

I was looking for two things really. Noise reduction and a little more space to work in. I have small hands and still can't stand the fiddling I've had to deal with in 99% of all cases. They have done most of the cable management themselves for the front panel and fans. It was super easy to work in and it just looks great. The lights was an afterthought just because I thought the case interior looks good enough to highlight. The internal fans are dead quiet. It's brilliant. After my build the stock AMD fan was so loud for me I went with the be quiet CPU cooler as well. Only thing I can hear now is the HDD and the GPU fans. Overall this is by far my favourite case of all time. I would have like more space for normal HDD. There is only space for 2. Sure I can add more SSD or NVMe type drives but I have 3 perfectly good working older drives and can only use 2 (comfortably) now unless I leave the 3rd unmounted and visible somewhere. That however is not enough for me to reduce the 5 star rating.

Good build quality, looking so nice, scratch proof big glass and metal body.

Extreme cooling problems
I purchased this case because of the build quality, stylish looks and the ability to customise the interior layout. I was aware that they may be some restricted air flow problems due to the limited intake and exhaust vents, but I shocked how bad the air flow was.
I have a water cooled dual system, CPU and GPU with 1 x 360 radiator and 1 x 280 radiator. Unfortunately, the operating temperatures where far to high in idle and light gaming conditions that the system was verging on been unstable and I was not able to overclock the CPU or GPU safely due to the CPU throttling and system shut down. To overcome this problem, I have installed two 240mm fan filters, one on the top panel and one on the front panel. I can now operate the system with safe temperatures even when overclocked.
I would recommend this case but only for normal light duties but not for gaming

Das Case kam im Rahmen einer Rundumerneuerung auf die To-Do-Liste des Rechnerumbaus / Neuaufbaus. Wieso? Weil mich das alte 08/15 Standard Midicase einfach nur noch abgenervt hat. Da mir ein Arbeitskollege das Case hier sehr ans Herz gelegt hat. Vielleicht auch, weil mein neues Mainboard mit Lichteffekten kommt und man das Ganze auch innerlich ein wenig in Szene setzen kann. Aber hauptsächlich deswegen, weil das alte 08/15 Case viel zu beschränkt in Möglichkeiten und Optionen war. Gut, dann fangen wir einfach mal an, nachdem das System jetzt seit Ostern im Case sitzt.

Verpackung, Inhalt & Lieferung:
Geliefert wurde fix. Keine Schäden etc. an der Verpackung. Das ist doch schonmal was.
Das Case an sich wurde in Plastikverpackung mit Styropor sturzsicher im Karton versendet. Daher hätte es auch ein wenig "Fußball" im Laderaum des Paketdiensts überstanden.
An Lieferumfang und Inhalt gibt es soweit nichts zu bemängeln. Das Case kommt mit genügend Schrauben, Kabelbindern und ähnliches.
Ebenso sind 2 Adapterrahmen im Case auf der Hinterseite des Mainboardtrays (wo man die Kabel versteckt) vormontiert, um direkt 2 SSD's in den 3,5" Schächten verbauen zu können. Vorne kommt ein 140mm Pure Wings 2 zum Einsatz und hinten das 120mm Gegenstück.
Alles in Allem ist das Zubehör ausreichend dimensioniert, um direkt mit dem Bau loslegen zu können.

Verarbeitung etc.:
Insgesamt wirkt das Case hochwertig verarbeitet. Zwar sind die Blenden aus Plastik, aber dieses ist stabil und gut gearbeitet.
Das schwarz ist matt und gibt mit dem Case einen unauffälligen, dezenten Touch. Knöpfe, etc am Frontpanel sind gut verarbeitet
und fügen sich super ins Gesamtbild ein. Lediglich die Miniklinkenbuchsen sind zu Anfangs hakelig und erfordern einiges an Kraft
beim Einstecken und Ausziehen von Kopfhörern, etc. Liegt wohl daran, dass diese einfach nicht so ausgenudelt sind, wie die Alten ;-)
Aber das Schönsten an dem Case: Alle wichtigen Schrauben am Case selbst sind als Rändelschrauben ausgeführt und besitzen eine
"Verlust"-Sicherung. Gerade an den HDD-Käfigen ist das sehr praktisch! Natürlich sind die wichtigsten Teile des Case auch mit
orangenem Gummi vibrationsentkoppelt und die Seiten auch entsprechend gedämmt. Das Temperglas ist von sehr guter Verarbeitung,
ohne Kratzer oder andere Macken. Die Tönung ist dezent, nimmt nicht zu viel Blick und wirkt stimmig. Ebenso praktisch ist die direkte
Auslegung, um All In One WaKüs verbauen zu können. Radiatiorentechnisch passt so allerhand rein. Selbst ein Towerkühler mit 165mm Höhe
passt maximal rein. Mit 160mm ist man hier immer auf der sicheren Seite.

Montage: Der dickste Minuspunkt fiel mir direkt auf, als ich das Mainboard verbaut hatte, ein MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon (ATX).
Mainboards in dem Formfaktor, blockieren die erste Reihe der orangenen Kabelschächten nahezu vollständig. Das ist alles
andere als gut durchdacht und hat dazu geführt, dass ich schlussendlich bei der Kabelführung ein wenig tricksen musste, was
unnötige Fummelei und Geduld gekostet hat. Ebenso ist man gut beraten, wenn man sich zu dem Case direkt ein Verlängerungskabel
für den 8poligen CPU Stromstecker mitbestellt. Bei meinem Board war es leider nicht möglich das Kabel ohne Verlängerung versteckt hinter
dem Tray entlang zu führen.
Frontblende und oberer Deckel lassen sich nur hakelig und schwergängig demontieren. Es würde mich nicht wundern, wenn hier dann gerne
mal auch eine der Halteclips / Haltenasen abbrechen. Das hätte man besser lösen können.
Nachdem dann aber alles endlich saß und so verstrippt war, wie ich das wollte, sind auch alle unnötigen Kabel verschwunden und das
gesamte Innenleben wirkt sehr aufgeräumt und edel.

Betrieb:
Da Geräuschkulisse etwas sehr subjektives ist und jeder da andere Ansprüche hat, kann man nur schwer etwas verbindliches sagen.
Zumindest zähle ich nicht zur Silent-Modding-Fraktion, wo jeder Fieps und Pieps direkt zur Reklamation führt ^^
Der Rechner läuft in dem Case natürlich auf dem Tisch stehend (ca 1m Entfernung). Praktischerweise besitzt das Case ja eine verbaute Lüftersteuerung in 3 Stufen (5V,7V-9V,12V), die über das Frontpanel geregelt werden kann. Auf niedrigster Stufe höre zumindest ich eher
das Netzteil, als irgendein Luftgeräusch. Stufe 3 ist dann durchaus vernehmbar, jedenfalls die Luftgeräusche der Lüfterblätter, aber durchaus vertretbar und fallen auch nicht beim Spielen, Musik hören, arbeiten akkustisch ins Gewicht. Die Lüfter an sich sind da nicht oder nur kaum wahrzunehmen. Die Temperaturen im Case gehen voll in Ordnung und selbst im Stresstest per Prime und Fumark, habe ich Mainboardtemps
von 40 Grad und CPU-Temps von 65°C auf Stufe 1 der Lüftersteuerung. CPU ist ein auf 3.9GHZ OC'ter Ryzen 5 1600, der nur mit einem
BeQuiet Shadow Rock LP Topblower (130Watt) gekühlt wird.

Aufgrund meiner beruflichen Tätigkeit möchte ich hier auch nochmal ein paar Worte zu dem Case und dem Thema Airflow im Allgemeinen loswerden, da es da immer wieder zu Missverständnissen kommt und zu falschen Vorstellungen.
Nein: Airflow im Case bedeutet NICHT, dass man einen Waldbrand im Case ausblasen könnte.
Airflow bedeutet, dass man für einen konstanten Austausch von Luft sorgt, möglichst gerichtet. Zum Beispiel: Vorne rein und hinten raus.
Airflow ist wichtig, um die erhitzte Luft abzuführen, damit die Komponenten die Wärme an der "frischen", kalten Luft abgeben können.
Wer die Bilder betrachtet, wird feststellen, dass hier ganz normale Komponenten in einem normalen Setup verwendet werden. Da
reichen die vorinstallierten Lüfter für den Airflow locker aus. Keine Grafikkarte stirbt, weil sie unter Last 80°C erreicht, es sei denn
es lag im Vorfeld schon ein Defekt vor. Keine CPU "stirbt" so schnell den Hitzetod, weil diese sich in der Regel vorher runtertaktet.
Einen Ryzen kann man hitzetechnisch locker 70-80°C zumuten - dieser taktet bei 90°C erst runter, weil es dann erst kritisch wird und
wer so Temperaturen erreicht, der hat in der Regel entweder die falsche Kühllösung auf der CPU montiert oder diese schlicht schlecht
montiert. Ebenso kann ich auch aus Erfahrung sagen, dass ein System im Alltag nicht leiser oder besser arbeitet, nur weil man teilweise
6-8 Lüfter ins Case hängt (so zum Teil erlebt). Klar. Das Innenleben ist dann sicher 5°C kühler, aber ist das weder effizient, noch macht sich die Mehrleistung im Alltag nicht bemerkbar - wenn dann höchsten beim benchen. Wichtig ist wirklich ein konstanter Luftaustausch und der ist in dem Setup so gegeben.

Gesamteindruck:

Ich bin durchaus zufrieden und finde, dass das Case für den Preis wirklich eine Empfehlung ist. Die Ausstattung kann sich sehen lassen,
das Case an sich ist sehr modular aufgebaut und flexibel. Die Kabel lassen sich gut verstecken und vom Aussehen her gibt es auch nichts
zu beanstanden. Lediglich einen Punkt ziehe ich wegen der misslungen Kabelschachtanordnung ab, und der hakeligen und schwergängigen
Demontage des Deckels und der Frontblende. Wer hier nicht aufpasst, hat ganz schnell Bruch.
Anbei zwei Fotos, wie das Ganze dann im Endzustand aussieht.

Firstly the case is quiet. I'm not sure how much of that is the quiet case fans that are included, but either way it's quiet, so that's good.
Cable management, however, is a shambles. The rubber gromits that protect the cabling are cheap and way too soft meaning they don't stay seated.
The HDD bay placement / design also means that sata / power cabling pushes against the glass viewing window. This is a bit bizarre because the case is big, it's just poorly designed. This is confirmed by the ridiculous 2.5" bays on the other side of the case - they're so small in depth they don't fit std laptop size ssds.

In general, the build quality is, OK, for £75.

Finally managing to contact the manufacturer who have now sent me some replacement wiring including that missing USB cable, but with no instructions so just hoping I can work it out. How, for example, do I get the front off to replace the wiring?

I have to say that, having got over the initial problems with the copious but useless manual, the box is roomy and when in use VERY quiet.

I may write a third review once I installed (or given up trying to install) the replacement wiring, which hopefully will also rectify another problem I have just noticed - HDD activity light not working!

This is a very quiet case, but the cable management is awful. If you are using a cpu cooler such as the be quiet dark rock pro 4 then plug the cpu cable into the motherboard first and add the cooler afterwards. If you don't, and you have big bear man hands, you won't be able to plug it in. The only way around the cable management issue is either to use a micro atx board or mini itx. If you use an atx, it blocks most of the cable management holes and you would have to use cable extensions. In conclusion, if you are not bothered about cable management then this is a very quiet case, if you are, then I'd look elsewhere.

Very well made, no sharp edges etc. Tray caddies can be removed if not used, creating a nice spacious look. All screws and bits you could need are included, including SSD card seat and screw. Comes with really quiet front and back fans. There's a vent on the bottom which is ideal for PSU to bring clean air in for itself and put out the back, so is isolated from the other hotter air in the case. The bottom and from intake grills are filtered too.
The only issue I found was the holes to bring cabled in to the motherboard are blocked by a standard ATX board. But with the caddies removed there's ample space in varying angles and levels to route cables to a very tidy end result.
A great case and they've obviously thought about the needs of people building PCs rather than just wanting to make money.

Je suis globalement satisfait du produit, juste déçu des finitions et du rapport qualité prix. Le boitier fait son job. Il est plutôt bien construit et permet de monter son PC facilement à condition de savoir comment s'y prendre.
Les ouvertures nombreuses sont vraiment pratique pour le câble management, les racks pour disque dur (Même si j'ai eu du mal à comprendre comment les enlever ...) sont vraiment pratique et facile d'utilisation.

Points positif :
Pour commencer, les points positifs. Il y en a plein. Présence de pièce de caoutchouc presque partout pour limiter les vibrations. Sous l'alim, sur les fixations de disque dur, sur les ventilateurs déjà présents ... Le sens du détails est présent. Certaines ouvertures sur le boitier permettent de passer des câbles presque partout. Les filtres anti-poussières sont très agréable. J'ai déjà remarqué que la poussière s'accumule dessus, preuve selon moi de son efficacité.

Le bruit :
Sur le plan du bruit, je ne sais pas s'il est aussi efficace que la marque le prétend. J'ai une alimentation particulièrement bruyante et forcément, le pc reste bruyant même avec une tour qui atténue le bruit. Je ne vois pas de différence flagrante entre mon ancien boitier et celui la en terme de bruit. Certaines vidéo vante l'épaisseur de la mousse anti bruit. Je ne l'ai pas trouvé si épaisse que ça.

Circulation de l'air :
Quelque chose d'important à noter pour les personnes qui jouent énormément à des jeux gourmands ou qui ont des configs qui chauffent beaucoup, le pc est mal aéré. Les ouvertures sont vraiment petites sur la face avant et il est difficile d'aérer au maximum le PC. Personnellement, je joue avec un casque et je peux ouvrir la face avant du PC pour jouer afin d'aérer le PC de façons optimale. On voit une nette différence sur le niveau d'air entrant/sortant avec et sans la face avant du PC.
Sur ma config actuelle j'ai 4 ventilos de marque Be quiet!. Deux de 140mm sur la face avant et deux de 140 et 120mm sur la face arrière et le haut du boitier. Celui tourné vers le haut peine vraiment à expulser de l'air. Je tenais vraiment à en avoir un sur la face du haut pour éviter que trop de poussière ne rentre par cette ouverture, mais enlever ce ventilo ne changerait presque rien.

Les points négatifs :
Beaucoup de chose à dire ... Les finitions sont vraiment de mauvaise qualités selon moi. Mon alim rentre mais un des trous pour vis n'est pas bien centré et la vis ne peut pas rentrer. Le hub ne marche pas en mode auto pour une raison qui m'échappe ... (J'ai contacter le SAV. Je n'ai toujours pas de réponse pour l'instant.) Les deux silent wings 3 high speed fourni avec le boitier n'ont pas les mêmes vis de fixations. Le silent wings 3 high speed que j'ai acheté en plus n'a lui non plus pas les même ... Certes c'est du détails. Mais dans un boitier à ce prix j'aurais aimé pouvoir avoir un intérieur vraiment impeccable. D'avoir deux ventilos avec des vis différentes n'est pas très esthétique selon moi ... Ensuite, lorsque j'ai monté mon PC dans ce boitier pour la première fois, j'ai été très déçu de ne pas avoir de plan du boitier. Le livret fourni est très sommaire et concis. Certes cela peut paraitre bête, mais j'ai dû enlever des vis à plusieurs endroit pour pouvoir savoir comment certaines parties tenait en place. La façade avant est clipsée. Je savais qu'elle s'enlevait, mais je ne savais pas ou tirer et si je devais forcer ou non ... Quand on vient de recevoir un produit, on aime en prendre soin et on ne veut pas le casser. Quand on ne sait pas comment le démonter, c'est tout de suite plus compliqué. Un point qui m'a déçu lors de l'installation est le manque de place au niveau des emplacement disque dur. Je ne suis pas très bon en câble management, mais mes câbles SATA et mes câbles d'alimentation des disques dur sont vraiment collé contre la façade du boitier. C'est pas très agréable selon moi ... Peut être que les racks pourraient être décaler un peu de la paroi de quelques millimètres ... En parlant de la paroi arrière, les vis ont du mal à rentrer dans leurs emplacement pour moi. Je dois forcer pour qu'elle rentre dans leurs emplacements.

Tous ces "points négatifs" ne sont peut être pas des points très graves ni très important. Mais quand je met aussi cher dans un produit, il y a certains détails qui comptent pour moi. Je ne critique pas juste pour critiquer, ce sont juste des points qui peuvent être selon moi amélioré. J'aurais aimé savoir certains de ces problèmes avant d'acheter la tour. Cela aurait peut être changé mon choix au moment d'acheter un nouveau boitier. Je tiens à préciser que j'ai acheté tout mes ventilateurs chez Be quiet! ainsi que mon ventirad. Je ne suis pas la pour démonter la marque. Encore une fois, ce commentaire n'est que mon avis personnel.

I really really like this case. The looks alone are really great and the LED strip around the front is a nice touch and is not too over the top like on a case that I had previously. The tempered glass side panel is great as well and obviously, I love seeing the inside of my case.

My only issues with the case are that I am not entirely sure how good the airflow is from the top as there doesn't look like there are a lot of places to draw air from. It is also very expensive if you couldn't already see, and for the price, I expected to receive at least 2 Silent Wings fans but it in fact only comes with 1 but the fan is brilliant at least.

Case is fantastic, owned a fair few over the years but this is by far the best yet, excellent air flow and temps if you add an extra 140mm fan in the front, you can also fit 140/280 Aio radiator up top with low profile memory.. witch it never mentions.. my only gripe is with the supplier Okluge.. case didn’t seem brand new to me as there was no peel on the tempered glass and box accessory’s were all lose.. just makes me think this case had been used or sent back.. might be wrong.. but happy with the case in general

They really thought of everything... almost
PROS:
+ very well thought out case in general.
+ excellent build quality and cable management
+ comes with 3 top rated, quiet, high quality fans
+ the top dust filter fits nicely INTO the top of the case instead of resting on top like others do
+ LED lighting is elegant instead of obnoxious.

CONS:
- should have 2 USB 3.0 ports on the front panel instead of one
- fans are 3 pin, which doesn't play nice with some motherboards' fan speed controllers
- front ports (usb, sound) are on top... side would have been better
- doesn't come with a mount adapter for SFF power supplies (not really expected, and not really necessary - Silverstone has one for $10)
- needs another half inch of clearance between motherboard and top of case to comfortably mount an AIO cooler. Do your research if you go that route.
- LED lighting adds to the cost (shrug)
- top dust filter. Why are case manufacturers doing this? So the dust doesn't escape your case?? That defies reason IMHO.
- no place for DVD to mount (or whatever gadget you might want to put there instead)

INSTALLATION NOTES:
- if you want to adjust the position of the front fan do it before you install your video card. It gets in the way of the screwdriver.
- the 24 pin power cable from my Corsair SFF power supply needed an extension to reach the motherboard ($8 at Fry's for a good 9 incher)
- if your mobo doesn't have a connection for a front panel USB-C you can either buy an adapter so the port can use your mobo's USB 3.0 header, or you can buy a PCIE card with a connector for $25+
- I read that it's generally safe to plug up to 4 fans into a single mobo fan header in case you don't have enough (like me)

UPDATE: with an Asus X570 TUF Plus mobo installed there is 58mm (2.25 inches) of clearance between the memory and the top of the case. The Arctic Liquid Freezer 2 is the thickest one I think, and it's 53mm. That's the max thickness of an AIO cooler you can install with that board. It's possible you could go thicker if you don't use tall memory sticks... not sure.

This is my first build in 20 or so years. Much has changed. I wanted a case that is simple, can provide some quiet, has a good balance of modern features, understated looks, and easy to work with. This does a pretty good job.

Taking away one star because the power button is easy to hit when using the USB port right next to it. The button is large, close to the port, flush with the case, and has very little travel to activate. I have accidentally shut down my computer a few times. Changing what the power button does in Windows settings is a good work around, but why should I have to worry? Its especially dangerous when you are doing your initial OS install from a USB drive.

Also, the middle motherboard mounting pin was bent, and I needed to use pliers to straighten it. Seems a few people have complained about that. The pins and standoffs are preinstalled and permanent. My motherboard was a really tight fit and kind of hard to get to line up right on all holes. Also, the instructions are a little sparse. I had to go back and forth between the motherboard and case manual several times to figure out what all the parts and cables are.

So complaints aside, it comes with three nice fans, the front USB 3 and C ports are great to have. The lighting is tasteful and easy to turn off. Cables are already routed well with Velcro holding it in place. Easy to take apart and put back together. Sturdy. Runs really quiet and idle and low load, and mutes the fans a bit when I am running the system under load. I put a Ryzen 3950 in there, so it needed quite a bit of cooling, and the case delivers a decent balance between air flow and quiet.

I would like to see be quiet! produce higher end high flow cases, with more features, and an even more premium build quality. Not that this case isn't solid and a good value, but I think the ideas behind this case combined with those from their more expensive series could make something really special.

This is a solid, attractive, quiet and cool airflow case. I would certainly recommend it.

The RGB front strips and ambient internal lighting are tasteful and can either be set using the front panel button or controlled via the motherboard/software. The 3 included 140mm fans are a step above the stock fans in many other cases, and they are both stylish and virtually silent. Lots of handy loops for rear cable management. The case layout has plenty of room for the PC components you'll actually use without a ton of wasted space for things you don't need. It should also be pretty good at keeping dust out.

That said, there are a few issues:

1. The manual is very poor. It only has minimal picture diagrams. The included screws are not labeled in their packaging to match the manual, and they look visually similar, making it easy to mistakenly use the HDD screws for the motherboard or vica versa.

2. The front panel requires quite a bit of force to remove, and this is required to access the fan mounts or the front dust filter. The manual just has a picture showing to pull the panel off, but no warning about the slightly alarming force required. Not very user friendly, especially because the stock fans don't come with 1 rear 2 front.

3. The SSD tray/cable management panel is removable but pretty tight, and lacks eyelets for twist ties on the back.

4. No cable management hole on the PSU shroud, so PCIe power cables have to crowd together with motherboard cable connections.

5. The HDD bay lacks removable trays or vibration insulation like some other BeQuiet! cases.

Personally, I would have preferred a second USB 3 type-A front panel port rather than the USB 3 type C port, since a lot of motherboards don't have the type-C front panel header. But that may change in the future.

The PSU shroud is ventilated, which is nice, but I'd have liked to see it support fans or vertical GPU mounts, especially since this case has the width to accommodate a vertical GPU with enough airflow.

Did a lot of research for the best case for the money and this was no disappointment. Installation of all components went without a hitch. Cable management was relatively easy given all the tiedown points and available channels and space in the psu shroud. Mesh front panel allows tons of unobstructed breathing for your intake fans and the 3pc removable filters help keep dust out. Amazing product, well built with quality materials, no negatives to report.

I have built many computers using primarily older parts scavenged from discarded systems. Moving from a 15-year old atx mid tower case to this was incredible. I built two systems recently, the other housed in the Rosewill TYRFING atx mid tower, and I highly recommend spending the extra money on something like this Be Quiet case.

The case needs to house all of the components and provide good airflow to the system while it does that and this case performs both of these very well. The choice of materials with the metal and standoffs could be better, but for a sub-$100 case I personally find it to be acceptable. Airflow is further aided with the inclusion of two 140mm fans which is a significant bonus.

There is plenty of room to work inside of this case on both sides and made cable management very easy. My choice of AIO somewhat compromised the advertised low volume output of this case, but when my AIO fans are spinning low I cannot hear the case fans at all. On the subject of the AIO, the slots on the top of the case made installation very easy and also gave space away from the motherboard that ended up being an issue in my other build where mounting the AIO radiator could not be mounted properly because the vrm heatsink on the motherboard was in the way.

I gave this a 5-star not because it is the best computer case on the planet but because of what you get for the amount of money you pay. For under $100 this was the only computer I have ever built that did not cut me and I attribute that to the amount of room available to maneuver while putting everything together.

Disclaimer: I did not mount any HDDs or SSDs in this system so my review does not take into account the quality of any of those mounting mechanisms. There is enough room to route more power and sata cables for those. I did notice that the ssd mounting plate, located behind the motherboard, was bent after I removed and then reinstalled it so I do confirm what others have stated about the material quality.

What I like:
1) Looks very nice.

2) Easy to work in

3) Great preinstalled fans. (I bought one more Pure-Wings-2 fan. The case comes 3 Pure-Wings-2 fans installed in the top, back, and front).

4) HelpFul Cable Management system.
(Velcro straps help keep stuff in line, rather than the trusty zip ties.)

What I absolutely hate:
1) Their implementation of RGB.
Now, they did add an ARGB strip down the front and top. However, the header is a 3 pin, which means you cannot adjust it using software. Not very cash-money. Especially for a $99.90 tower.

2) There was a small scratch at the top right mounting hole for the glass side panel. This was either shipped like this, or because of me- kind of. There is no brace to hold the panel once the screws are taken off. A lip at the bottom might have helped with this. The first time I took it off, I dropped it, sorry! That might have done it.

Other Thoughts:
The positives outweigh the negatives, so it’s a good case.

I didn't think I wanted LEDs on my pc build til I saw this case - just looked to sleek to pass it up. This was part of my first pc build and it gave me plenty of space to tinker in. It's heavy, quality, easy to take apart and A LOT bigger than I expected.

I have an mATX motherboard (MSI MAG b550m Mortar WiFi), installed it easily and it obviously looks small in the case but I don't mind that. I think the airflow is good and my only complaint is the manual.

I've been calling it "the IKEA computer manual" since it's mainly just pictures of your case and components, it's not helpful. I ended up searching for nearly an hour for how to get the front LEDs to turn on and it turns out you need to connect the SATA cable that's already connected in the case to a SATA cord/plug on your PSU. The confusion is probably down to me being a novice, but it's just a heads up for the fellow confused like past me.

Great value and craftsmanship. While there are a few DIY build inconveniences, this is a well made solid good looking case at a great price.

As the CPU power cables usually land on the end of the mobo that butts up against the top of the case, the preinstalled rear and top fans need to be removed or some three handed manipulation of motherboard and cables are needed to get everything squared away. The fans do come out and are reinstalled quite easily, but some cases allow removing the top for easier access. For larger coolers there's no way to get enough access to mount it after mounting the motherboard in the case, so that's what causes the crowding.

Absolutely whisper quiet operation and nice, rich dash of addressable color lighting on the front. The easily removable front, top and bottom filters allow keeping the exceptionally high airflow case clean and tidy.

I've bought a few of these over the past COVID building era and everyone's quite happy with them.

Yes, it's reasonably quiet for an ATX case, but after this build, I would not buy this case again. The two big 140mm fans are nice, but its quietness isn't worth all the trade-offs, including:
1) No reset button on the front panel (I missed that in my review of its specs)
2) No 5.25" drive slots (I knew that going in, but I prefer the flexibility)
3) The motherboard standoffs were placed just a hair too close to the rear wall, making it hard to install the motherboard.
4) No padding around where the side panels meet the case frame, which can lead to vibration noise and rattles
5) Just two USB ports on the front panel (I'm used to 4)
6) No front bay openings at all (so you can't add a drive-bay USB/flash card reader module, for example)
7) No top-side interior cable-tie attachment points

It's just not a very elegant case. Sure, it's not super expensive, but for about the same money, if not less, I would recommend one from one of the more premium case brands over this one (e.g., Corsair, Fractal Design, etc.).

This is on par with the NZXT h510 which is universally known as the best budget case. If you’re building a basic or mid range pc this case has everything you need at a great price. This case includes three silent 140mm fans (non-pwm) which are better than the typical one 120mm fan most budget cases include. The fans are perfect for systems that don’t tons of heat because of the good airflow. Anything other than that you’ll want to consider upgrading the fans it’s the trade off being noise levels.
There’s plenty of building room in the case but it was a bit of a challenge fitting and bending fat psu cables through the designed opening since it is right up against the atx motherboard. Cable mods would fix that. The only other issue is the bright white power button led shining through the inside of the case because it isn’t covered by anything. No case is perfect but this one is definitely recommended.
