Molto pratico il manico pieghevole che ingombra meno quando si ripone l'attrezzo. Per il resto ottima fattura, consistenza pregevole e sensazione di solidità.

Tre stelle ma forse meno
Non si discute il marchio e la qualità del prodotto, ma le tre stelle sono per il manico ruotabile e non staccabile, una soluzione scomoda e forse pericolosa. La qualità del materiale è buona, cuoce bene e comunque nella media, ma se da un lato il manico che ruota è comodo riducendo l’ingombro, dall’altro è scomodo da sbloccare e ruotare. Quando lo dovete utilizzare la rotazione non è sempre agile e lo scatto per il blocco è impreciso e richiede troppa attenzione.

También me ha llegado algo abollada.
Bueno, como he visto en mas comentarios, gente que la ha comprado "reacondicionada" como yo, les ha llegado con un buen golpe, la mia no tiene mucho, pero no es COMPLETAMENTE redonda, pero bueno, hace su función perfectamente. Además es para la caravana así que tampoco se le va a dar un uso intensivo. Hace su función aunque esté ligeramente abollada.

Ottimo prodotto
Seguo un blog di un professionista certificato di fitness, persona altamente qualificata che tratta ogni argomento che ruota intorno allo sport e al benessere che possa dare al singolo individuo, ed ha scritto un bellissimo articolo dove tratta di cottura degli alimenti, ne riporta anche un giudizio sulle padelle che lui stesso ha provato, commentandone pregi e/o difetti.
È grazie a quest'uomo che, ad occhi chiusi,ho ordinato questa padella ed anche una seconda di misura diversa.
Non riporta nessun difetto.
Utilissimo anche il sistema del termometro integrato alla base del manico che indica con il verde se è freddo, passando via via al rosso quando è a temperatura, in modo da potersi regolare sulla cottura e l'eventuale abbassamento della fiamma.
Riporta un piccolo manuale in più lingue con le spiegazioni.
Consiglio a chiunque l'acquisto, sia per mangiare cibo meno condito grazie al materiale antiaderente e quindi più sano, ed anche per ridurre consumi energetici inutili e dispersivi dovuti al termometro spiegato sopra.

Ballarini: un nome, una garanzia.
Utilizzo da un bel po' prodotti Ballarini e, come sempre, rimango pienamente soddisfatta per tutte le caratteristiche: veloce da pulire (non si attacca nulla), performance ottima di cottura e peso neppure eccessivo.

Very good Customer Service
After receiving the Ballarini pans, which were individually packed in a large box with cardboard material and each in a bubble wrap bag, I noticed that on the largest and middle pan there was damage on the rim. No other damage to the pans was found. I contacted Amazon customer service to get advice, as I liked the pans, their feel, weight and size. I wrote a message to the seller via Amazon about the damage, the safety of the pans if kept and used, or returning them. The seller sent my message to Ballarini and my pictures. Ballerini responded quickly to the seller stating that if I wanted to keep the pans, they would give me 25% compensation. Before accepting I asked: 1) would I still get the 5 year warranty? 2) was there any danger using the scratched pans? Ballarini gave me the 5 year warranty, assured me there was no danger using the pans and accredited my Amazon account with the 25% compensation. All this was completed within a week. I love using the pans.

!!! Wichtig !!! Warten bis der Knopf rot ist
Vorteile:
-leicht zu reinigen.
-gutes Anbrat- und Kochergebnis.
-Die Antihaftbeschichtung ist sehr gut.
-ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Was sollte man beachten:
-die kurze Anleitung lesen, denn da wird die Reinigung und Pflege kurz und knackig beschrieben.
-Immer warten bis der Knopf am Griff sich rot verfärbt. Denn nur dann ist die Temperatur gleichmäßig verteilt und das Kochen gelingt. =)
Nachteile:
-Noch nichts gefunden.

Die Pfanne ist wirklich gut zu reinigen und bislang hält sich auch die Antihaftbeschichtung ganz gut. Wir haben sie in verschiedenen Größen und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Auch bei Induktion ist sie nutzbar.

Удобно для тех, у кого проблемы с пространством.
Купить, чтобы заменить аналогичный, для использования в RV, где зазоры смешаны, а фиксированная ручка является проблемой. Хорошее качество.
