Установлен на i7 2600.
Температура простоя 38~40 градусов. Корпус закрытй обшит звукоизоляцией. Установлен только корпусной кулер на выдув 120х120 который работает на 400об.\мин.Видеокарты нет, блок питания установлен в низу корпуса и поток воздуха с блока питания не попадает в системный блок, внизу корпуса (в полу по середине) есть отверстия вентиляции, оттуда всасывает воздух выходной вентилятор. При 100% загрузке процессора в течении 2 часов температура на самом горячем ядре 59 град. минимальное 56град. куллер при этом вращается от 1000 до 1350 об.\мин не напрягает слышен только шум воздуха . В основном при обычной работе вращается на 310~410 об.\мин. его совсем не слышно и при 50% загрузке обороты составляют 650~790 об.\мин тоже ничего не слышно. Думаю для процессоров с 4 ядрами без разгона этот радиатор самое то. На разогнаном не пробывал так как не разгоняется проц. думаю что тоже будет прилично

Хорошее качество исполнения, на подошве уже есть термопаста. - - Крупноват, в маленькие корпуса может не влезть.
У меня закрыл часть воздухозабора блока питания.

В описании написано что совместим со всеми типами сокетов и платформ.

- + Тихий, медные трубы, в стандартный корпус полезет, для примера в мой корпусASUS TA-B11 влез без проблем, пришлось снять блок питания, материнку снимать не надо. Габариты отлично подогнаны, высоко профильные планки оперативки не задевает, хотя это зависит еще от конструкции материнки, моя материнка Asus...

People. Anyone who can't figure out how to install this thing ought to take up another business or hobby. It's Brain Dead Simple. It's the easiest install I've ever seen for any HSF on any Intel-CPU board, actually. The trickiest part is removing the fan -- which you must do -- prior to install. And that, by the way, is easier than the instructions would have you believe. Since they were written, AC has made a minor improvement to the fan shroud that makes removing the fan also Brain Dead Simple. The instructions show a screwdriver inserted under the tab from the heat sink side. There's now a slot adjacent to the tab on the fan side of the shroud that allows you to slip a thin flat-blade screwdriver in and lift up the tab. Easy Peasy. THAT is the toughest part of the install. Once you have the HSF disassembled, it's a two-second matter to drop the frame around the processor (orient the two holes in the direction of air flow), press in the beige outer pins (it helps to put them in the right holes and in the right orientation - check the instructions for that) and then press in the locking pins until they latch in the fully down position. Then you simply position the heat sink over the frame and install the screws (inner holes). It really helps to have a well-magnetized philips screwdriver to put the screws in due to the limited room you're likely to encounter. Tighten the two screws alternately only a few turns at a time to ensure proper seating of the plate on the processor.They've thought of some nice little things too, such as the way the plastic cover reinstalls over the bottom of the heat sink to protect the thermal paste until you're ready to use it. The fan wiring is protected by a nylon overbraid. The thermal paste, with which I'm not familiar since I use Arctic Silver normally, seems to work very well so there's no reason to remove it and replace it with something else.Since I can't measure the processor dissipation directly, it's not possible to calculate the thermal resistance of the HSF assembly too accurately, however, a back-of-the-envelope estimate comes in at about 0.1 deg C per watt at a fan speed of 1420 RPM. That's pretty impressive.And while most customers won't need it, AC provides unusually good support for this in that small parts, such as the push-pins are available as spare parts. Doesn't seem like a big deal until you've had to trash an entire HSF because you broke or lost some critical little part, such as those pushpins. Not only are they available, they're very cheap. So kudos to AC for doing it right. You don't see that a lot in this kind of product.Finally, I have to give AC extra credit for clever packaging. You don't need to attack the package with scissors. While it's not entirely obvious, there are three cleverly designed tabs that hold the package closed. They're easy to lift up and then it pops right apart. So it's not only easy to open, it's easy to repackage the whole works should that be necessary.All in all, a very impressive product. Highly Recommended.

This big, quiet-running heatsink/fan arrived in good condition one day earlier than expected from the seller Platinum Micro, Inc. It's easy to install; study the diagram carefully or watch a video on YouTube.com. To install the black rectangular frame for an Intel cpu make sure to insert the outer and inner pushpins with rounded edges facing towards the center of the frame (as shown in the diagram!).Install this cooler for an Intel cpu with the fan blowing towards the rear of the case where the exhaust fan is. (Maybe you can install it facing towards the top of the case, but I didn't explore that.)Intel's stock cooler is reasonably quiet when idling (and it has a blue light!). However, when my Core i7-965EE quad-core processor is working hard (playing a game or transcoding video) the Intel cooler becomes really noisy, whereas the Arctic Cool Freezer 13 Pro remains fairly quiet. The difference is very noticeable!Checked cpu temperatures before and after running Prime95 tests which continually stress the processor to 100%. Ambient room temperature was approximately 20 C.IDLE: Intel-39 C. / Arctic-32 C. UNDER LOAD: Intel-85 C. / Arctic-69 C.My motherboard software also monitors "System" temp. of components clustered around the cpu. When at IDLE the System temp. was about the same for both coolers but the Arctic kept it a good -5 C. cooler under 100% LOAD. Not bad!To sum up the Arctic Cool Freezer 13 Pro:1. It will make your cpu run 6 or 8 degrees C. cooler than the stock Intel or AMD heatsink/fan that came with your cpu (processor). The temperature difference will be even greater when the processor is working hard.2. It will be MUCH quieter when your cpu is working hard!3. It comes with effective, high quality thermal paste already applied. So, no extra cost to you for after-market thermal compound and no need to mess with applying it.4. It does NOT require you to remove the motherboard and fit a backplate in order to secure it. Simple installation is good!5. If your motherboard has other components (northbridge chipset, voltage regulators, etc.) clustered around the cpu location, the small fan at the base of the Freezer 13 Pro will provide extra cooling for those components, especially important for continuous running and for overclocking.6. The dual ball bearing design of the fan is proven and reliable for very long life and constant running.7. Other coolers which rival the Freezer 13 Pro on cooling ability do NOT have most of these advantages, thus making the Freezer 13 Pro a desirable choice for all but the most dedicated tinkerers.8. If you are overclocking a Core i7 cpu then you should seriously consider either a water-cooling kit with a large radiator (not 120mmx120mm) or a really expensive air cooler with more heat pipes and much more fan noise than this Arctic Cooling model.9. But, I'll miss the blue light on the stock Intel cooler!

Bought this cooler to go with my new amd fx-8350. I'm getting temps of about 40c on idle and have maxed it out under stress at 61c...this is all with stock settings. The problem is this cooler only mounts with the fan blowing up or down with am3+ amd sockets....and not towards the rear of the case which is how almost all modern cases airflow works these days. No where in the advertising of this product does it state this. Now I'm stuck having to search for another cooling solution and out about 40 bucks because the company that made this bent the truth in saying its am3+ socket compatible.

There are so many options for aftermarket CPU coolers, it can make your head hurt looking for them. I was previously running a water cooled setup, and decided I absolutely hate maintenance and high costs with a water cooled system. That being said, I researched and found Artic Cooling heatsink fans. Everyone seemed to love the AC freezer pro 7, but there wasn't a whole lot of reviews on this unit. So I went with my gut and decided to run this in my system with my i7 960. I can tell you right now that my CPU never gets higher than 70C under full load, which I find impressive coming from a liquid cooled setup.Okay, so lets talk about form factor now. The packaging was actually pretty economical and I guess "green"? In other words there was no box within a box, which we see is pretty common with computer components. The heat sink itself is about as big as a standard coffee mug. It might be too tall for small cases, but it fit inside my mid atx case with 2 inches of clearance between itself and my side panel. My RAM has about half an inch of clearance from the heat sink fan. You'll notice by the product photos that there is a triangular cut on the outer edge of the fins. AC did this to make the screwing to the stand a little more tolerable. It is kind of awkward screwing this to your mother board because of the cramped space, but I survived. The fan it comes with is really quiet, but that quiet makes it low powered. This can be good or bad, I have no problems with it.I like this heat sink fan and I will not hesitate to get another Artic Cooling product. It looks great inside my case and works better than most highly acclaimed brands. I built a new machine had this paired to my amd 8350 vishera processor, computer would turn on the 2-5 seconds shut off.Replaced heatsink and fan with amd stock one computer works fine. took amd one off used this one again it did the same thing. Reproducible errors are what i live for. so i sent this back cause its clearly not being recognized even though the fan was running by my gigabyte 990fxa-ud5 motherboard. sticking with the AMD stock heat sink fan. kinda disappointed cause this one looks BA

This is a great CPU fan/heatsink combo. Buyers should know that installing it on a mobo that is already in the case is quite a trick. I mounted this on my AMD Phenom II x6 1090T processor. Was an upgrade, so the mobo was already in the case. Had some trouble, dropped the mounting screws many times until I finally got it right. Not a lot of space for your hands and the screwdriver and the cooler in the case for easy mounting. Definitely would be easier if mounting on mobo before putting into case.CPU temps are now very low, even under load. Now, I've overclocked the CPU and have had no problems.

I am very happy aha a a no just happy with this cooler i replaced my stock cooler.first thing it is very easy to install. With this my idle temp 30c when watching hd 1080p video goes to 45c and hd video editing it scares me up to 73c. So it better than stock cooler, I am using this with amd fx850 assus m5a97 motherboard, two atx fan outward direction, and one inward direction.when you are browsing the net, normal use temp stays in 30ies.I am thinking of water cooler.............?

Did exactly what I wanted it to do. Stock fan with artic silver couldnt't keep the cpu cool and ran very loud(3300rpm). This new fan/heatsink(Artic Freezer 13) with pre-applied thermal compound does the job by cooling the cpu and running a lot more quiet(2200rpm). Before and after temps were about a 14 degree difference. Intel core 2 duo 2.4Ghz., Asus P5B Deluxe mobo in an Antec 300 case. I used HWMonitor from cpuid.com (free) to monitor before and after temps and fan speeds.Included instructions are basically pictures only, but it wasn't too hard to figure out how to install.

I got this for my i7-2600K rig running @ 4Ghz. I got core temps of up to 80 degrees centigrade in summer when running video transcoding.It's got a noisy clicking fan too. I finally replaced it with a Noctua C14 and this one is not just almost silent, but also temps are down to 60 degrees running just the bottom fan (also in summer).To make matters worse: when I removed the Artic 13 Pro, the base broke in half where a screw goes in, so I couldn't even sell it to a friend... Junk.If you want quiet, get a Noctua and an Antec True Power PSU. I can't barely hear a thing.

Pros:Keeps my chip very cool- what else is there to say? Easy to install. Intel 3570K runs very well under it. Not exceptionally heavy- doesn't bend board. Fan just slips on.Cons: BIGGGER than I expected.Other Thoughts: Wouldn't send it back- I wonder why it got such mixed reviews. I think it works fine.

bought this cooler to replace stock as when i went to put new TIM on stock i had to break one of the pins to get it out. So i bought freezer 13 pro barley fits my case but had to go pro lol. Can say i dont regret it i have a 2500k and at 3.6 the stock could barley keep it at 70c, now with 13 pro i have it at 4.0 ghz with it hitting a max of 62c with Prime 95, 1 hour torture test. Oh yeah i scraped the paste on the heat sink the TIM on there it is decent stuff but i had some IC Diamond left to throw on.

I put this in my HTPC which is actually right behind the couch. The old fan, that came with my i5 processor, made a distinct noise. The only thing you hear with this bad boy is the air moving, and it also pulls air across my RAM too! Can't go wrong. Good stuff.Only con was installation. It's got these darn plastic pegs to latch onto the motherboard. They make me nervous, but once you get the idea of how they work, it's not too bad.
