The iPhone arrive with no accessories, no power cord. The nTelos manager in Chesapeake, VA indicated that they could not activate the phone due to an adverse matter related to the phone. The phone was paid for ($264.00) yet I can not use it. The seller agreed to send another phone. To date I have not received it. I have purchased many items with Amazon, this was my first bad experience.

I purchased the iPhone 4. I am extremely pleased with the product. The phone is in great condition, it looks brand new. It came with a charger, headphones, and a quality Outterbox phone case. I got the phone activated at Ntelos with no problem and everything works perfectly. Also, shipping was very fast. I would recommend this seller! Thanks for the wonderful purchase!

I asked several questions to the person an he was nice and had manners fully answering any question I had. when I placed the order he instantly sent it. and my iphone is brand new and is exactly as what he said it was. there needs to be more honest sellers like this one.

I purchased this item to give me a temporary phone to use and then give to a sibling once I got the new iphone. The function was pretty slow, since it was jail broken. Other than that it was ok for the time I have used it. The shipping was pretty good and other than one system crash and the lagging I'm satisfied. I'm going to the apple store to fix up any bugs and get it to function good again. Otherwise I'm greatful for the service the phone gave me.

This I phone cannot be updated to use any of the current apps that are online. I would be better to get an iphone 3s or better an iphone 4

Seller's description was accurate. Transaction was smooth and received it in a timely manner. With a bunch of kids I thought it was safer as a mom to have an older model iphone that I could take to the repair shop that wouldn't cost and arm and a leg to fix if something happened. Which in fact did, Two days after I got it I accidentally dropped it and the home button stopped working. I took it to my local cell phone repair shop and it was fixed and now works great again. I'm happy with my purchase.

The phone was very good, but the USB cable and the charging modem were weak. I could not return them because I had already sent them to my wife who is outside the USA. I believe next purchases from the seller will be well tested and any anomaly corrected before shipment to buyers.

I bought this iphone for my girlfriend and it got shipped to me super fast! It was in perfect condition and also came with screen protectors. She's been using the iphone for a couple months now and has had no problems with it.

I contacted the seller a couple of times and had prompt professional service! We got it fast. The serial # on the box didn't match the # in the phones settings so we had a little issues getting it activated but it all panned out!

I was initially apprehensive about ordering my iPhone from a third party on vendor online, but it was my only reasonable option so I gave it a go. I had no problems activating my iPhone onto my Sprint data network and I have not had any problems with it over the past few months. If I would happen to wreck my phone between upgrades again, I would order from this vendor again.

I bought this phone for my father for Christmas it was awful!!!!! The camera didnt work, it was cracked and broken in multiple different places. When we brought it to the apple store they told us someone had replaced the screen, so it was no longer and apple display and they couldn't even replace the phone!!! Can not be used at all and was SUCH a waste of money. And NOW, trying to return it is impossible!
Don't east your money. These @ssholes are just going to rip you off. TRUST me!

My seller was horrible: BUYER BEWARE
I was put in an awkward position because I have activated the phone but I am encountering issues with it. The phone does not hold a battery charge and takes well over 8 hours for a full charging. It is black and the product listed is white and there are minor starches on the back on the phone, mostly where the apple logo is located, that lead me to believe the phone was used previously.

It says it's a new one before I bought. After I received it, it's totally different from the pictures posted on Amazon web site - no Apple box and accessories but there was a scratch paper with a telephone number on it. I called that number to make sure the phone is a new phone - I only concern about the battery, box and accessories are not big deal. The guy who answered my call told me it is a brand new phone, to save costs they tossed the box. Okay that's fine, understandable. So I took the phone to Sprint to have it activated but I was told that the phone is a refurbished one. Here's my point - I don't mind it's an used or refurbished phone as long as I knew it, but if you tell me it's a brand new one while selling me something different, that's cheating. Be honest for doing anything in your life!

I would reccommend purchasing through this buyer. very reliable!!! i ordered my phone and it came a day later so impressed....it also came with all the basic accessories and how to activate the phone...very organized and reliable guy to purchase from...the phone was refurbished but came as if it is brand new with everything from apple. great product.

I ordered this phone for my daughter's birthday and received in 2 days. She loves the phone and it is only $50 per month on Net10 with no 2-year contract plan. The phone works great with no problems the last 3 weeks. Since she got this phone, her laptop died a week ago and she is still able to read e-mails, facebook, etc with no problems or feeling lost in the loop of communications. I would highly recommend this product for a no contract phone plan.
