I bought this iPhone 4 cellphone as a gift to my friend's daughter in Europe (Happy Birthday Sweet Sixteen!). First look on this item was positive. I rushed a lot wishing the phone was delivered ASAP and mailed it to Europe immediately upon receipt. I supposed that it was unlocked and unblocked item for using worldwide because there were no any notifications or restrictions provided in item description and specification. But as it turned out the shipped iPhone 4 meant it only be used with Verizon Wireless network, it did not have the slot for micro-SIM card for using with AT&T Wireless, Sprint or any other carrier. My friend sent me the phone back. Certainly, more than 30 days has passed. Under this reason the Seller-Coachgirl refused to make a return and refund. I'm very distracted with this fact. I consider it is Seller's fault that this problem arose. Coachgirl MUST inform that selling item to be used exclusively with Verizon Wireless. Moreover, I think the seller deceives customer providing no sufficient information. I would have never bought the phone I could not use at all. It made no sense of buying useless stuff. Everybody can buy the same iPhone for $ 99.99 with 2-year contract with Verizon, AT&T or Sprint. Thereto, I could buy absolutely brand new unlocked and unblocked iPhone 4 in any Apple Store for only $549. Now I'm looking forward to Amazon positive attitude to long-term customers that let me return the iPhone and get a refund. I will surely let you know the result of filing claim.

I was expecting a unlocked phone but unfortunately came locked..and also the battery is so weak .. it runs almost half a day ...very poor and untrustworthy ..very disappointing :(

The iPhones are horrible products. They always tend to break a few months before your upgrade. So I would have to go and find an old iPhone to use until my upgrade was due. Then the headphone jack would stop working. So I have an even older iPhone to use to listen to pandora but that phone will not connect to the Internet. I have 3 useless Apple products. I will be switching to a Samsung Android phone when my upgrade is available. Never using an Apple product again.

Update, the camera lens was not scratched, it had a protective film over the lens that we thought where scratches. The phone works great, and was worth the money we paid. Sorry for my ignorance.

I looked for unlocked by apple and when i tried to put my sim in it, i had to reset the iphone many times, part of the times i got fields stating its at&t.

great phone. Great service throughout the purchase. I have been looking for an Iphone and I am not dissappointed. My first one had a speaker issue, but was quickly resolved and I had a replacement phone within a week with no problems. Since then I have had no issues and the service has been great. Set up and activation was smooth with verizon.

The seller of this iPhone said that the iPhone was factory unlocked. Unfortunately, I come to know that the iPhone is not unlock when it came to me. I am very disappointed. I spend nearly $50 to do the unlock the iPhone. I will never order again from the same seller.

Hi everyone, when I ordered this product the rating shows as 4.5 I thought it is going to be an useful one for me in browsing and other stuff but in a few days the screen became dark and video is not so clear ,touch screen doesn't work properly and a huge problem is the speaker of the phone it is dam shit . I don't know what when it became bad I cant hear the ring when I call to anyone and I cant hear the sound also when I play some music. I really frustrated by using this product . I request not to order this product for anyone to anymore .

I just want to say that my customer service while dealing with jmacst18 was excellent! My experience was very timely, honest, and friendly. I would certainly use them again! The phone was in the exact shape as stated in the ad and it was followed up with an email just be sure I was aware of the slight damage to the phone. This was proven to be a very honest salesperson.

it said there were scratches and I saw none which was great. but the camera lens had water damage and was completely unusable which the summary did not tell me. I had to buy a new phone from the apple store to have a usable camera.

Pros: NoneCons: Its locked, Center button not working proeprly, this is used for testing and thus you will find scratches around the edges, No earphones with the package, the power cord/data cord will not fit in proeprly (difficult to takeout once plugged to the device), works only with ATT sim in USA.

When I decided to choosed the store to buy iphone4, and related to the seller. He is a good man. I received the first mobile phone, found it has some problems, and returned and changed the other one. Now, I have used for almost a year, although it has some trouble, I think, is also acceptable.

Bought the refurbished iPhone 4 after son's iPhone 3 was stolen while still too early for inexpensive upgrade from AT&T. While I expected minor imperfections (e.g scratches on case), I did not expect that the ear speaker on the phone did not work at all. My son can only use the speakerphone setting or his earbuds while making a call. For the money spent, I expected this part would be working.

I honestly love iPhones but when I got this I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs. I got its with a huge scratch like crack on the screen, and little scratches all over the camera which I can't even like a decent picture with. And only the right side of the speakers work. iPhone are the best but watch who you buy it from!

It came in 3 days when I opened it the screen was cracked allittle that disappointed me it was only cracked 1 inch in the top corner also the home button you have to give it allittle hard push because it doesn't function in a little push everything else was good so it's still worth the money I liked it still

My daughter is very pleased with the phone. I was a bit disappointed as the small scratch was a bit bigger and not really a scratch at all. I guess it is fine thus far. 300.00 was a pretty penny to pay though. I guess all that really matters is that she is pleased. Thank you for the prompt shipping and you even paid about a dollar more than you charged. we received the item well before we were supposed to. Thank you again. Now if the phone companies would just allow you to get insurance on these phone,.
