Worst Quality and Worst Service
Worst phone ever, it has overheating problem, it does not update to latest updates offered by Apple, also couldn't turn on a simple flash light, never knew in my life that Iphone hangs, that was something very new to me. Also apple or Amazon couldn't help me with its return or refund policy, I would have called Apple support more than 15 times but still they could not help me with single return or exchange policy, and again Apple discontinued their 12 Pro model, how sad is that.. didn't expect such unprofessional behavior from Apple, really disheartening experience. And it costed me 1 lakh 2 thousand approx and I got zero service for that big amount

No call recorder
There is no call recorder in this iphone...really shameful to know this that 120000 phone has no call recorder instead we have to purchase it n subscribe it for in big money 5-6k per year subscription.....really regretting it after buying it...

Device not working, defective piece.
After switching on, it switched off automatically and did not turn on, even after following steps from Apple support. Now there is no option to return the item on the website and seller contact details (email, phone) is not available. Highly dissappointed with Amazon as this is a piece worth 1L+ and that too defective, and there is no way to return the product.
