I've never owned an iPad, so my wife and I love it! Still trying to figure out how to type on it without making so many mistakes, but other than that it works great.

Until Apple admits to its failures and starts fixing what's broken I'd stay away from all their products. Look at Apple's support forums and the hundreds pages of ipad and iphone users complaining about broken Wifi connections. As a Apple fan of the past, iPhones, iPods and iPads, I've had it with their lying customer service and their broken devices.

I recently got an iPad 3 wifi and I've liked it except for the headphones jack. I am having a weird problem with my Echo headphones in that it works on everything, iPad 3G, computers (windows and mac), and everything else except the iPad. I went to Apple and it turns out that it's a specific iPad wifi model problem but they won't do anything since it is only my pair of headphones! But they work on everything else! It's so stupid that the 3G models have an upgraded headphone jack that will work with ANY headphones, including mine. I might have bought that model if I knew that! Now i have to get another pair of headphones just for the iPad, which is ridiculous! Still a good tablet though!

got as gift for wife, when she opened it ,you would of thought we hit the lotto,she uses it all day,must admit it is nice,and can do quite a bit with it, she is very happy with her ipad

It had a great display. It was very easy to setup and I started using it immediately. It was easy to transfer applications from my iPhone 4s to the new iPad.

It was just the tablet I expected. And as a matter of fact I'm reviewing this item right from the tablet I purchased. No scratches, no defects whatsoever. I needed the tablet for my course work. I spend a lot of time outside my room and need to read while I'm out. It is serving the purpose for which it was bought and that makes me satisfied.

I have the 16gb for me the 32gb for my daughter and the 64gb for my son. This does it all it....- searches the web- has tons of apps it has the ones made for the iPad and the ones made for the iPhone- has email- has dictation and will have Siri this fallPros:- best display out there for a tablet-by apple so you get free updates and high quality plus you get to have it checked out at the apple store for free if there's a problem- you can get it setup at the apple store for you- has a good amount of room at 16gb,perfect at 32gb and "endless" at 64gb.Cons:- does not have USB portThis is my quick review if you want more details read more.-Has amazing wifi connectivity-very lightweight- looks amazing- does just about everything

One device, I can organize my notes, read books, surf the internet, track my finances, I even downloaded a 3D modeling app so I can work on my 3D design when I'm not at my computer!

Beauty device for the people tired of giving Bill their hard earned for lame assed software. Own the device and get updates for free because thats makes you look less like a blood sucking parasite. Also makes customers come back. Goodbye Bill Gates.

things I like : The retina retina display is in a class of it's own. The "touch" is very responsive. things I don't like : the screen is easily breakable( as with most Apple products).It's far to big and heavy

Delivery was overnight and I am pleased with my new iPad. I ordered the newest model with 4G capability but I think I could have done without that feature. As a matter of fact, I have not even activated it. It would be useful for someone who travels frequently but that's not me (at the moment). With the 4G capability, you will never be without the 'net."
