Works as expected. This was a Christmas present for my wife, I also have an older iPad and both are in constant use and work great.

Apple does it again. This device really rocks. Apple keeps proving it's the leader in computer tablets. I'drecommend this device to anyone interested in buying a tablet.

I'm used to a PC, so the IPad is a little hard to get used to. I do like it because it can be kept beside my easy chair, then right up on my lap. I am glad I bought it. I like the FaceTime feature, because I can see my grandchildren as I talk to them.

I love this Ipad and use it more then my laptop. This is my first ipad that I have owned and it has not disappointed. Bought it from an independent seller that gave me an incredible price.ProsFast processorRetina display is amazing and crispBattery life is greatConsNone to date.

While I would love to see a card reader and a usb or port of some kind for data transfer the purpose of this review isn't to try to redesign the iPad. It's exactly what I expected when I bought it and it does what I need for it to do (and more) very well.

The iPad can very well packaged and looked in excellent condition. My only criticisms are probably not related to the seller. The iPad charges extremely slowly compared to my iPhone. The camera on the iPad is really horrible quality.

I bought this for my fater who has a older one and loves it. He takes his ipad with him everywhere he goes. This is light weight and the picture quality is amazing. I am so happy with this purchase.

I ordered a new iPad air and received an iPad 4. It was the classic bait and switch. I only shopped for the new air and only saw that air was missing when I received the confirmation email. It still stated Newest Version, but that was not true. I am in the process of returning it. The woman who helped me at Amazon was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly.

This was a gift to my wife as a replacement to the iPad that our 5 year old son is holding hostage from us in his room. It was an upgrade from the iPad 2 and she enjoys it very much. It seems faster and the retina display is nice and crisp (as expected). If you like Apple gadgets and also like to be lazy on the couch, then get this. It definitely has more internets than a standard book has and can do way more games. Which is a nice break from the sudoku puzzles from the newspaper.4 stars because the camera is similar to looking through a glass infected with glaucoma. (if that were actually a thing)

The function of Copy-Paste practically does not work, and I'd like to meet the inventor of that feature to understand how he/she could seriously offer this invention to the buyer. No buttons for navigation except deleting, in case of error you cannot put a cursor in the middle of a word to correct it but need to delete and to rewrite the entire word.Great for reading and communication though.Revised on 10-27-13. Couple days ago we went to an Apple store to see what we are doing wrong with Copy-Paste. Nothing wrong, they could not do what I cannot do myself. this feature is really terrible.

You sent me a used one as a new one. Full of someone's info. Contacts etc. my grandson who is an IT wiped it clean and I kept it but was very disappointed!!!!

I only had it for 5days when it fell off my night stand and the screen literally crunched into a million tiny pieces. I have iPad1 and ipad2 both have dropped numerous times Never cracked!Dealing with Amazon sucked....the gentleman in customer service was unaudible...in the emails they never sent me an RA.THANKS TO AMEX I'll be compensated.

I don't want or need a smart phone, but this does the trick for me. If I want what it offers, all I do is open the case; if I don't,, I just leave it closed. Unlike the phone, it is only available on my terms.

I use it everyday... for everything. I love this thing. The picture is super clear and the sound is fantastic. Now they have the air.... should have waited... but anything Apple is usually quality.

A word of caution for those from 3rd world countries and from some non-major EU countries like mine -- if you are interested in buying an iPad first check that your country is on a list of supported countries in iTunes Store.If it isn't, your only option to get additional software and multimedia content on it will be to jailbreak it. Moreover, if Amazon Payments or Paypal don't work for you either making even Cydia Store unusable, your only source of applications will be pirated stuff from the shady Internet corners. Note that I am not advocating piracy -- I am merely presenting the choices you will have if you cannot select your country in iTunes Store.During my last visit to San Francisco I have purchased Apple iPad 3 (16GB, WiFi, white) in an Apple Store. I paid for it using my VISA credit card issued in Serbia with absolutely no issues. However, iTunes Store will not accept the very same credit card because I cannot enter valid billing address -- my country is not on the list.I exchanged several emails with Apple Support, but the only thing they were able to tell me is that my country is not currently supported and that they will eventually support it some day.Now I have a great piece of hardware which is useless except for very basic stuff -- email (a trivial client for people who get at most 1 email per day and delete it after reading), surf (if you can stand the ads because there is no ad blocker in Safari), social networks, some PDF documents, and that's about it.Thanks to Apple, I cannot purchase software, books, music, movies, tv shows, nothing. So, my advice to you is -- do your homework before purchasing. I admit that I didn't, because I haven't expected that in this day and age of e-banking and e-commerce someone is still discriminating credit cards by the country of issuance.
