i have bought is i pad and it was amazing, but i have returned this product back because i placed wrong order instead of 4g i ordered a normal one, but the supplier was good and they have returned me back all my money. thanks once again to amazon.

I was expecting a product in "acceptable" condition as listed. However, what I received was darn near brand new. No scratches, no cracks, my product was immaculate. I am extremely impressed.

THe charging cable was not working .besides that the ipad worked very well.I would really think that for for such a device the accessories would be working .I will not buy with this vendor again.although the buying process was smooth and I will probably buy from another.

I LOVE my iPad, it is great for work and play. I got it originally to bring with me when I go to a convention this coming March, but I have been using it to create presentations for my Sunday School Classes, to present to my staff at trainings, and to play games or read a book while I wait at the doctors office.

I bought this for a laptop (PC) user that I had to keep assisting with various web and application issues. For general web surfing, gaming, email browsing, this really fit the bill and made life much easier for me.

I've slowly, by degrees, transitioned from a dedicated Dell user to an amateur Apple enthusiast. A year ago (roughly) I bought an iPhone and thought, from the start, that it was the best thing since sliced bread. Truly the iPhone is a great product, but after having owned and fiddled with the iPad for a spell, I must readjust my favoritism and focus it on this marvelous device.I'm not a gamer, nor am I a person who is likely to have a need or use for high-end software; my iPad is very humbly stocked with a few books and some google-related applications. For my needs, the device works like a dream. There's no returning to a laptop when it comes to sitting on the sofa and surfing the web -- the iPad is it!For all those who are uncertain as to whether this device is right for you, my two cents are to go for it. Most users have had an experience comparable to my own and we can't *all* be wrong.Cheers,-Nick

These are wonderful! So much easier to use than a laptop computer! They are lighter and just easier to use almost like using a smartphone! And they now have a lighter one than this one! Thanks so much for making these! Love it!

I purchased an apple ipad 3 generation .....THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN NEW! This is a demo model that was stuck in demo mode and WAS OUT OF THE ONE YEAR WARRANT WITH APPLE...the only option was to pay an additional $300.00 for apple to fix it on top of the 500.00 I GAVE Universal Media Sales to buy it!!!!! It will not let me do anything! I have contacted the seller...we will see what they do about this issue! I am so upset right now I cannot even say! Lesson learned!

I was very impressed with the Ipad 4, but it was for a friend. After I set it up for her and learning basic operating skills, I turned it over to her. My kindle is fine for my needs and I recommended that my friend purchase the new Ipad because of reliability and customer service. After checking the reviews on the other pads, I felt the Ipad 4 was worth the purchase and since my friend could afford it, why not?She took a while to navigate around her Ipad and thanks to her gal friend who has the same, she should have many hours of pleasurable usage. Personally, I find it too much for me when my laptop can do all, but there are those who need all the new things and I say enjoy.

Love the product, the price was great, the shipping was within reason given the time of year, I ordered early as this was a christmas gift and had it in plenty of time. the iPad is a great product, I purchased this for my husband as Ive had mine for over two years and love it, he was using a big bulky laptop and this is perfect for around the home for him, he loves to watch DIY videos etc. and the screen is nice size for this.

We bought this for Grandma see love this she has a kindle, We never thought we would keep that out of her hands. Well she's keeping the Kindle but the I-pad is so beautiful to look at and very easy to use.

The iPad is my go-to device for internet connectivity. It connects seamlessly to the WiFi signals in all of my regular haunts and runs very quickly. My granddaughters give it a real workout when they visit, playing games and watching Netflicks.It has only one significant flaw in my estimation: While I have a lot of reading material that I access on the iPad, it is not suitable for outdoor or high-light usage - no reading, writing or playing games while the granddaughters play at the park.

We travel all over the world and my iPad is perfect. It quickly captures wifi signals. The pictures I've taken are gorgeous. The videos are excellent. I just love being on vaction, maybe on a bus taking pictures through the windows and then showing them to my friends right then and there. Lots of oohs and ahs and "can't wait to get home to buy one." And, of course, playing games on it are so much fun. Love the apps. Tech support by phone or in person at a store is excellent.

It was a special gift for my son who is in the army and was really excited to get it. The seller gave me quick response to my e-mails and promised to get his gift there before Christmas and they did.
