This is my third m.2 SSD of this type and they are all still in use. I just keep adding more storage all the time.
Transferring a system using Acronis takes a few minutes (unless transferring from a large hard disk when you remember why you need the ssd).
It is a relief to not have to choose what to store on the fastest tier of storage in the system, at least for a while.
It would be helpful if it came with a fixing screw but some motherboards have different size screws. Even my two MSI motherboards have different threads from each other for both standoff and fixing screw. It does come with a heat sink of sorts although I would prefer to use a better one when it is buried underneath a hot graphics card.

Forgive me this review as I'm not technical enough to be able to reel of read and write speeds and performance of this M.2, I am nearly finished building my own PC for the first time attempt, I researched all the components following other builds, I wanted 2 ssd's one for the operating system and the other this 1tb M.2 for the editing I do and a few games to test my reflexes !! given the name and given performance I settled on this Adata SX800 I have'nt been disappointed, to me this is fast more than the HDD in my previous set up, Windows 10 Pro loads in seconds, programmes respond in seconds, i'm impressed, easy to fit on my new motherboard just one screw, what more do you want out of a computer ?

This is hands down the fastest memory I've ever bought. Not only is it common for me to get read and write speeds of ~520mb/s (my previous hdd had speeds of ~60) but it stays pretty cool which keeps the speeds nice and high.
Even though I only got the 1TB version this was still a massive steal for my money, I would have got a higher one if I had the money at the time, and I'm considering upgrading my SSD anyway, it's going to be a pain to open it all up but oh well.
Anyway yeah, in conclusion, this is worth the value. I couldn't endorse this any higher, it's the best storage I've ever had. And it's amazing loading into games before I can even snap my fingers.

While the hardware might be perfectly good the same cannot be said for the provided software (Acronis True Image) for transferring everything from your old drive to the new one. It is utterly useless. The registration process is painful and then the transfer fails on UEFI machines (search for Acronis True Image framebuffer for details). The provided workarounds don't work with the OEM version of the software and your only option is to pay for an updated version. It also will not clone most Linux partitions - ironic given that Acronis True Image uses Linux to do the actual cloning. In the end I managed to successfully clone my old drive to the new using the open source Clonezilla software which worked flawlessly.
Also be aware that that the drive is double sided meaning it has components on both sides. This makes it unsuitable for installation in many laptops - like my XPS 13 7390 - which require single sided devices.
In the end I'm returning the drive and replacing it with a Samsung Evo Pro (single sided and hopefully the transfer software will work)

Used to fit into a Corsair Spec 05 case with a new X570 and Ryzen 3600 build.
The case supplied 5 potential drive options and the mobo supports 2 M.2/MDME drives. I fitted this, easy to fit and once formatted was recognised instantly in Windows 10 - no issues seen.
I'm using this for a drive for some of my Steam games - with all of the hardware mentioned I've never seen games start so quick before.

Wow! I thought my ssd was fast before I got this.... jeez! It really is blazing fast!
It was easy to install apart from that pesky m.2 screw!
Doing the windows installation was a pain in the backside though! I had to boot into windows from my old ssd then setup the disk that way.
Not as easy as I would have liked but luckily I’m the IT guy so I sorted it in 20/30 mins.
But the quality of this drive wow! Just blown away!
It was easy to install apart from that pesky m.2 screw!

NO FUNCIONA PARA NINTENDO SWITCH
Compre esta tarjeta para mi nintendo y no la reconoce, la formate varias veces y aun así no la reconoció. en mi computadora si funciona pero tengan cuidado para que dispositivo la requieren.

Producto Dañado
El producto después de ser adquirido solo duro aproximadamente un mes y 1/2. Después de pasada la garantía me gustaría saber que puedo hacer ya que el producto que compre no me sirve, lo compre para almacenar imágenes y fotografías de mi celular, y se suponía que es un producto de buena marca y calidad, y lo cual no me duro solo un mes trabajando correctamente.

Actualizen sus dispositivos antes de usar
Buen producto sin problemas, solo para compartir, es un nuvo tipo de microsd por lo que los celulares gama alta no tienen ptoblema, si es para nintendo switch deben formatearla antes via android o pc actualizada si ocupan windows porque si no, no detecta la memoria.

Si sirve en Switch
Para todos aquellos que tienen duda sobre la funcionalidad con el switch, dejenme decirles que si funciona.
Pase toda mi informacion de la tarjeta SD que tenia a esta sin ningun problema y la tarjeta la reconocio rapido
Una cosa, sigan las instrucciones de Nintendo, porque te indica o recomienda que uses un programa de formateo antes de que copies la informacion a la tarjeta nueva para que agarre mejor
Excelente producto

Fallan las tarjetas
Compré dos tarjetas de 128 gb para usarlas en un celular y una tablet, y en los dos dispositivos han estado fallando, ha sido necesario formatearlas en varias ocasiones y volverles a meter la información, se supone que por la marca son buenas, pero por el costo han de ser genéricas. No recomiendo comprarlas.

Sinceramente estoy algo decepcionado con el vendedor y con el producto, primero porque según lo vende Amazon México directamente y segundo porque me falla, me explico en la me guardo principalmente música en la memoria y al principio ningún problema sin embargo a la semana de haberlo comprado quise reproducir un álbum y sorpresa no se encontraba y peor aún quise reproducir otro y tampoco. Así que ingrese a la. Micro sd y solo me aparece la carpeta del álbum con un archivo ilegible.
Me ha pasado ya varias veces y por esto mismo no recomiendo el producto, decepcionado por el vendedor y el producto y marca.
Al parecer es una micro sd pirata.

Excelente Tarjeta Micro SD 128 Gb ORIGINAL Y FUNCIONAL
Acabo de recibir esta tarjeta. Venia en su empaque original sellado. La probé con un lector de tarjetas en mi tanto en mi celular Samsung Galaxy A70 y Laptop HP Envy 360; todas las pruebas con resultados satisfactorios.
Si hubiera alguna falla posterior como algunos dicen, regresaría a reportarlo aquí en el review.

Sorprendentemente buena
No confio mucho en productos ADATA, pero por el precio no me pude resistir a probar este modelo de microSD como una opción para el Nintendo Switch, para evitar problemas antes de instalarlo en la consola le realice varias pruebas en mi PC, los resultados fueron gratos, no se detectaron errores de E/S y las velocidades fueron mucho mayores a las que pide el estándar U1, con una velocidad de lectura de 95 MB/s y de escritura de 45 MB/s.
El Switch la reconocio sin problemas.

Micro SD para Nintendo Switch
Compre la Mirco SD de 128 Gb debido a que la memoria interna de la switch es de solo 32 Gb, esta memoria es la mejor que he comprado, muy rapida (Clase 10) y mejoró bastante mi experiencia de juego en la nintendo Switch al ofrecer tiempos de carga cortos y guardado de videojuegos comprados en la eshop muy rapidos. La recomiendo, es la mejor en costo beneficio. No necesite formatearla o me causó problemas, solo la desempaque y la puse en la nintendo y listo. La recomiendo.

Memoria Versatil y Barata
La memoria es lo que viene en la descripcion, no tiene pierde, no voy a explicar sobre empaque o tiempo de entrega, eso es irrelevante.
Yo compre 4 memorias de este mismo modelo,
las primeras dos para incrementar espacio en telefonos celulares, en un S9 y un xiaomi, en ambos las apps almacenadas en la memoria no hacen que se alenten los telefonos al ser usadas.
la tercera la compre para una camara DLSR, no se alenta al usar el modo de rafaja de fotos.
y la cuarta la tengo para una camara de vigilancia, no tengo frames perdidos al grabar en 1080p.
Resumen, es barata y funciona excelente para distintas funciones que le quieras dar 10/10

Terrible con smartphones Samsung
Esta tarjeta solo me causa problemas en mi Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro, no sé si con otros dispositivos funcione mejor pero al menos en mi experiencia nunca sirve bien. Al principio estaba funcionando normalmente pero de repente no la detectaba, la cámara no guardaba las fotos en la tarjeta, al sacarla y volverla a poner funcionó bien pero a cada rato vuelve a fallar e incluso al volverla a colocar ya tampoco agarra bien. Lo malo es que por seguirla usando ya se me pasó el tiempo para poder hacer una devolución, me arrepiento de haber comprado esta tarjeta, es espantosa, no la recomiendo para nada.

Dejó de funcionar
Compré esta memoria en Noviembre de 2019, vendida y enviada por Amazon México, sin embargo como dicen muchas de las reseñas de pronto dejó de funcionar. La utilicé para una Reflex, de las 4000 fotos que debería almacenar solo me dejó tomar 149, solo 149 fotos! Después de eso marcaba error cada que tomaba una foto nueva además de que antes de que marcara el error la cámara demoraba más en guardar una foto. Afortunadamente no perdí esas 149 fotos tomadas y pude descargarlas. Después de descargar las fotos he realizado un formateo a bajo nivel y nuevamente permite tomar fotografías, aún no he tomado más de 3 fotos así que no sé si volverá a fallar después de tomar varias fotos, estaré actualizando. Adicional, incluso el adaptador se siente de baja calidad en comparación a una Kingston

Memoria Adata Micro SD 128 GB
Pésimo producto. Apenas paso poco más de un mes y ya no funciona en mi celular. Los problemas comenzaron cuando no me dejaba seleccionarla como almacenamiento para las fotos y vídeos, después comenzó a eliminar información y en últimas instancias me crashea el teléfono. Si el teléfono se apaga y se quiere prender con la memoria adentro, olvidense que prenda. Mi teléfono es un Moto g6 plus. Ya probé otras memorias de la misma capacidad pero diferente marca y todas han funcionado bien, por lo que comprobé que lo que no sirve es esta memoria Adata.

Me ha borrado mis archivos
Ya en dos ocasiones me ha dado problemas esta memoria en mi celular. La primera vez dañó información importante que no pude recuperar. La segunda vez me decía que estaba dañada y que había que formatearla para poder seguir utilizándola. Por eso en ella sólo guardo información que ya no sea muy importante pues sé que en cualquier otro momento me podría fallar.

Me ha fallado ya en 3 ocasiones teniendo que respaldar y formatear en cada ocasión, que lástima, aunque por la capacidad pudiera considerarse barata, recomiendo invertir en otra marca, pésima opción
