Cost effective and fairly sturdy.
To be clear, this phone leaves a lot to be desired if you are trying to replace an S8 Active. I put it through several of my own tests (throwing it around a parking lot), and it did not perform well compared to the S8. The S8 would simply bounce off the concrete without any damage to the screen or casing.
-The Armor 11 rapidly sustained case damaged after the second toss, and the screen did not make it through the first. That said, dropping it repeatedly from arm height onto hard ground resulted in no damage at all. Drop proof+
-The water submersion features are hit-and-miss, and with the exception of the speakers/microphone, all the external orifices will need to be plugged before submerging the phone.
-No complaints on phone service and 5g data speeds (Tmobile).
-Thermal imaging and night vision are really cool.
-Big storage, almost unnecessary amount of storage, but nice to have. I take lots of pictures for my job and enjoy some of the larger-size mobile games.
-Base Android OS, lots of room for customization.
-Screen resolution is nothing special, but unless you demand 4k videos constantly it isn't at all unsatisfying. And if you are a social media bug needing the highest recording /output quality you are looking at the wrong phone anyways.
-48MP main camera is nice, but lacks several auto-focusing features. For me this makes taking up-close photos of components and written details a bit tedious as I have to focus the camera manually to ensure clear photos.
-The thing is bloody heavy and quite large, I recommend a belt-case or keeping in a workbag if cargo pants are not an option. It is quite uncomfortable in regular pockets.
-Radio functions very well, just keep in mind it is a radio and will lose reception at times.
-Compass function is unreliable, you'll want a different app. Level app is great. Other Toolbag apps function pretty well. They no substitute for the actual tools they aim to replace, but will work fine in a pinch.
-Biometric security options function very well out-of-the-box, fingerprint will lose accuracy over time.
-Battery is huge, but I wish it performed like a huge battery. It lasts all day with heavy use, but will need a battery pack for prolonged / multiday use.
TLDR
Pros: sturdy, good reception and data speed, high storage, decent hardware.
Cons: HEAVY and large, screen is made of glass, dissapointing battery

Not as rugged as advertised, but good customer service
I've owned the phone for about a year and the screen cracked after a small fall. The Linea vendor i bought it from is going to help repair some problems with it for a small charge outside the warranty window, so I am happy about that. I have experienced some weird software glitches with this phone as well, so there is room for improvements. I'd give 3.5 stars but am rounding up b/c of the good customer service from Linea.

I like it
I bought this as a Verizon customer, and when I swapped my SIM it would indeed make calls, send/receive texts and access the internet. Unfortunately, I received a message in my account about the phone not being supported and after operating for a period of time it would stop sending text messages. Going to airplane mode and back would make it start working again for a while.
I suspect that Verizon was going out of their way to interfere with its operation.
I switched to T-mobile and it's been great so far. Good battery life. Thermal camera is comparable to the basic FLIR handheld thermal camera I've used before. The UI
for the thermal camera application is very similar. It's not very high resolution, but it is invaluable for things like find a short on a PCB.
It seems very rugged buy I haven't beat on it yet. Speaker volume is good.
A few minor items:
-It is not possible to turn off the "FLIR" watermark on the thermal photos.
-The macro camera is a great idea. It's too bad the one of the two normal "medium res" cameras on the back wasn't wide angle. I suspect that one is dedicated to producing the MSX FLIR image, and the visible and IR camera functions aren't integrated together enough to me able to share a camera
-Alternatively, a UV or night vision camera would have been better than having two of the same camera (there are a total of 6 cameras on the phone)
-The special function can't be set to fire up the FLIR camera. That seems silly.
-The manual is pretty useless, but I haven't seen a good phone manual yet.
-FM radio apparently uses the headphone cord as an antenna. There may not be a way around this given the physical wavelength of a 100MHz radio signal.
-It would be very cool if they could use the optical camera to track the movement of the phone, and then using that information combine multiple thermal images into one higher resolution image and display it.
-Gloves mode is a nice feature and will be appreciated on the chairlift this winter.
-Underwater mode is also a smart idea, but I haven't tried it yet

FLIR, but that's it.
I don't recommend this got more than having a lepton sensor.
It's on par with a NET10 phone from Walmart. Compared to the asthetics of the CAT S60, my last FLIR phone, it leaves a lot to be desired. It's too big of a screen, and I get constant typos. It's physical strength is light, first day on the job it changed shape and have a low spot that the screen protector doesn't come into contact with. If another company offered lepton sensors, I'd be just as interested in it. There is also no cover for the USB port at the bottom of the phone, using Deoxit restores headphone function if stops. Doesn't always show messages, volume control not intuitive. Too big for total one handed use for most things.
Every day, it's a little something that is lacking. Ring tones, volume control, no USB cover, screen doesn't always acknowledge your selection, the rear speaker is of no improvement over any other phone I've owned. The horizontal position will black out if your sunglasses are on, but will become visible again vertical. Bought a glass screen protector to help. I'm glad it's working, and has 5G but it's no SONIM XP6 or CAT S60. We're in the future now, FYI manufacturers.

Love this phone!
I wanted something a little different and found this. I've loved it! The battery life is fantastic and by far my favorite thing about it. It is a large phone yes, but still smaller than S20/S21 Plus. It is heavy, but it gives me more confidence in its durability. I expect the frame on this to be heavier than on an iPhone or Galaxy. A big plus to me is the fingerprint reader location. It's on the right side and very well placed. Naturally where your hand will go when you hold it.
My only con is the main camera is a little slow at times. When you open the camera, the first photo you take is about 1-2 seconds to autofocus. After that it's fine. I believe a third party camera app would fix the problem. It's minor, but it has caused me to get some blurry photos due to the delay.
Overall I love it. It's one of the best new phones you can get in this price range.

Great Rugged Phone
I really enjoy this phone. Battery lasts pretty much 2 days. With 8GB ram and 256GB of storage the phone is fast and has ample space for storing photos and video and off line data - music and movies :-).
The cameras are decent quality. The Flir thermal imaging which was a key criteria and is good plus it being a rugged phone and IP69 (e.g military an outdoor and DIY stuff) spec. It is quite a lot heavier than most people would be happy with. It replaced the same phone bough 6 months ago and stolen = 4 month use and chose the same again!

Could be a decent device... But it's not.
Definitely not my favorite device I have owned! I have owned the original cast S60 and the s61, loved those phones. The s62 did not seem like a good fit, so I opted for this phone.
Have had it for three months now and the battery does not last through the day. Android version is very simple with no updates. Running a third party program to set the Homescreen to my preferences. The back of the phone has no texture, very slick and hard to keep a hold of. The screen protector is a joke and cracked on day two of owning it. Phone restarts at least twice a day. The thermal camera works as expected and the main reason of purchasing this phone. Unfortunately the rest is enough of a bother to me that I have ordered a new phone to replace this one. I can not recommend this phone.

Great phone
I bought the phone for the ruggedness. I was tired of those tuff cases on chaep looking phones. This phones feel premium in the hand. I like the design and no case for it. The fingerprint design is a little off. It has vanilla Google installed, no clutter.

Very sturdy!
This phone is the bomb! It's sturdy, strong and rugged but yet sleek and nice. It has all the features of your common mobile devices. Only downside it that it is not compatible with all carriers. Make sure you check your carrier before you buy. I highly recommend this phone.

The phone will work with Verizon, however you need to initialize your SIM card with another phone (your old phone) first. The phone uses a nano-size SIM card so you'll likely require a trip to a Verizon store to get the proper size.

The worst phone of my life
I bought the phone on September 24, 2021 and the screen stopped working on December 30, 2021 for absolutely no reason. Also the camera worked very bad, no app could validate my ID or it is not good for depositing checks, it does not work well for facial recognition and for close-up shots it is terrible.

In the description it says the phone is unlocked and will work with all carriers this is incorrect it will not work correctly with Verizon it works to a point but texting is horrible downloading through text is horrible and it does not understand when to use Wi-Fi and when to use the cellular

Poor bluetooh connection
It keeps disconnecting from the F150 Sync 3, does not work well. Even in the Murano got troubles pairing the Ulefone Armor 11T.

Chunky Boy save your money.
UPDATE: after 10 months of use I hate it. The only things it has going for it are the FLIR and Battery life. Half the time it doesn't make calls and requires constant restarting. 1/10

Well built but not so good
In terms of hardware, it is really well built. However, the software is terrible. It is not possible to maintain applications to maintain running in background.
The worst part is that when I did a system update, all my setting were wiped as if a new phone. Finger print sensor is not sensitive, face recognition doesn't quite work as normally expected.
I wish to like it but just can't due to my overall experience.

Phone heats up, doesn't get text messages until hours later , finger print sensor works speraticaly
I am now on my 6th week trying to get a replacement phone Ulefone wants me to send my phone back to China to be looked at um what do I do in the meantime? Oh and the best is if the phone shows any signs of being dropped or having water damage they will not warranty the phone ! Very confused how a rugged water proof phone can void warranty if dropped or put in water

Absolute piece of garbage
As far as I know, this phone is not officially supported by any US carriers. It worked reasonably well back when 3g was still around, but now it is barely functional after they retired that network. It is missing many of the key transmission bands, so you end up with lots of dead zones and network outages.
Other than that, the phone is pretty terrible. There are all sorts of software glitches from lazy coding, and the hardware functionality is spotty at best. You basically get what you paid for. Want a "rugged smart phone" at half the price? You get shoddy engineering.

Buyer Beware! No US service centers!
I have revised this review after 5 months of experience with Ulefone and their products. We bought 4 phones, 2 different models. The first one stopped charging and Amazon was kind enough to exchange that phone. The second phone's speaker went garbled after being in a kiddie pool. It eventually dried out and cleared up but never the same. The third one just completely died. The 4th phone's glass cracked when my 7-year-old daughter dropped it out of her hand. All within 5 months, I bought $1200 worth of phones that are now completely dead or in need of repair. The best part, Ulefone no longer has a US service center. You must ship your phone back to China for service and hope it makes it there and back. I would not recommend Ulefone phones to ANYONE!

Schlechter Empfang, schlechte Gesprächsqualität.
Der Empfang in Innenräumen ist unerwartet schlecht. Die Qualität von Gesprächen lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Man kann mich am anderen Ende nur schlecht verstehen. Fingerabdrucksensor nicht genau und langsam. Konnte bis jetzt nicht die Einstellungen für den custom-key finden. Einstellungen für Unterwasser-Kamera ebenfalls. Software Kamera sehr rudimentär. NFC und Google pay klappen tadellos. Kabellos laden auch perfekt. Bildschirm zu dunkel. Am Strand in der Sonne ist nichts zu sehen. Robustheit ist bestens gegeben. 5G meiner Meinung überflüssig da als outdoor smartphone man sich öfters in Gebieten aufhält wo hoffentlich schon 4G vorhanden ist. Werde dieses Smartphone nach dem Urlaub in der Schublade verschwinden lassen.

Плохой прием, плохое качество разговора.
Прием в помещении неожиданно плохой. Качество разговоров оставляет желать лучшего. На другом конце меня могут плохо понять. Датчик отпечатков пальцев не точен и работает медленно. До сих пор не удалось найти настройки пользовательского ключа. Настройки для подводной камеры тоже. Программное обеспечение камеры очень элементарно. NFC и Google pay работают безупречно. Беспроводная зарядка тоже идеальна. Экран слишком темный. На пляже на солнце ничего не видно. Надежность обеспечивается наилучшим образом. На мой взгляд, 5G излишен, так как в качестве уличного смартфона вы часто бываете в районах, где, надеюсь, уже есть 4G. После отпуска я уберу этот смартфон в ящик.

Peccato per il difetto del microfono se no sarebbe un prodotto top.
A parte il microfono che non funziona da nuovo ( stesso problema lo ha un mio amico che ha lo stesso telefono) . Il telefono nel complesso e ottimo
robustezza prestazioni da top di gamma.. .chi riceve sente la voce molto bassa e devi urlare per parlare al telefono oppure chiamare in viva voce.. peccato per questo difetto di fabbrica
