Ужасно
- + поддержка SIP, симпатичный дизайн
- - отсутствует поддержка Microsoft Lync.
несмотря на то, что на официальном сайте Polycom заявлена поддержка Microsoft Lync, ее НЕТ! Техподдержка, ссылаясь на политику компании, отправляет к продавцу. Причем сначала техподдержка вообще отказала, заявив, что по серийному номеру телефон вообще не на гарантии. Продавец после разборок с официальной техподдержкой написал письмо от своего имени, что поддержки Microsoft Lync нет - тем не менее на оф.сайте до сих пор...

Just received my Polycom 670 and I like it so much, I ordered a second for my conference room. My network guy set it up quickly and easily. I love the ease of use (just like my old Polycom 501 but better) and the gorgeous display. The HD Voice feature is almost too good; I was startled by how close the other person seemed.Got a really good deal on this phone ($200 new). If I had to pay full list price, I probably would have stuck with a lesser model. The advantage of the 670 is it has six presets instead of two (same as some of the other newer higher end models), the ability to add on expansion modules for more presets (again, same as at least one other model), HD Voice (though both parties have to have it or it won't work), and a really cool color display (unique to the 670).I was most impressed by the color display -- the one unique feature of the 670. Had to buy a new phone anyway and, at $200, the difference was so minimal I went for it. Once it arrived and I saw how slick it was, I figured why not shell out another $200 for the conference room. Makes the whole place look more professional at a reasonable cost. You can customize the display to suit your taste.If I were using the phones strictly for utilitarian purposes (like in a warehouse instead of a nice office), I would have picked up a used 501 (or another similar model) for $50 used on ebay. It's hard to go wrong with any Polycom.

This is the second Polycom Soundpoint IP 670 I bought from Amazon -- this one came with a warranty from Australia, and it was already registered to a company called Megapath. The phone was locked with a passcode and could not be unlocked without contacting Megapath. They had to double check to be sure this phone had not been leased from them. This should have been noted in the discription that this was a used and locked phone! Never buying from this company again. The Polycom phones in general have been wonderful.

I purchased this phone to try as a new phone for work. It had gig Ethernet, and HD voice. The voice quality is exceptional, and the multi-line functions are intuitive and easy to use. There is a good breadth of other menu items, including several call lists, and data on call history.If you want HD Voice and you have CAT 6 cabling in your environment and have laptops or desktops downstream from your VoIP phones, then consider this phone.

We are testing a number of SIP based phones for our new VOIP service.This is one of the few phones with a color screen and looked like a suitable senior executive choice.However, after testing it, we've decided to drop it from our list. Here is why:1- Phone failed to power up when plugged to POE switch. A few trials later, it worked. No issue from switch since 550 phone powered without issues. Still happens every now and then.2- Screen resolution is poor3- Handset quality feels cheap.4- Menu navigation is awkward and lacks common sense.We expected better phone for 300+ US$. The Cisco SPA series is a much better option.
