It is nice product...bread is getting totally blackened at no.6.....browning the bread is best at only no.3......this product is worthy...dont forget to heat the toaster without bread before first use(to kill any dust)...👌👌👌👌👍

Very good quality toaster
This is the best toaster I've used till date. The browning of bread slices is even & very quick. Can be used to toast regular size bread slices as well as slightly big sandwich size slices. There's an option to warm buns & croissants.
Cleaning is quite easy with the crumb tray.

Good Product but Expensive
The product works very well. The toast delivered is as per the settings. Once you get used to the settings it functions easily. No problems till date. However at just under Rs.2000/- it is a bit expensive.

Faulty product
Product is faulty since I was travelling I could nit check at the time of delivery today when I opened . It’s not working and the slide button at the side which is pressed to slide in the bread slice is not working .. I know I have crossed delivery time but can you pls help me .

Very Very Very Bad Service From Philips In Warranty Period
The toaster is good but it went bad after 6 months. Philips service center is good - they said that the defect cannot be repaired and that the unit will be replaced as it is under the 1 year warranty. However, it will take 10 days for the new piece to come. This is a long time for my family to do without the toaster. Since the service center has already confirmed a defect covered by the warranty, why does take so long for the replacement to arrive? Not what I expected from a company like Philips.
UpDate_ It ha now been over 2 weeks and when we check with Philips Service, they keep telling us a new story each time. First it was the replacement has been ordered. Now it is the replacement is being ordered. Please do not buy Philips products. They area a good company, but the service is horrible.

Temperature Issue and Made in China Product
This product has overheating issues even after temperature is set to 3, outer plastic shell heats only after one time usage.
Also, the Product is made in China. This product is not acceptable. Please have a look at your warehouse and segregate Made in China products, since they should not be sold in our country from now.

Good but short power cord.
This is a good toaster with very good value for its price. The temperature control is good and it is quite easy to use.
It has a lid and crumb tray and so is easy to keep clean. The lid is plastic and so care has to be taken to replace it only after the toaster cools down.
The power cord is extremely short presumably so that it can be wound and put in the groove underneath.
However as the plug sticks out, it might have been better to increase the height of the toaster and provide a proper winder, longer cord and space to store the plug.

SUPER SCARY PRODUCT EVER!
It's a scary product for sure...it gets heat up very easily and on setting 2, it feels like,it gonna throw fire! The wire is also very short,...And last but not the least....the way the breads jump up is part of the scariness.

Balu for money and high quantity product.
Apart from precise temperature control and good build quality, it has two hand evey day features.
1. It has a sturdy top cover to prevent dust entry in to the toster.
2. It has a tray which helps you get rid of all the bread crums fallen at the bottom.
As it has plastic body, so it feels safe to be used by my yong ones. Don't forget to geve them a quick crash curse about safety about handling election equipment s. Good product I'll highly recommend, mad breakfast preparation that much easy.

Bun warmer
Good toaster but particularly helpful because of the bun warmer stand in it. It is convenient for warming pastries and works better than the grilling part of an OTG. The OTG takes too long to warm up and you need to use the stand to bring the pastry close enough to the grill. However, one does not use the stand when using it as a microwave and hence the nuisance.

Cable is short
Every thing is good.expext the cable which is very short.u should be lucky enough if it the cable of the toaster reaches to ur destined electrical slot.mine has done it only at kitchen cant able to use any where else because of short cable.plz note it down.i reduce one star mainly because of the short cable.

An Average toaster with a short lifespan.
The product lasted for 1.5 years with very light use. I.e., 1-2 times a month. That too with one person operating. The Westinghouse electric toaster I had before this lasted 3 years. While my mom's dented and battered kelvinator toaster from 1980s still runs like a song... Just make one which works and we will part with our hard earned money... Any help on finding a good toaster is appreciated.
Anyways when it did work the crispiness is not consistent across the bread slice. Other than that it's okay.

Its to good . Strongly recommend to buy it. I was also not sure about the product. But when i got it was too easy to use, clean, Its design is also too good. Well let's see, what happens next. When I was buying it I saw the comments in which people said that this product is awfull, but when I ordered it and got it in a perfect condition I was so happy with the service. amazon also recommend this product and it will never make ur choice wrong. Because of that only I purchased it. Before buying also I thought that I should not buy this product , because of those comments. Then I thought that Amazon is recommending this product for some reason . When I got it . I came to know the reason . The reason was that it is to good.

This Philips Daily Collection Food Processor is a good all-rounder, capable of completing any task you may throw at it with relative ease. Keen bakers should probably seek out other options as the Philips wasn't as competent when processing doughs and batters. But for someone looking for a food processor that grates, slices, and purees with great results, this is a fab option.

Doesn’t lives up to expectations.
The toasts are either half toasted or over/toasted even at setting#3. Setting #4 makes the toast like coal piece.
Tried all pre-defined steps like using blank 3-4 times prior first use but in 90% cases, the toasts are unevenly toasted.
Huge disappointment! Probably this piece is faulty but i see similar reviews to mine so i would suggest try at your own risk.

Good Product.....keeps you craving for more
I liked the build and look very much. It took me some time to get used to temperature control to suit my requirements for bread toasting(Degree of baking/brown).
It worked very well for some time and then I observed, even baking is lost and I have to keep checking if it is under/overcooking.
Having said that, I am still ok with the product with the price point. Hope it helps
