- + Ретранслятор в комплекте (фактически - бесплатно)
- - Переключение между базами занимает нессколько секунд. Бедный выбор мелодий (не удалось выбрать похожую на предыдущую трубку Панасоник)
Купил именно из-за ретранслятора...

Тоже давненько искал модельку с ретранслятором. Этот вот у меня уже пару месяцев, скажу что репитер тут очень мощный, в два раза без проблем увеличивает дальность связи, тем более он в базу не встроен, у меня на входе в контору закреплен, сам часто во дворе работаю, так цепляю вторую трубку на...

- + ретранслятор, русификация, аон рабочий, русские атс нормально поддерживает (тот же стандарт), автоответчик
- - небольшой выбор цветов корпуса
Взял чисто из-за ретранслятора, он отдельно довольно дорого стоит, а тут сразу в комплекте, по деньгам вышло достаточно скромно. Сам телефон - нормальный, не супер-люкс, но и не бюджетная модель. На...

- + Давненько искал модель с ретранслятором, думал, что в два раза увеличит дальность связи... но реальность разбила мои мечты... От начальства по шапке получил...
- - Плохое усиление сигнала. Старый DECT Панасоник имеет в 2 раза большее покрытие...

- + В первую очередь ретранслятор, который увеличивает зону покрытия сигнала в два раза. Можно передвигаться свободно по офису или же уединиться в укромном месте и переговорить важные вещи не для чужого уха...

У меня большой коттедж за городом, большую часть времени именно там провожу, особенно лето-осень, так что вот встал такой вопрос - старая трубка не доставала до базы. Сперва думал купить отдельно ретранслятор, но потом нашел в каталоге панасоник с точно таким же ретранслятором, и посчитал так, прикинул - во-первых, от одного производителя - никаких проблем, работать будут хорошо, во-вторых, по деньгам дешевле выходит. Ведь не охота просто так деньги на ветер выбрасывать. Так вот, дом спокойно и сам телефон покрывает, а ближе ко входу установил базу - и хотя участок довольно большой, могу спокойно разговаривать практически из любого его уголка.

I must say I did a lot of research before buying the Panasonic KX-TG6541B Expandable Phone system on the market. There are two major reasons I recomend this Phone. 1) You can use any AA Rechargable Battery in the unit, which saves a lot of time and money when it comes time to replace them. Most phones are equipped with a battery pack designed for that phone. After a year or so, the life of the battery is down to just a few minutes before it needs to be charged. At that point, most people buy new phones or a new battery pack that costs almost as much as a new phone system. THAT IS NOT THE CASE WITH THE PANASONIC KX-TG6541B. All you need to do is pick up some new rechargable batteries at any store and install them yourself. The replacement batteries will cost less than lunch at McDonalds and you once again have phones that work like new. 2) This system has capability to add on phones. I like this feature becasue I can have a handset in everyroom and on every floor of my house at a very reasonable price and can add as many phones as I desire. You can't get any better product than the Panasonic Expandable Cordless Phone and Answering System.

Sister bought my Mom one of these to replace her old cordless. No amount of adjustment on her phone will provide clear speech. Sounds badly garbled, muffled. Tried rotating the handsets to no avail. Mom sits right next to the base unit when she's on the phone. My buddy just bought a Panasonic KX-TG4732. Looks identical. When he calls, it sounds like he's sitting right next to me. Maybe Mom just got a lemon?

Very good, for about 1 year. I've bought many of these over the last 8 years. Very clear. Just don't twist the wire around the phone or pull on it.

After reading the reviews and buying this phone, it's a disappointment. The wall-mountable unit sticks out farther than all its predecessors and doesn't align with the brackets all the others (Panasonic, Uniden, AT&T) did, so the top of the "wall mount" hangs loose and is wobbly. We'll need to be careful hanging up the handset.Orientation of the base unit is high. My wall plate is eye level but since the base hangs almost horizontally - why market this as a wall unit? - unless you're tall, get a step stool to see what's going on up there.Programming the handset isn't intuitive. All previous phones I had, you figure your way through the handset and make your settings. With this one, you need the manual to type in specific codes to set time/date, specify answering machine settings, etc. Make sure to keep the instruction book nearby. The handset screen is a mystery of icons.There are few options on the base unit to modify answering machine settings; you have to do it all via the handset...so have that instruction book handy for the special codes.I just can't recommend this phone.

I spend all day on portable phones with headset plugged in. I've been doing this since 900mhz phone days, through 2.4 ghz phones, 5.8 ghz.... now dect 6. I have owned many AT&T and Panasonic models in the past. This is the nicest ever. The battery bar doesn't seem to be phased by a 4-6 hour phone day. The batteries are AAA sized NiMH so no more screwball custom batteries. I found that the mini-headset jacks seem to be going extinct on phones, that is what led me to this model. LOVE this phone.

I was looking to replace our corded wall phone. This one meets my needs and has additional nice features. Besides the cordless phone and answering machine, the voice announcement for each caller and the block call features are a plus. Other reviews mentioned that the voice announcement would only work for numbers in the electronic phonebook, which is not how it works in my case. For phonebook entries, it announces the name you entered, and for unlisted numbers, it announces the label provided by the phone company caller ID (We have Verizon). The block call feature sends a busy signal back to the caller after one ring for those entered in the block phonebook. The only con is the physical orientation when mounted on the wall. The base protrudes from the wall a good five or six inches, but on my wall phone location, this is not an issue. Overall, I'm pleased with this product.

I love this phone. It replace an old Uniden 900 Mhz unit that was a swell phone for 6 years or more, but my new U-verse Wi-Fi service created background noise so I upgraded to this sweet little unit. No more interference and many, many more features that are actually useful. The speaker phone on the handset has to be my fave, time and date display when on standby is the second. Too many other cool features to detail here. I bought this model for the keypad on the base unit that allows me to place call when the hand set is charging, which brings me to the one star deduction. With average to moderate use, the hand set will hold a charge for 4-5 days. Not too bad considering that I use the speaker phone option 70% of the time which probably requires more power. I'll probably add hand sets as my other remote phones' batteries die. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is a well made and solid phone. Has some heft to it. The manual is only okay but complete. The phone blocks anything you want blocked and other calls ("out of area", "unknown"). Once you learn the menus it does most everything you can imagine including doubling as a intercom if you have more than one handset. The rechargeable batteries can easily be replaced with taking anything apart or having to find some obscure battery pack, they are just AAA NiMH batteries (your first set included). Panasonic thought of almost everything. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with this phone. Very highly recommended.

I had a Panasonic cordless phone/answering machine for many years. It worked fine until it gave out. I replaced it with this one, which I consider far inferior to earlier model. Sound is terrible, on both the handset and the base unit. Lots of static. Sometimes I can hardly understand the messages that are left. The set-ups and phone book are quite awkward to use, requiring more button pushes than earlier model. Response time is slower. The only thing I like about this one is the ring tone. I don't like the sound of phones ringing, but this has a very soft chime as one of the options. I would not recommend this phone.

The Panasonic KX-TG6541B cordless telephone/answering machine is a rare product indeed -- it actually marks an upgrade from the model it replaced! Audible caller ID is now offered on both the base unit and the handset, and the built-in answering system could hardly be easier to use. I've only "scratched the surface" of this feature-laden device, but I'm already more than satisfied with my purchase.

I had an older version of this phone and the buttons were getting hard to push, so I upgraded. This phone is great, wish it had more ring tone options though. It shows you clearly when you have a voice mail and the menu is pretty intuitive. I would recommend this phone, love the Talking Caller ID, can't live without it now that I have had it!

THE PHONE IS VERY NICE AND I LIKE SEEING THE TIME AND DATE, EVEN WHEN THE BRIGHT LIGHT IS OFF. THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS HAVING TO PUSH A FEW BUTTONS TO DELETE MESSAGES AND A FEW OTHER FUNCTIONS. TRYING TO GET USED TO THAT. THE PHONE IS AN IMPROVEMENT OVER THE LAST ONE I HAD. I TRY TO STICK WITH THE PANASONIC BRAND.

After searching for a replacement to a much older panasonic phone I found this one online for a reasonable price. The quality and options on this phone are much greater and the instructions are understandable. Thus far I am quite satisfied with this phone!
