This toy has great detail and seems well made but is like a puzzle to transform. I bought it for a 8 year old and no one in the family could figure the thing out. I had transformers as a kid but nothing like this. Im sure lots of kids could figure it out and would love it because of the detail just be warned that its not for the casual transformer fan or a kid who may be a bit less inclined to figure out a bit of a puzzle.

Very good mold of Optimus Prime. The transformation is complex but quite satisfying. In robot mode, what's nice is that the back is very clean, the truck elements are well hidden. The truck mode is awesome.
Note that the colors are darker than what they appear on the Amazon pictures. The robot and truck are very small for a Voyager Class though. The size is somewhere between a Deluxe Class and Voyager Class. I wish it would be as big as Optimus The Last Knight Voyager Class. I guess they made this Optimus smaller in order to be in scale with Grimlock Leader Class.

The other reviewers must be adult collectors, because this toy is too small and complicated for 8+. The instructions are terrible, it doesn’t fold together well - it took me (an adult) ~30+ frustrating minutes to do. It has little cheap tabs to keep it in place, so good luck in playing with this as a truck. The tabs keep unclipping at the front. I bought this and the bumble bee and would return both, but kids ripped the boxes when opening. I will never buy a transformer again.

Optimus Prime hat 35 Schritte aber nach mit übung ist es nicht so schwer
Ich hab selbst einige verschiedene Optimus Prime Figuren und war nie ganz zu frieden , hier sieht Optimus Prime gut aus
Zubehör sind 2 Flammen , Blaster o. Schwert wäre besser gewesen

Everything is fine except the swords is missing. This is the last piece with the lowest price. So i dont think i could get a better replacement.. The price is just only 2699 dont buy any more than that..

It is very delicate. I gifted this to my son on his birthday and it broke of after a day. Can you imagine, my son is a big fan optimus prime and how he felt after that. I wasted money and a very big disappointment.

Our first Transformer broke so we bought a different one. Same issue, parts were loose, screws were coming out and then a piece broke where the screw kept coming loose.
Again, company didn't offer replacement parts and told us to buy another one.
Disappointed, will never buy again

Very very unsatisfied !! overpaid for what seems to be a
Used or opened box item which was it horrible shape
Box was crushed and taped and even used twine to hold the action figure in place his head even looks damaged .. $67 !!and when I called to complain now I have to wait 2 days when originally came in less than 24 hrs and have to ship this back or be charged 2 x .. last order I place

What a neat little toy, the pure nostalgia of it is worth the price let alone the amazing detail and similarities to the movie.
I agree with others comments on size, but what it lacks for in size it makes up for in transformation complexity. 10/10 very cool

This is really only suitable for older kids, given it's a 35 step transformation. It didn't last beyond the first day - at daycare, because it's so fragile.
