Good for Airbags, ABS & Immobilizer
Scanned Tata indigo for ABS problem and 2010 swift for Immobilizer. Good report. I am using it in Hindi by calling call support helpline.

Usefull product but need phone call support to avail free subcribtion
Product is useful. Shows correct error . I have scanned my scorpio mhawk. Device work pretty quick and generate detail report. About 1 year free subcribtion carpm guy will call you in 1 or 2 days . Nice product

Top class product
Got my CaRpm scanner on time.. Working fine with my car.. Installing and Login was very easy and smooth.. Features of scanner are limited for a Technical person like me but they are enough for majority of car owners.. Scanning and Finding faults in your car is very easy with this scanner.. But i think they must have some low cost full version package for personal car owners too.. Over all I am fully satisfied with the product and their customer care services..

Recurring expenditure.
While purchasing obd scanner, it was mentioned that lifetime software support shall be provided, but after one year, the software asks to pay for subscription.

Good product but need lot of development. It's big kids toy 😂
It's an average product with limited features. It has a subscription with limited access therefore I was not able to actually use it properly and I had to return it. One thing I will appreciate that it has a very good customer service team which gives you the option to call anytime. It allows you to check two cars only. If we are not having any problem in your car then this instrument is useless. If you are having any issue in the car and it is read by this instrument then too you must be able to understand the issue to handle it.

Product is good scans complete detail, but drawback is for personal user you can scan 2 cars, it will be OK if every year you don't have to renew it. They should ask extra amount if we want to add new car and for new version. I personally like this product. For product and idea 5 🌟. But in terms of customer point of view 3 🌟.

thank seller i was paying in shop for 1car scan 1000rp some low end car u should turn on only car ignition to clear error code, because it showed to start car engine i try it did not error code, so i try without start engine it clear all error code now my car running good

A must have product.
Does it's job well. But one can't really on it fully. Like mechanical damages it doesn't have any indication, the cars only are not designed to do that. I felt a false alarm also let me "airbag battery is low" . There is no separate battery for airbag as told by the service center, though my main bettery was bit down.

Very Good Scanner - Recommended
I'm editing my review - the carpm team reached out to be and helped me sort out the connectivity issue.
It works great and I can scan all modules including abs and airbags, which aren't post of other product offerings

Subscription every year for single car is expensive
It did showed the fault with some code but description was not explanatory and not much detail. Also i just used once after purchase and today after 1 year i used again and it started asking subscription which is expensive just for a single car even after paying more than 3k on this device.

Waste of money
Useless product I have skoda fabia and i20 petrol getting abs warning light in skoda did scanning using this device but no result. This device is unable to find the issue. I suggest to not to buy this product

Dont buy this after purchase this you have to pay yearly rent and whenever you want to use this device you can not access without his team approval... This is the worst device i ever seen... Just waist of 4k

Best portable device to scan any car...and it can be plugged in for continue to monitor the performance of the car...even we can se the average to get good results....But of the company provides at least 5 connection for personal usage....then its definatly boom in the market

Best you can get.
It is the perfect product for my bmw . I wanted something to clear my codes and its the perfect one. (As its bluetooth based so initially it does take some time to scan like 15 to 20 mins) but then its all well from there
