Good Hardware coupled with Terrible Software
The Duocast is a good mic (perhaps the best bang for the buck). Looks good, has an internal pop filter, built-in shock mount, and type c port). Perfect for anyone trying out a good USB mic.
BUT I had to return this the very next day of its delivery, because the Ngenuity software that you use for this mic does NOT recognize the mic. (Making all of its software features inaccessible)
When you plug in the mic, the mic is shown as connected in Ngenuity, but it asks you to update the firmware (which for some reason is mandatory?) That firmware update does NOT complete (you can google "duocast firmware update error" to see this yourself).
Note for the makers: atleast add links for firmware updates on your website, so one can update the firmware manually (considering your software is broken and cannot do it on its own)
This error has been happening for months and there is no solution offered by HyperX (as per the forum posts I have seen). It is disappointing that good hardware is being severely hampered by terrible software.
While the software may not offer many features (I believe compared to Blue Yeti Nano, HyperX doea not get you a lot of software functions), it discourages you from opting for any of their products.
This bummed me out as this was my New Year purchase, and had to be returned the very next day.

Epic microphone
It's a very good USB mic just do you know if you think the noise cancelation isn't working there is a little thing on the bottom with dots on it that is known as the gain if u increase it to the biggest dot it will take the all the sound around you and if you set it two the lowest/the smallest dot it will only take your voice so set that according to your need. Otherwise it's better than the blue yeti or any other USB mics.

Loved This Sound Capturing LunD, NICE Thing For A Procastinater LunD.
Best in price, No need to spend more than this. Also good news is that this mic now supports 24bit recording after downloading hyper x negenuity for ms store just open software and keep your microphone connected it will automatically update itself and boom check your recording bit rate it will be updated to 24bit from 16bit Note this works for both black and white LunD (mic)

Has all the essentials checked. Great overall package with right settings when recording
Cons
1. Forget using it with stock stand if you intend to use it on desk surrounded by keyboard clicks and hand movements on desk this thing produces a rumble check youtube alpha gaming video where he compares this with razer siren mini and snowball and a fifine its exactly like that. There are other videos which also document this.
2. No software customising of voice texture
3. No gain knob on mic but that's ok.
4. No zero latency monitoring but that's ok they have added a better mic hardware
Workaround for rumble on win plus obs
I had a Ahuja desk mic stand I hooked it up on that but did not have a shock mount for this it was still catching the rumble added a noise suppression filter called RSSNoise and it worked much better.
Will update if I find a better solution.
Well now that we have got the hard part of out of the way lets talk pros.
Pros
1. Plug and play tested on win 10, android (OnePlus 8T), ipad Air with USB 3 adapter.
2. On Windows 10 worked instantly with OBS.
3. It's usb type c
4. Mic mute button on top, this is the best and it's a capacitive touch button I would buy just for this
5. If you don't fidgit on your desk the audio is really good and if u place it close to your mouth it's nice and clean and warm which I liked.
6. If you ignore the rumble effect the actual audio captured in obs is really good.
7. At 5790 it is really great value for money hyperx got the right mix for this price type c , the mic , tap to mute and that indicator led upfront. Minimal design for the money. Great balance I would say for design components.
8. Finding a mic at low price which just works out of the box without driver issues on so many platforms is great.
9. Overall mic voice pickup pattern is great and does descent background rejection of other stuff if u speak closer to the mic and keep the gain in obs to -25db or -20db.

Это работает как чемпион. Правда, немного тяжеловат, так что лучше установить в стол и использовать его. Четкая аудиозапись также обеспечивает высокий уровень шумоподавления. Если вы действительно заботитесь о снижении шума на 95% и выше, лучше всего установить кондиционер внутри помещения и включить вентилятор в режиме переменного тока.

It's a superb microphone for gamers, but quite expensive
Good packaging your microphone will be safe and sound because of the thermocol...thingy.
The overall look is very good, modern and beautiful.
it's quite heavy, matter of fact, the stand is heavier than the mic itself.
It's background cancellation could have been better for a 10000 rupees mic but you can remove background noise by some apps.
The sound quality is absolutely amazing, as expected by a 10000 rupees mic.
However, the app made for hyperx products, ngenuity(AVAILABLE AT MICROSOFT STORE) is not good whenever I try to change the lighting, the mic's colour would start malfunctioning and it will be only solved if the app is uninstalled.
overall i would rate this 8/10, in my opinion, its sound quality is very good but can be better, but for games its an absolute 10/10

Got it for Rs. 3,990 during Prime Day sale and I'm very happy
For the price, the solo cast offers a great quality, something plug-and-plat microphone for content creators. I got it for Rs. 3,990 during Prime Day sale which was honestly a steal for a product of this quality.
It's small and fits quite nicely in my gaming station. The only small drawback is it does pick up vibrations but you can honestly manage around it by getting a dedicated stand for it.

The Mic Is The Best in this price Segment Except Its Catch all the background noise but if you RTX/GTX cards you can use Nvidea Broadcast/ Noise Card respectively and then it work amazing must try i would say and this is the best mic with tap to mute or unmute

It is a good product. But , this requires more energy … so you need to connect to a power source … may be your laptop. You cannot directly connect to phone via adapter as it needs more power.

THE BEST USB CONDENSER MIC
Got it in 4 days after placing the order.
First of all this mic is much much better than every other mic available out there in this price range, its a beast.
The sound quality is superb, its very sharp and crisp, you'll not even feel that you are using a usb mic.
The build quality is excellent and strong, the best feature you get in this is the mute function on the top, you just have to tap firmly on top of the mic and it'll mute tap again it'll unmute. When you are muted the red light in front will be flashing and when you are not it'll be static. I bought the Maono AU-B01 Microphone Boom Arm for this Mic its perfect and probably the best stand you can go for.

Perfect for YouTube or Podcasts and Zoom
Zoom users, this is the best value for money mic that you will get. Zoom does the noise cancellation for you. Mic won't do it cause it's not that kind of music. It's a very sensitive mic and being a boom mic it can pickup every type of sound around you. So make sure noise cancellation is On within zoom. Else Birds, dogs, cows, Street vendors, you make them it can pickup their sounds lol.
In a quiet studio like environment you can record studio quality audio with this mic.

Expensive but worth buying
It’s been a week I am using this device and it has totally blown me away with the sound quality it capture.
I bought it for ₹12780 but within a week amazon raised the price to ₹15500. There is no MRP mentioned on the original box neither the date of import. The actual cost in the USA is $140 which should cost around ₹12469 (75.48/$+taxes) including taxes in India but no way ₹15500 as on 10th June 2020.
It don’t have noise cancelling feature so you have to manually reduce the external noise either by reducing the gain on the quad-cast or through recording software like OBS if you want to purchase it for YouTube streaming. I don’t regret it buying for ₹12.7k but you can get similar products even at lower price like blue yeti. The best part of this product is the touch on the top which can turnoff the device. If you are getting it for less than ₹12k then go for it, you won’t regret.

The microphone itself is well built with 4 modes necessary to suit any usage.
The quality of the braided cable, gain knob, mode changing knob, touch sensitive mute button all are tailored well to make this an all-rounder.
No noise cancellation and has to be handled through 3rd part softwares.

Not bad, but overpriced
I would say it's a bit overpriced at this price, as there are other microphones in the market that gives you same sound quality with more features.
I didn't feel like the sound was too good, it was okay.
Been using it for 2-3 months now, so far no problems with the product.
