Acquistata come prima chitarra per imparare ho optato per questa Epiphone seguendo il consiglio di un amico, fatta provare a quest'ultimo per constatare eventuali difetti ne è rimasto sorpreso per la qualità superiore alle aspettative.
Esteticamente è molto ben rifinita e fa veramente una bellissima figura appesa a parete come oggetto di arredamento.
Trovati giusto un paio di difetti: una delle meccaniche di accordatura con un po troppo gioco, e il potenziometro del volume che se regolato al massimo suona un po sporco.

I think I am really going to like this guitar. I have been looking at one of these since they came out but I just play for fun so I didn't want to drop $200 on it. Luckily it came up as a warehouse deal for around $130 so I decided to get one and I am glad I did. Have only played around with it a little bit so far but no complaints. For the price, I think i got a steal.
For anyone looking at the warehouse deals, I can't find anything wrong with mine. There is no damage on the body, there was still paper between the strings and neck and I think it was still wrapped in the original bag it came in - just no Epiphone box. My guess is someone got it and the box was damaged so they sent it back without even opening it and got a new one. Whatever the reason, you might want to try the warehouse deal if you are looking at one. This is the third thing I have bought via a warehouse deal and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Lo que no me gusta es sólo personalmente, creo que esta guitarra debería llevar un cuerpo de CAOBA y. No de ALAMO, pero lo dicho,es una referencia personal y que evidentemente aumentaría mucho su precio. El Álamo es una madera blanda de hay que no solo se aprecien las betas de madera que sería lógico, y no se aprecian, sino que se aprecian los surcos de esta madera en todo el cuerpo tanto por delante como por detrás....... pero ya lo sabía cuándo la compré. A Epiphone, no le hace falta que Gibson le ponga el cuño

De entre las opciones que encontré esta fue la que más me convenció, el precio es muy razonable. El acabado vintage me encantó (no es tan bueno como una gibson, pero por el precio sería abuso pedir más). Al pedirla por internet te arriesgas a no probarla y que tengas que hacer algunos ajustes cuando la recibes, la mia por ejemplo, tenía una ligera curvatura en el mástil lo que hacía que trasteara un poco. El sonido limpio es muy bueno, pero con distorción se escucha excelente (la utilizo con un amplificador Vox vt 120). Una excelente guitarra para principiantes y que hasta los mejores podrían apreciar.

Es una Les poul preciosa,el tacto que tiene la madera es exquisito,dan ganas de olerla y besarla.pero es cuando la afinas y oyes y sientes sus cuerdas cuando te enamoras de ella.pero cuando la enchufas al ampli,lo enciendes y empiezas a buscar tu sonido,pasando por muchos otros,es cuando la guitarra muestra su personalidad,un sonido bien equilibrado entre la madera y el metal,es que está muy bien construida.una guitarra excelente.su belleza

Arrivata un giorno di anticipo, questa chitarra è PERFETTA !!! bellissima esteticamente, suono stupendo e rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente ECCEZZIONALE !!! I purchased this to see what a cheap guitar could do and am I ever blown away. I play it through a 72 fender tube stack or my Marshall and Line 6 heads stacked with Marshall and Burgera 4x12 cabinets which are all dialled right in so I’m sure that makes a huge difference but at the same time if it wasn’t for the cheap wood it’s built with it would be right up there with the more expensive epiphones. It’s played more than my Gretsch electromatic hollowbody at the moment because of how light and small it is. I would say if this is your only guitar to put new tuners on it so it stays in tune longer than the stock ones. All in all you get a lot of bang for your buck!

In relazione alla spesa entry level e alla marca devo dire che nel complessivo è un buon strumento. Il legno del corpo è solido ma leggero e le meccaniche sono resistenti. Si riesce a suonare sia in una versione acustica chiara e cristallina e gestisce bene anche i suoni più saturi. Unica pecca che non è purtroppo una roba da poco, l ingresso del jack interno è relativamente fragile. Nel senso che se tirato o se il jack si "muove" all interno dell input alla lunga tende a piegare una lametta che dovrebbe tenerlo ancorato. Basta aprirlo per rimetterlo nella forma originale, ma di base non è il massimo sopratutto se durante u live o una sessione.
Oltre a questo problema il resto non ho nulla da dire di negativo, ma sfortunatamente è una pecca importante.

Well, I received the guitar and got it unboxed, noticed a bit of a gouge and scratch on the body but it was on the side so I wasn't concerned. I plugged it in and it was already in tune. But, I noticed a crack and son of a gun, the neck was cracked. When the courier delivered it the box was situated so that the headstock was on the bottom and that probably cracked it. So I took a couple of photo's and went on Amazon. Wow, within 2 minutes it registered my return, sent me a shipping sticker and generated a replacement order. In 2 days I had my replacement. And I'm super happy with the replacement. I think that whomever put this one together decided to give it some TLC. It's a little bit darker, the fingerboard has a very light stain and it looks very unique. The first one had sharp edges on the frets and definitely needed a fret job but this one had nice, smooth frets. It also feels noticeably lighter. I'm in a wheelchair and I can't hold heavier guitars like I could before, so I've been trying to find something with low weight and this fills the bill. It's high quality and looks and sounds great. I was also super impressed with Amazon's return and replacement process.

I'm giving this a 5 star review, mainly because once you've gone through this (as a proper set up, at minimum) this is a playable guitar. If you've gone to the lengths I have gone to, you'll have yourself a Les Paul for a fraction of the cost of a Les Paul. AT MINIMUM, this guitar needs to get a new set of strings when you get it. AT MINIMUM, this guitar needs somebody to check the bridge level and neck and make sure the action is set right. The fret ends are VERY sharp, and can cut you. So you will need to file these down, even if you dont want to go through the entire guitar. What I have done to it? Changed the tuners to Grovers (good tuners don't need to cost you a lot of money but man are they worth it), changed the nut (cheap plastic one from factory, to a graphtec), filed the fret ends, leveled the frets and crowned/polished them. Changed the pickups (more preference, the factory pups are actually pretty good). Replaced the bridge with a Gotoh, and the pots/switch to Alpha. If you have parts laying around, great, if you don't, you at the very least should change the tuners at a cost of probably about $50. With a lot of elbow grease, you'll have an extremely nice playing Les Paul that will rival those that costs 20 times as much. I'm using this guitar primarily to test pickups I wind myself, but it could easily hold up to practises/gigs. Out of the box though, if you are not mechanically inclined, you should look at a Squire instead as those come better set up for a cheaper guitar.

Chitarra perfetta per chi non ha molta esperienza con l'elettrico; Les Paul si dimostra un ottimo marchio. Il prodotto è fedelissimo alla foto e alle descrizioni.
Per quanto riguarda la spedizione, posso dire che è stata altrettanto soddisfacente: il pacco è arrivato due giorni prima del previsto in un imballagiamento molto sicuro.
Mi è piaciuto molto anche il fatto di poter sapere sempre dove era il pacco in fase di trasporto da parte di Ups.
Per quanto riguarda la spedizione, posso dire che è stata altrettanto soddisfacente: il pacco è arrivato due giorni prima del previsto in un imballagiamento molto sicuro.
Mi è piaciuto molto anche il fatto di poter sapere sempre dove era il pacco in fase di trasporto da parte di Ups.

Es aun mas bonita en realidad que en las fotos. Buenos acabados, buen sonido, buena guitarra. La diferencia mas importante con las mas caras es el peso del cuerpo. Es una madera ligera. Pero las pastillas van muy bien. Estoy muy contento con ella!

Es una hermosa guitarra , el color negro aparenta un color mate muy bonito , la madera es de calidad, el peso de la guitarra es el adecuado, las clavijas con el color negro la hace muy estilizada, el sonido es claro estoy muy contento con la compra

for the price it is a very good beginner product. this is my sons second guitar and right out of the box it played well, and the intonation was good throughout the frets. with any guitar at this price range the strings were replaced immediately with some d'addario mediums and the tone and quality of the sound from this little guitar was surprisingly good. I will admit to being a little disappointed with the quality of the finish on this guitar, it looked more crisp in the photos, but other than this one factor I am very pleased with this product.

Some may had bad expériences but as i`m concern, this was a surprising discovery since I was looking for some years for the real 1960`s Gibson Les Paul Junior… but prices range were in between $1500.00 to $2500.00. Positive facts : The satin woodgrain finish is stunning, every details of fabrication is spotless, the natural sound without any add-ons pedals or else is more than acceptable.
Note : You will have to change the strings for a better quality, adjust the saddle for a better feel of the E,A,D frets.
Recommended : If you still have spare change, I recommend the CHARMDI wall support for $20.00 , the woodgrain color match is excellent and the system is handy, clever and safe.
NOT ONLY GOOD FOR BEGINNERS FOLKS … I WILL ROCK THIS ONE THE SAME AS THE OTHER HIGH PRICED JEMS HANGING NEXT TO IT !!

Muy buena Guitarra , a primera vista se nota la calidad del producto muy versátil para géneros como Rock y Blues y con un buen overdrive puedes hacer maravillas , lo mejor por un precio muy accesible . La recomiendo tanto para principiantes como intermedios.

I bought this for my son. He learned on an acoustic guitar and we figured he would love having an electric one. He had it tuned pretty quick, took a few minutes to get the Amp set up right (I purchased the Amp separately). It's a nice looking guitar, quality doesn't appear to be as scary as what some have posted in their reviews, though to be fair, I'm no guitar expert.
Bottom line is, my boy loves it, it looks awesome and I'm not broke!

I thought I'd play the guitar for a month or two before leaving a review. First of all, you're buying an Epiphone for $200. I use this guitar mostly with guitar rig and an external sound drive. It. Sounds. Devine. For the price I paid, how can I go wrong?
Frets on mine were smooth, definitely not cutting my fingers. The pickups are actually half decent. No buzzing. I have a Squier Strat as well, this Epiphone sounds better. It sounds very comparable to my more expensive Epiphone Les Paul Plus Top. Can't go wrong here folks. Shipping was fast, the guitar box was inside another larger box. No damage. Also, as a side note, the neck has good action and the guitar itself is surprisingly light. Appears to be made out of a composite or plastic of some sort. Definitely not wood

The strings were barely playable when the guitar arrived. Very cheap and rough original strings. It first made constant squeaky sounds when the fingers were sliding on the neck. So had to work on the neck (and change the horrible strings). Now the little thing is good to go. In the end, very decent for the price (if you know how to make it more responsive). If you are buying this as a first try in guitar playing, I would suggest you go find someone that can help you make it more playable.

Excellent guitar for the money. Unfortunately, after a few months the fretboard cracked and the guitar was replaced under warranty. So excellent customer warranty from Epiphone but needed to send it back through a local guitar dealer so I had to pay shipping...maybe next time I will buy from the local dealer.

I have played Professionally many years ago. I have owned a '72 Gibson Les Paul which, regrettably I sold in '82. This guitar met all of my hopes except for two facts: 1. The "binding " of which there should not be was a " Plastic wrap", very close to the colour of the body-a no no. #2. there was a split behind the body of the guitar. It did not penetrate to the front but it was a split - guaranteed to cause problems at some point. Neck, sound, action were superb; at least to my tastes. However, these two factors forced me to call the company which shipped it and they were Very obliging - new one should be here tomorrow and I send the other back - all at no extra cost to me. I just hope the next one has all of the positives I've mentioned and none of the 2 faults.
