Simple and solid
I am using it to load balance between two ISPs, it balances the load while both connections are up, and switches between them if one is down. A point to look out for is that if your ISP's physical link is disconnected then this router detects it easily but not if some uplink is down (ie. there is some problem with ISP server or some hop is broken). To detect if internet is down and switch, change NSD on each WAN to check for availability of a stable IP (typically Google's 8.8.8.8) and then it will work like a charm!
I have been using it for ~3-4 days now and its stable so far (no restarts required as in TP-Link models. Note: I haven't used TP-Link but read in its review about the issue).

Good device for small business & home network
It's a easy to use device, just plug & use.
No need to configure it.
Important thing this switch can only give 100 megabits per second max speed, if you have 1 gigabit per second internet connection then the speed via the switch will reduce to 100 megabits per second, keep this in mind.

Quality product, fast and secure router
This is very easy to configure. Connect WAN and LAN and configure router IP, DHCP range and start failover/load balancing.
Only thing needs to be kept in mind that adding this to your ISP path may need new verification for CPE (Customer Premise Equipment). For dial up connection, no issues. For my Spectra FTTH broadband, in order to start internet through this, I have to undergo CPE registration.
Good thing is this router actually didn't throttle or reduce bandwidth. And it came at competitive price of ₹6K/-.

Plug and play
It worked as expected.
Power up the device and connect the internet router to port 1. Then connect any device to any of the remaining ports. The devices are able to connect to the internet using the internet router. This required zero configuration.
This device is 10/100Mbps. You may want to look at the 100/1000Mbps models for higher speed applications.

Smooth functioning
Smooth functioning once setup.
It took a while to get it started. I think because of fist boot.
But after setting it up it works super smooth. Far better than load balancers at 5k-7k range.
Auto switching between incoming lines happens without even notice to anyone.

I required It's replacement by 1000 Mbps product. How can I do
I received wrong product, I ordered/ required 1000 Mbps but 100 mbps. Can I replaced it by 1000 Mbps because ur product kept as it is received because we ordered it for future use and safety purpose. If you return it then it good for me and I will make the difference payment, Its not useful for me at all. Thanks

Product not working
I was expecting a good product from Cisco. However the product was not working since installation. Not happy with the quality at all. All lights are getting on but there is no connectivity inside. Disappointed !!! Moreover the return date had expired very soon. So I’ve lost my money as well now

works like a charm
I had earlier bought this for 12K after the price dip it is a steal deal. It is good for a network of 25-50 PCS. For a 5-6 PC network it is a bit of an overkill
