Good product for the price
I have bought this laptop last week for my children's online classes. The laptop is good considering the price tag.
The laptop is not meant for high performance oriented tasks like gaming and video editiing. But for normal work, the speed is ok.
Build quality is average. It is completely made of plastic and you have to be careful while carrying it around.
The keypad and touchpad are good and responsive.
Screen quality is ok keeping in view the price.
Battery backup is not upto the mark. On a full charge, it runs only for 3-4 hours.
Overall an average product but keeping in view the price, I am satisfied with the purchase.
If you upgrade the ram and SSD then probably it will be very fast.

Check for pre-installed office before buying
I recently bought this for a school going relative of mine. Though I understand the price point, this point has too much of plasticy feel and I am not sure what was the purpose of providing a CD for updating drivers when the CD Rom drive doesn't work.
Since most people who are buying this laptop would be students, apart from the video calling, they would need to use word or in some cases excel or PPT. This laptop doesn't come work pre-installed office which would cost an additional 6-7K. The seller should clearly mention the same in the product description.

For simple use like internet surfing ,video watching or document editing all normal work you can do.
Performance is good and if you are gaming person then this product not for you.

Good buy at the given price
I wanted to buy a laptop for my daughters online classes. The laptop is good in the given price range. Serves my purpose nicely.
Camera is average. Ease of use. Compact 14 inch screen. Not very but light weight. Basic surfing, youtube, videos work fine. Windows 10 and Microsoft Office is inbuilt. Hope it is life time free.
